Why this list is so short
Klinghardt training is not a weekend cert. The Klinghardt Academy''s ART (Autonomic Response Testing) and 5-Levels-of-Healing curriculum is years of in-person clinical immersion. In all of New Jersey, you''re probably looking at ~6–10 doctors with legitimate training.
Dr. Nicole Rivera and Dr. Nick Carruthers — co-founders of Integrative Wellness Group in Belmar (2011–2022) and now Integrative You — both trained formally with Klinghardt. We brought it into NJ pediatric and adult care for over a decade.
What a real Klinghardt-trained workup looks like
- ART (Autonomic Response Testing) — bioenergetic testing that maps interference fields (scars, heavy metals, dental foci, geopathic stress) you''ll never see on a standard lab.
- The 5 Levels of Healing — physical, energy, mental-emotional, intuitive, spiritual. A real Klinghardt doctor will work all five, not just hand you a binder.
- Detox sequencing — never aggressive chelation in week one. Drainage first (lymph, liver, kidney, bowel), then mobilization. Most NJ "integrative" docs skip drainage and create herx storms.
- Family-system + environmental — they''ll ask about your house mold, your dental amalgams, your EMF exposure, your kids'' birth history, your mother''s pregnancy. Klinghardt-trained means systems-trained.

After 2022 we evolved to a virtual root-cause model. NJ residents still get the same Klinghardt-informed workup — just via video calls and ship-to-home lab kits. Most route into Foundation or Private Concierge.
