The root of autoimmunity that NO ONE is talking about

    27 min webinar

Sick of being told your autoimmune condition is just bad luck or genetics, with nothing to do but manage symptoms? That narrative is a lie. This webinar rips apart the conventional wisdom that dismisses your body's ability to heal. We challenge the notion that autoimmunity is an unfixable flaw, instead revealing the underlying stressors and triggers that cause your immune system to turn against itself. Discover why standard testing falls short and how a root-cause approach can uncover the real drivers behind your symptoms, even the subtle ones you've normalized. It's time to stop settling for mediocrity and demand a deeper understanding of your health.

    What you'll learn

    • Autoimmunity isn't simply genetic; specific triggers cause immune system dysfunction.
    • Conventional medicine often focuses on symptom management, not root-cause resolution.
    • Standard autoimmune testing has limitations, missing crucial underlying factors.
    • Many 'normal' symptoms, like fatigue or digestive issues, are actually warning signs.
    • Identifying and addressing foundational problems can resolve a cascade of seemingly unrelated symptoms.

    Questions answered

What is the common misconception about autoimmunity?
Many are told that autoimmunity means the body just turns on itself, is genetic, or due to a faulty immune system, with medication being the only solution.
Why is conventional medicine's approach to autoimmunity often insufficient?
Conventional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms with medications rather than identifying and addressing the underlying root cause of the immune system dysfunction.
How can one identify the foundational problem causing multiple symptoms?
By doing the right testing and asking better questions, it's possible to decipher the major foundational problem creating a cascade effect of symptoms.
What role do infections and toxins play in autoimmunity?
Infections, toxins, and heavy metals can trigger the immune system to fight foreign invaders, and if these invaders are located in specific tissues, the immune system can inadvertently attack the body's own tissues.
How does glyphosate affect gut health and autoimmunity?
Glyphosate, found in Roundup and sprayed on non-organic farms, is a neurotoxin that disrupts the gastrointestinal system, and is often linked to conditions like celiac disease.

I think it's it comes to autoimmunity. I think it's it comes to autoimmunity. I think it's safe to say that many of us are being safe to say that many of us are being safe to say that many of us are being told that our body just turns on itself told that our body just turns on itself told that our body just turns on itself and autoimmunity is something that could and autoimmunity is something that could and autoimmunity is something that could be genetic or it could just be a faulty be genetic or it could just be a faulty be genetic or it could just be a faulty immune system and that there's really immune system and that there's really immune system and that there's really nothing that we can do about it other nothing that we can do about it other nothing that we can do about it other than take a medication when it gets bad than take a medication when it gets bad than take a medication when it gets bad enough or it gets extremely symptomatic. enough or it gets extremely symptomatic. enough or it gets extremely symptomatic. So overall when we talk tonight we're So overall when we talk tonight we're So overall when we talk tonight we're really going to understand that that is really going to understand that that is really going to understand that that is definitely not 100% accurate. there is a definitely not 100% accurate. there is a definitely not 100% accurate. there is a lot of reasons why the immune system can lot of reasons why the immune system can lot of reasons why the immune system can be stressed and can be triggered to be stressed and can be triggered to be stressed and can be triggered to start an attack on the the um human start an attack on the the um human start an attack on the the um human tissue. So, we're going to really just tissue. So, we're going to really just tissue. So, we're going to really just uncover some of the things that people uncover some of the things that people uncover some of the things that people are not talking about. And we're also are not talking about. And we're also are not talking about. And we're also going to understand some of the going to understand some of the going to understand some of the limitations with the testing that you limitations with the testing that you limitations with the testing that you may have had already. And then, of may have had already. And then, of may have had already. And then, of course, I'm going to tell you some course, I'm going to tell you some course, I'm going to tell you some really awesome stories about people that really awesome stories about people that really awesome stories about people that we've worked with that have dealt with we've worked with that have dealt with we've worked with that have dealt with all different types of autoimmune all different types of autoimmune all different types of autoimmune conditions. Uh, so I'm going to uh conditions. Uh, so I'm going to uh conditions. Uh, so I'm going to uh always use my PowerPoint so I do not always use my PowerPoint so I do not always use my PowerPoint so I do not completely derail and uh go off the deep completely derail and uh go off the deep completely derail and uh go off the deep end. But uh but again