DNA Precision includes 3 written questions per 90-day cycle, answered within 5 business days and filed in Doctor’s Notes. Use the clinician-help section of your delivered report. The separately priced DNA + Doctor Review option adds a defined doctor report review each paid quarter. Active Private Concierge clients use their private Healthie portal. The AI Coach is separate, instant and non-clinical: implementation help, not medical decisions. Do not send health records or clinical details through ordinary email, text or website chat.
