Private Concierge · Case study

Everyone treated the skin.
We treated the man.

Widespread psoriasis, leg swelling, anger at home. Nine chapters: what he came in with, what we found, what we did—and what happened when someone finally looked under the skin.

What they came in with

A body covered. A home on edge.

Widespread psoriasis. Not a patch on an elbow—plaques across the face, scalp, torso, back, arms, hands and legs.

Main symptoms

Thick, scaling plaques over most of the body, itching and tingling, and swelling (edema) in the legs.

Alongside the skin

Digestive complaints, poor sleep, trouble focusing, and anger that was running the day—and the home.

Before us

Asthma growing up, a car accident that ruptured his intestines and 15 days in a trauma center. The skin had a label. Nobody had connected any of it.

What it took from him

Twelve years of psoriasis. The year before we met was the worst—he couldn’t even pick up his kids.

What the assessments revealed

What he told us. What we measured.

They reported

  • Digestive history and current bowel symptoms
  • Prior medical interventions and medication use
  • Possible environmental exposures in his history
  • Emotional strain, anger, sleep and focus
  • Connection and communication at home (life assessment)

We measured

  • Blood and urine panels, interpreted clinically
  • Visible skin extent, documented in dated photographs (Nov 2024 – Jan 2025)
  • Practice assessments: hair-sample stressor read and Integrative Response Testing (IRT)

What he reported told us where to look. What we measured told us what was actually there.

What testing showed

Everyone saw skin. The blood told a different story.

Psoriasis

Diagnosis

The label he walked in with—and the only thing anyone had treated. His mother had psoriasis too.

Blood & urine panel

Broader picture

Toxins, autoimmunity in the gut, clotting antibodies, inflammation, pancreas and liver strain. This is what was underneath the skin.

Microbial & mycotoxin findings

Broader picture

Klebsiella aerogenes in the urine, Candida, elevated eosinophils and a deoxynivalenol (vomitoxin) mycotoxin finding—an immune system fighting on several fronts.

Experience assessment

Broader picture

Dr. Nicole’s read of the emotional history: a lifelong pattern of exclusion and not belonging—and the trigger at onset was not being able to play with his kids.

Blood & urine interpretation: 24 Feb 2025. Experience assessment interpretation: 19 Sep 2025. Baseline photographs: 24 Nov 2024 – 29 Jan 2025.

The big picture

Not five problems. One body under load.

Toxins burdening the liver. Autoimmunity in the gut. Clotting and inflammation running hot. A nervous system that had been in fight mode since childhood. The skin was simply where it all surfaced.

What previous care missed

Every prior approach went after the skin. Nobody ran the blood that would have shown arsenic, cyanide and an immune system attacking his own stomach—and nobody asked what was happening at home.

What stays uncertain

Psoriasis ran in his family. That is the terrain. What we changed was everything loading it.

The high-level protocol

Priorities, in order. Not a shopping list.

  1. 01

    Calm the fire

Individualized nutrition and supplement support targeting the digestive and inflammatory findings first.

  2. 02

    Work the nervous system

BIT (Biointegration Technique), hypnosis and guided mental and emotional reframing—running in parallel, not as an afterthought.

  3. 03

    Bring the home in

Communication and relationship work, because the life he goes home to is part of the body he lives in.

  4. 04

    Support recovery

AmpCoil and FlexBeam red-light sessions as supporting tools.

  5. 05

    Reassess and refine

Re-evaluated at six weeks—the pivotal point where people plateau—and the protocol tweaked to keep him progressing. Clear by week 12.

This is the shape of his plan—built from his findings. Yours would be built from yours.

The biggest needle-mover

Stop chasing the skin. Treat the system.

Clearing the toxic and gut load while doing the emotional work at the same time—from week one. Physical and emotional ran together on purpose; that combination is the needle-mover. Most people get one or the other. He got both, with a six-week re-evaluation that pushed him through the plateau. That is the philosophy: stop chasing the skin and treat the system.

The outcome and timeline

His skin changed. So did life at home.

  1. Nov 2024 – Jan 2025 (dated photos)

    Baseline

Plaques across face, scalp, torso, back, arms, hands and legs. Leg swelling. Itching. Anger, poor sleep, digestive symptoms.

  2. Re-evaluation

    6 weeks

Pivotal point where people plateau. Protocol tweaked to keep him moving.

  3. March – May 2025

    12 weeks

Psoriasis clear. Face, scalp, back, torso and arms.

  4. Whole family

    6 months

We kept working together because we brought his kids into care.

  5. Follow-up notes and Dr. Nicole’s confirmation

    Life at home

Torso and arms cleared, legs improved, no itching or tingling, leg swelling gone, deep restful sleep, clearer focus, no upper-GI symptoms. Less anger, a calmer home, a better relationship with his wife.

Skin clearing

Face, torso and arms cleared, legs improved, no itching or tingling. 95% clear in 12 weeks—off all medications and flare-free for 18+ months.

Leg swelling gone

Follow-up notes repeatedly record no water retention.

Less anger. A calmer home.

Anger no longer dominated his day. Moments of genuine happiness—sometimes still with effort.

A better marriage. Present with his kids.

A better relationship with his wife—and a father who can play with his kids again.

95% skin clearing in 12 weeks. Off all medications. 18+ months flare-free.

What follow-up testing showed

The photographs are the proof.

Repeat labs were not run—the body answered first. Clear of psoriasis in 12 weeks. The leg swelling resolved. Sleep, digestion, focus, anger and his marriage changed with it. Objective change on the skin matched everything he reported.

The skeptic’s question & the limits

“Psoriasis is autoimmune and genetic. Isn’t this just a flare that calmed down?”

His mother had it, so yes—the terrain was there. But this was not a flare. It covered almost his entire body for months in the dated photos, came with leg swelling, and sat on top of arsenic, cyanide, gut autoimmunity and clotting antibodies nobody had tested for. Genetics loads the gun. We went after everything pulling the trigger.

What this case shows

  • Widespread psoriasis can clear when the whole system is investigated and treated—toxins, gut, immune and emotional together.
  • The blood can be screaming while every visit stays focused on the skin.
  • Healing the body and healing the home are the same project.

What it does not show

  • That every psoriasis case has the same findings—yours need their own investigation.
  • That his plan is yours. It was built from his labs, not a template.

Get evaluated, don’t assume: Joint pain or swelling, rapidly spreading redness, pustules or fever need medical attention now.

How did everyone miss this?

Because everyone was looking at the skin. Nobody ran a panel that would show arsenic, cyanide, antiparietal cell antibodies at 132.4 or positive platelet antibodies. You can’t find what you don’t test for.

Are you saying his emotions caused psoriasis?

We’re saying the body and the life are one system. His blood showed a heavy toxic and immune load. His history showed a lifetime of exclusion—and the trigger was losing the ability to play with his kids. We treated both, at the same time, on purpose.

Isn’t this just one lucky story?

No. Luck doesn’t find arsenic and cyanide in a blood panel. This was a deliberate investigation, a deliberate plan and psoriasis clear in 12 weeks, with a re-evaluation at six weeks to break the plateau. We kept working together for six months because we brought his kids in too. We select our most striking cases to show you what’s possible when someone finally looks.

Could this be me?

If you’ve been told it’s ‘just’ psoriasis, eczema or ‘just stress’—and you’ve never had a whole-body panel—you don’t know what’s underneath yet. That’s exactly what Phase 1 is for.