tonight I really end. But uh but again tonight I really end. But uh but again tonight I really want you guys to walk away understanding want you guys to walk away understanding want you guys to walk away understanding that you don't know what you don't know. that you don't know what you don't know. that you don't know what you don't know. It's impossible for you to understand It's impossible for you to understand It's impossible for you to understand the origin of your autoimmune condition the origin of your autoimmune condition the origin of your autoimmune condition if you have not had the right testing. if you have not had the right testing. if you have not had the right testing. We're also going to bust through some of We're also going to bust through some of We're also going to bust through some of the myths about autoimmunity just the myths about autoimmunity just the myths about autoimmunity just happens and it's genetic and there's happens and it's genetic and there's happens and it's genetic and there's nothing you can do about it. So really nothing you can do about it. So really nothing you can do about it. So really being able to uncover, you know, really being able to uncover, you know, really being able to uncover, you know, really good quality information about how you good quality information about how you good quality information about how you can actually start taking charge of your can actually start taking charge of your can actually start taking charge of your autoimmune condition. So just a little autoimmune condition. So just a little autoimmune condition. So just a little bit of background uh about myself. I bit of background uh about myself. I bit of background uh about myself. I know some of you that are here know me, know some of you that are here know me, know some of you that are here know me, then you know Integrated Wellness Group. then you know Integrated Wellness Group. then you know Integrated Wellness Group. Some of you that are here don't know us Some of you that are here don't know us Some of you that are here don't know us at all. Um but overall when it comes to at all. Um but overall when it comes to at all. Um but overall when it comes to Integrated Wellness Group, I am the Integrated Wellness Group, I am the Integrated Wellness Group, I am the co-owner with my husband, Dr. co-owner with my husband, Dr. co-owner with my husband, Dr. And we really from day one have kind of And we really from day one have kind of And we really from day one have kind of went against the grain. And what I mean went against the grain. And what I mean went against the grain. And what I mean by that is we felt like a lot of the by that is we felt like a lot of the by that is we felt like a lot of the things that we were taught when it came things that we were taught when it came things that we were taught when it came to holistic and conventional medicine to holistic and conventional medicine to holistic and conventional medicine didn't make a lot of sense. And you know didn't make a lot of sense. And you know didn't make a lot of sense. And you know at the end of the day it all has at the end of the day it all has at the end of the day it all has relevance. There's there's research. You relevance. There's there's research. You relevance. There's there's research. You know there's there's a lot of know there's there's a lot of know there's there's a lot of information out there. But when you get information out there. But when you get information out there. But when you get into a clinical setting and you see real into a clinical setting and you see real into a clinical setting and you see real life people, you find that some of the life people, you find that some of the life people, you find that some of the things that things that things that um some of the things that were accurate um some of the things that were accurate um some of the things that were accurate in research are not always necessarily in research are not always necessarily in research are not always necessarily accurate in real life. And that kept us accurate in real life. And that kept us accurate in real life. And that kept us asking questions, learning more and asking questions, learning more and asking questions, learning more and evolving our own approach because we evolving our own approach because we evolving our own approach because we were always about how can we give people were always about how can we give people were always about how can we give people the best quality care and always about the best quality care and always about the best quality care and always about how can we create sustainable changes. how can we create sustainable changes. how can we create sustainable changes. And what I mean by that is I think we And what I mean by that is I think we And what I mean by that is I think we get into this mindset um and it's not get into this mindset um and it's not get into this mindset um and it's not any of our faults. It's also just what any of our faults. It's also just what any of our faults. It's also just what we've been taught is it's all about just we've been taught is it's all about just we've been taught is it's all about just kind of paliating our symptoms to get kind of paliating our symptoms to get kind of paliating our symptoms to get over a hump. But nobody's necessarily over a hump. But nobody's necessarily over a hump. But nobody's necessarily giving us a solution to say you can giving us a solution to say you can giving us a solution to say you can reverse your Crohn's disease or you can reverse your Crohn's disease or you can reverse your Crohn's