Cancellation Policy

Your Integrative You membership — whether Foundation, DNA Precision, Black Sheep Business, or INNSPO — is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. Your membership will not renew after that date.

Due to the nature of our personalized health assessments, reports, and curated wellness programs, we do not offer refunds — partial or full — under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Failure to use the program during the billing period
• Dissatisfaction with assessment results or reports
• Forgetting to cancel before the next billing cycle
• Reports generated from incomplete or low-quality assessment responses (see Assessment Completeness clause below)

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Your personalized reports are generated by our Clinical AI Brain based on the depth and quality of your assessment responses. The quality of your report is directly proportional to the effort you put into your assessments.

During the assessment process, our system actively monitors response quality and will display warnings when answers are too brief or incomplete. These warnings include:

• Real-time nudges encouraging you to add more detail to free-text responses
• Section-level quality alerts when more than 50% of responses in a section are flagged as thin (fewer than 4 words) or left blank
• A final review screen showing your completion statistics before submission

If you choose to dismiss these warnings and submit incomplete assessments, you acknowledge that the resulting reports will reflect the limited data provided. No refunds, re-generation credits, or report revisions will be issued for reports generated from assessments where quality warnings were displayed and bypassed.

We strongly encourage all members to take their time, answer thoughtfully, and use the full capacity of each question to ensure the most accurate and actionable clinical insights.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our programs. If your quarterly re-evaluation report does not show measurable clinical progress after completing a full 90-day cycle, your next cycle is free.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

1. Complete all required assessments with quality responses (no bypassed quality warnings)
2. Follow the prescribed protocols and recommendations outlined in your reports
3. Complete the 90-day re-evaluation assessment
4. Submit a guarantee claim within 14 days of receiving your re-evaluation report

"Measurable progress" is determined by comparing your Vitality Score, symptom severity metrics, and clinical markers between your initial and re-evaluation reports. This guarantee applies to Foundation and DNA Precision tiers only.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard:

1. Log in and go to your Dashboard
2. Under "Your Programs," click "Cancel Membership"
3. Complete the brief feedback survey
4. Confirm your cancellation

Your access will remain active until the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
