What's included — and what isn't
Supplements are always separate. A recommendation is not an included bottle. Foundation and DNA members order for themselves; white-glove ordering is a Private Concierge service.
Foundation is assessment-led; no new testing is included. Eligible Foundation and DNA Precision members can upload the accepted limited set of existing health labs collected within 90 days, because blood markers can change substantially in that time. DNA Precision adds hair-sample analysis of current stressors on DNA, such as pathogens, toxins and metals; you collect and ship your sample using our instructions. New lab ordering belongs to Private Concierge, with outside fees and insurance eligibility confirmed separately. Couples and Business do not accept health labs.
We do not bill insurance. Private Concierge members receive a superbill to self-submit for possible reimbursement. HSA/FSA eligibility, lab coverage, deductibles and copays depend on your plan; confirm with your administrator before paying.
Foundation includes 1 written clinician question per calendar quarter, answered within 72 hours. DNA Precision includes 3 written questions per 90-day cycle, answered within 5 business days and filed in Doctor’s Notes. Use the clinician-help section of your delivered report. The separately priced DNA + Doctor Review option adds a defined doctor report review each paid quarter. Active Private Concierge clients use their private Healthie portal. The AI Coach is separate, instant and non-clinical: implementation help, not medical decisions. Do not send health records or clinical details through ordinary email, text or website chat.
Ways to pay, without surprises
Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are available on eligible one-time purchases, subject to provider approval and availability. Recurring quarterly subscriptions are card-billed, not BNPL. If installments are needed for a first cycle, ask the team about a separate one-time first-cycle payment link; future renewal is a separate recurring payment.
HSA/FSA funds can be used for eligible care. Confirm your program's eligibility and required documentation with your plan administrator before paying; not every coaching service qualifies. Private Concierge provides insurance superbills for you to submit. A superbill is documentation, not a promise of reimbursement.
Cancel anytime. Understand the quarter you've purchased.
Quarterly programs renew every 90 days. There is no long contract: in your account, open Billing & Subscriptions → Cancel or Pause → confirm before the next renewal. You make that choice yourself.
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not refund the current quarter outside the report-quality promise below. Access continues through the paid cycle. Download your reports before access ends; included INNSPO access ends with the membership cycle.
Our report-quality promise
You deserve information you can actually use. Complete your assessments thoughtfully, and we stand behind the quality and personalization of your reports. If something does not reflect your history or needs clarification, we will review it with you and make it right.
Foundation Coaching, Couples and Black Sheep Business: if a report feels inaccurate, generic or unusable, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We review your concerns, clarify any missing information and revise the report once at no charge. If we still cannot deliver the promised report, we refund the affected program fee.
DNA Precision: the same review-and-revision process applies. Once testing has been performed, 50% of the program fee is retained as a non-refundable testing and report-production fee, covering the testing time and administration already completed.
Incomplete answers: we tell you what needs clarification and give you the chance to complete it before your report is generated. Short answers alone do not disqualify you.
Our mistakes: missing deliverables, another person's data or other team errors are corrected or appropriately refunded, never covered by the testing-fee exception.