disease or you can actually stabilize or reverse your actually stabilize or reverse your actually stabilize or reverse your Hashimoto's. Nobody's saying that. Hashimoto's. Nobody's saying that. Hashimoto's. Nobody's saying that. Everyone's just saying, well, let's do Everyone's just saying, well, let's do Everyone's just saying, well, let's do what we have to do to really just calm what we have to do to really just calm what we have to do to really just calm down your symptoms. And that's kind of down your symptoms. And that's kind of down your symptoms. And that's kind of as good as it gets. and I just didn't as good as it gets. and I just didn't as good as it gets. and I just didn't really want to settle for that as a really want to settle for that as a really want to settle for that as a physician. I didn't want to settle for physician. I didn't want to settle for physician. I didn't want to settle for it in my own health. And that's what it in my own health. And that's what it in my own health. And that's what kept us digging, learning, and growing. kept us digging, learning, and growing. kept us digging, learning, and growing. So, for myself, um I know that when So, for myself, um I know that when So, for myself, um I know that when people look at my bio, they're kind of people look at my bio, they're kind of people look at my bio, they're kind of like, well, how does she work with so like, well, how does she work with so like, well, how does she work with so many different things? You know, I many different things? You know, I many different things? You know, I classify myself as an integrated classify myself as an integrated classify myself as an integrated physician, and I work with a lot of physician, and I work with a lot of physician, and I work with a lot of different types of people. I work with different types of people. I work with different types of people. I work with autoimmunity, but I work with Lyme autoimmunity, but I work with Lyme autoimmunity, but I work with Lyme disease and I also work with mold disease and I also work with mold disease and I also work with mold toxicity and I work with POT syndrome toxicity and I work with POT syndrome toxicity and I work with POT syndrome and I work with hormonal issues. Because and I work with hormonal issues. Because and I work with hormonal issues. Because at the end of the day for me, it's not at the end of the day for me, it's not at the end of the day for me, it's not about the diagnosis. It's actually about about the diagnosis. It's actually about about the diagnosis. It's actually about what is the root cause. Because as what is the root cause. Because as what is the root cause. Because as complicated as you may feel that you are complicated as you may feel that you are complicated as you may feel that you are because you have so many different because you have so many different because you have so many different symptoms going on, you're tired, you symptoms going on, you're tired, you symptoms going on, you're tired, you can't sleep, you're fatigued, your can't sleep, you're fatigued, your can't sleep, you're fatigued, your stomach hurts, your thyroid is off. You stomach hurts, your thyroid is off. You stomach hurts, your thyroid is off. You might assume that all of those things might assume that all of those things might assume that all of those things are separate. And that's because that's are separate. And that's because that's are separate. And that's because that's the way we've been programmed to think the way we've been programmed to think the way we've been programmed to think about our bodies and our health. But at about our bodies and our health. But at about our bodies and our health. But at the end of the day, all of it's the end of the day, all of it's the end of the day, all of it's connected and there's going to be one connected and there's going to be one connected and there's going to be one major foundational problem that is major foundational problem that is major foundational problem that is creating that cascade effect of all creating that cascade effect of all creating that cascade effect of all those symptoms that you have. So if we those symptoms that you have. So if we those symptoms that you have. So if we do the right testing and we ask better do the right testing and we ask better do the right testing and we ask better questions, we can actually decipher what questions, we can actually decipher what questions, we can actually decipher what is that foundational problem. And once is that foundational problem. And once is that foundational problem. And once we work on that, we start to see so many we work on that, we start to see so many we work on that, we start to see so many symptoms dissipate. And it's always symptoms dissipate. And it's always symptoms dissipate. And it's always interesting because people come to me interesting because people come to me interesting because people come to me and they're like, "Okay, well, what are and they're like, "Okay, well, what are and they're like, "Okay, well, what are you doing for this? What are you doing you doing for this? What are you doing you doing for this? What are you doing for my thyroid? What are you doing for for my thyroid? What are you doing for for my thyroid? What are you doing for my weight loss?" And I'm just like, my weight loss?" And I'm just like, my weight loss?" And I'm just like, "That's just not how it works." It works "That's just not how it works." It works "That's just not how it works." It works by figuring out what's the root and by figuring out what's the root and by figuring out what's the