Integrative You was founded in 2011 by Dr. Nicole and Dr. Anthony Rivera — two clinicians who refused to keep nodding along to a system where 60% of adults have a chronic disease and the standard answer is "your labs look normal."

We are an integrative medicine company. Not functional. Not alternative. Not wellness. Integrative — meaning we put the whole human back together: labs, lifestyle, nervous system, environment, relationships, spirit, and the actual root cause of why a body stopped working. We don't chase symptoms. We don't sell hope. We find the pattern.

For a decade we ran a 6,000 sq ft brick-and-mortar clinic in New Jersey — a black-sheep flagship that became a destination for families the system had given up on. Then we refined the model: integrative concierge medicine delivered into your home, detox-in-a-box shipped to your door, and 24/7 access to your doctors. No waiting rooms. No 7-minute visits. No gaslighting.

In 2025, we cracked it. After 15 years of clinical IP — every framework, every pattern, every protocol — we partnered our brain with AI to birth our current model: INNSPO, an AI-powered integrative medicine platform that delivers the same root-cause personalization our concierge members get — at a price the rest of the world can actually reach.

Private concierge integrative medicine is still very much alive. So are our health immersions in Tuscany, Italy. INNSPO is the third door we built — for the black sheep families who couldn't afford the first two.
