5. Payments and Refunds
Certain services require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrative You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications during checkout or account setup, you consent to receive text messages from Integrative You Health, including but not limited to: appointment reminders, wellness report notifications, protocol updates, account alerts, and customer care responses. Message frequency varies based on your activity and program enrollment (estimated 1–10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email welcome@integrativeyou.health. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