root and let's do what we need to do, which might let's do what we need to do, which might let's do what we need to do, which might be a few things to fix that. And then be a few things to fix that. And then be a few things to fix that. And then you're going to see those changes that you're going to see those changes that you're going to see those changes that you're looking for. you're looking for. you're looking for. So for myself um when I got into this So for myself um when I got into this So for myself um when I got into this field I know I remember thinking um or field I know I remember thinking um or field I know I remember thinking um or kind of feeling guilty about the fact kind of feeling guilty about the fact kind of feeling guilty about the fact that I didn't have the story. I didn't that I didn't have the story. I didn't that I didn't have the story. I didn't have the story that I was super sick and have the story that I was super sick and have the story that I was super sick and nobody could help me and that I had this nobody could help me and that I had this nobody could help me and that I had this miraculous experience with functional or miraculous experience with functional or miraculous experience with functional or integrative medicine. I didn't really integrative medicine. I didn't really integrative medicine. I didn't really have that experience. If anything, I was have that experience. If anything, I was have that experience. If anything, I was the polar opposite. I thought I was the polar opposite. I thought I was the polar opposite. I thought I was super healthy. I was uh I was active. I super healthy. I was uh I was active. I super healthy. I was uh I was active. I was athletic. I tried to eat well. I was athletic. I tried to eat well. I was athletic. I tried to eat well. I really tried to do what I knew best at really tried to do what I knew best at really tried to do what I knew best at that time. And then when I did my that time. And then when I did my that time. And then when I did my testing, uh, as I started to get into testing, uh, as I started to get into testing, uh, as I started to get into this field, I realized that I wasn't this field, I realized that I wasn't this field, I realized that I wasn't healthy at all. And the bigger picture healthy at all. And the bigger picture healthy at all. And the bigger picture is that I realized that the symptoms is that I realized that the symptoms is that I realized that the symptoms that I had, because they were mild and that I had, because they were mild and that I had, because they were mild and because they came and went and because a because they came and went and because a because they came and went and because a lot of other people around me had them, lot of other people around me had them, lot of other people around me had them, they were my normal. So being tired and they were my normal. So being tired and they were my normal. So being tired and needing coffee was my normal. Not always needing coffee was my normal. Not always needing coffee was my normal. Not always sleeping the best was my normal. Having sleeping the best was my normal. Having sleeping the best was my normal. Having a stomach ache a after I ate too much or a stomach ache a after I ate too much or a stomach ache a after I ate too much or ate out was my normal. Having sinus ate out was my normal. Having sinus ate out was my normal. Having sinus infections and seasonal allergies was my infections and seasonal allergies was my infections and seasonal allergies was my normal. All of those things were my normal. All of those things were my normal. All of those things were my normal. And most of you listening are normal. And most of you listening are normal. And most of you listening are probably like, "Yeah, that's my normal, probably like, "Yeah, that's my normal, probably like, "Yeah, that's my normal, too. What do you mean that's not too. What do you mean that's not too. What do you mean that's not normal?" But we have gotten to a place, normal?" But we have gotten to a place, normal?" But we have gotten to a place, especially if your symptoms have come on especially if your symptoms have come on especially if your symptoms have come on gradually, that we just settle for gradually, that we just settle for gradually, that we just settle for feeling mediocre. And some of us really feeling mediocre. And some of us really feeling mediocre. And some of us really just settle for feeling like straight just settle for feeling like straight just settle for feeling like straight crap. And it's really just about crap. And it's really just about crap. And it's really just about understanding that understanding that understanding that you have to get better testing to really you have to get better testing to really you have to get better testing to really uncover what might be causing these uncover what might be causing these uncover what might be causing these symptoms, if they're mild or not. And symptoms, if they're mild or not. And symptoms, if they're mild or not. And once you know that, it's not just about once you know that, it's not just about once you know that, it's not just about resolving those symptoms in the moment. resolving those symptoms in the moment. resolving those symptoms in the moment. It's also about being proactive. Because It's also about being proactive. Because It's also about being proactive. Because I was honestly going down a really, I was honestly going down a really, I was honestly going down a really, really slow spiral to potentially having really slow spiral to potentially having really slow spiral to potentially having a very serious cardiovascular issue. And a very serious cardiovascular issue. And a very serious cardiovascular issue. And it's interesting because it's interesting because it's interesting because I again normalized it. I was having I again normalized it. I was having I again normalized it. I was having random fainting spells, but I was like, random fainting spells, but I was like, random fainting spells, but I was like, "Oh, well, it's close to my period, so "Oh, well, it's close to my period, so "Oh, well, it's close to my period, so it must be hormonal." Like those things it must be hormonal." Like those things it must be hormonal." Like those things are not normal, but it was something are not normal, but it was something are not normal, but it was something that nobody could tell me why. So, I that nobody could tell me why. So, I that nobody could tell me why. So, I just kind of settled for it. So, just kind of settled for it. So, just kind of settled for it. So, overall, once you know what's going on, overall, once you know what's going on, overall, once you know what's going on, it's not about being fearful of what's it's not about being fearful of what's it's not about being fearful of what's going on. It's about knowing that going on. It's about knowing that going on. It's about knowing that there's always the solution to it. So, I there's always the solution to it. So, I there's always the solution to it. So, I know that it is late right now. We are know that it is late right now. We are know that it is late right now. We are past 7 o'clock and there are tons of past 7 o'clock and there are tons of past 7 o'clock and there are tons of things going on around us. There are things going on around us. There are things going on around us. There are probably kids demanding food, snacks. probably kids demanding food, snacks. probably kids demanding food, snacks. There's showers and baths and all of There's showers and baths and all of There's showers and baths and all of that stuff that need to happen. But I that stuff that need to happen. But I that stuff that need to happen. But I want to give you guys the opportunity to want to give you guys the opportunity to want to give you guys the opportunity to kind of shut down your email browser and kind of shut down your email browser and kind of shut down your email browser and give yourself the next 20 minutes to give yourself the next 20 minutes to give yourself the next 20 minutes to really hone in on this webinar/Instagram really hone in on this webinar/Instagram really hone in on this webinar/Instagram live because I'm going to be talking live because I'm going to be talking live because I'm going to be talking about things in relation to autoimmunity about things in relation to autoimmunity about things in relation to autoimmunity that you haven't heard before. And once that you haven't heard before. And once that you haven't heard before. And once you hear it, you're gonna be like, "Holy you hear it, you're gonna be like, "Holy you hear it, you're gonna be like, "Holy crap, that makes a lot of sense." But I crap, that makes a lot of sense." But I crap, that makes a lot of sense." But I can guarantee you, it's not going to be can guarantee you, it's not going to be can guarantee you, it's not going to be information that anybody is talking information that anybody is talking information that anybody is talking about. But I'm bringing you not my about. But I'm bringing you not my about. But I'm bringing you not my opinion. I am bringing you real life opinion. I am bringing you real life opinion. I am bringing you real life scenarios of clinical cases that I see scenarios of clinical cases that I see scenarios of clinical cases that I see every day and people that actually do every day and people that actually do every day and people that actually do get better. get better. get better. Okay? So, I want you to understand first Okay? So, I want you to understand first Okay? So, I want you to understand first and foremost that if you have an and foremost that if you have an and foremost that if you have an autoimmune condition and you've been on autoimmune condition and you've been on autoimmune condition and you've been on medications, you've been on biologics, medications, you've been on biologics, medications, you've been on biologics, you've had injections and you're not you've had injections and you're not you've had injections and you're not better, maybe you're worse or you're better, maybe you're worse or you're better, maybe you're worse or you're like, you know what, I really want to do like, you know what, I really want to do like, you know what, I really want to do this naturally or I really want to this naturally or I really want to this naturally or I really want to change my diet or I really want to get change my diet or I really want to get change my diet or I really want to get on a supplement regimen and you did it on a supplement regimen and you did it on a supplement regimen and you did it and it didn't work or maybe it made you and it didn't work or maybe it made you and it didn't work or maybe it made you feel worse. I just want you to feel worse. I just want you to feel worse. I just want you to understand it's not your fault. It is understand it's not your fault. It is understand it's not your fault. It is not your fault that maybe you have fell not your fault that maybe you have fell not your fault that maybe you have fell flat with protocols you've tried. It's flat with protocols you've tried. It's flat with protocols you've tried. It's not your fault that you haven't had the not your fault that you haven't had the not your fault that you haven't had the best testing. It's not your fault that best testing. It's not your fault that best testing. It's not your fault that you get paralyzed by trying to figure you get paralyzed by trying to figure you get paralyzed by trying to figure out on Google University what diet is out on Google University what diet is out on Google University what diet is for you because there is so much for you because there is so much for you because there is so much information out there. There is so much information out there. There is so much information out there. There is so much conflicting information and it's very conflicting information and it's very conflicting information and it's very easy to just throw our hands up and be easy to just throw our hands up and be easy to just throw our hands up and be like I can't because this is just too like I can't because this is just too like I can't because this is just too much. It's too overwhelming. So, this is much. It's too overwhelming. So, this is much. It's too overwhelming. So, this is why I do this because I want you guys to why I do this because I want you guys to why I do this because I want you guys to understand that everyone is understand that everyone is understand that everyone is personalized. No diet should be a personalized. No diet should be a personalized. No diet should be a long-term diet that you do for years long-term diet that you do for years long-term diet that you do for years upon years. Your diet should be used as upon years. Your diet should be used as upon years. Your diet should be used as a strategy to achieve a goal. No a strategy to achieve a goal. No a strategy to achieve a goal. No supplement regimen should be for months supplement regimen should be for months supplement regimen should be for months upon months upon months, let alone upon months upon months, let alone upon months upon months, let alone years. It's always about knowing what years. It's always about knowing what years. It's always about knowing what your body needs and also knowing that your body needs and also knowing that your body needs and also knowing that your body's needs are going to change. your body's needs are going to change. your body's needs are going to change. So setting the foundation for So setting the foundation for So setting the foundation for understanding autoimmunity and really understanding autoimmunity and really understanding autoimmunity and really understanding too why does integrative understanding too why does integrative understanding too why does integrative medicine, functional medicine, why does medicine, functional medicine, why does medicine, functional medicine, why does that even exist? Why are people talking that even exist? Why are people talking that even exist? Why are people talking about that? Why are people seeking it about that? Why are people seeking it about that? Why are people seeking it out? So first and foremost, my this is out? So first and foremost, my this is out? So first and foremost, my this is my personal opinion. My personal opinion my personal opinion. My personal opinion my personal opinion. My personal opinion is that the specialties and subsp is that the specialties and subsp is that the specialties and subsp specialties in medicine are one of the specialties in medicine are one of the specialties in medicine are one of the biggest detriments. And I say this biggest detriments. And I say this biggest detriments. And I say this because because because we are assuming there's a lot of people we are assuming there's a lot of people we are assuming there's a lot of people driving around Asbury Park right now. driving around Asbury Park right now. driving around Asbury Park right now. Sorry about the noise. Um, so one of the Sorry about the noise. Um, so one of the Sorry about the noise. Um, so one of the biggest detriments is the fact that if biggest detriments is the fact that if biggest detriments is the fact that if you have a gastrointestinal issue, you have a gastrointestinal issue, you have a gastrointestinal issue, you're going to be working with a you're going to be working with a you're going to be working with a gastroenterenterologist. If you have gastroenterenterologist. If you have gastroenterenterologist. If you have depression, you might be working with a depression, you might be working with a depression, you might be working with a psychologist or a psychiatrist. But the psychologist or a psychiatrist. But the psychologist or a psychiatrist. But the best part about that is 95% of your best part about that is 95% of your best part about that is 95% of your serotonin, which is your feel-good serotonin, which is your feel-good serotonin, which is your feel-good hormone, is actually made in your gut. hormone, is actually made in your gut. hormone, is actually made in your gut. So your IBS or your Crohn's or your So your IBS or your Crohn's or your So your IBS or your Crohn's or your ulcerative colitis, can easily be a huge ulcerative colitis, can easily be a huge ulcerative colitis, can easily be a huge culprit behind why you don't emotionally culprit behind why you don't emotionally culprit behind why you don't emotionally feel your best. So when we work with all feel your best. So when we work with all feel your best. So when we work with all these separate physicians and nobody these separate physicians and nobody these separate physicians and nobody talks to each other, we often feel like talks to each other, we often feel like talks to each other, we often feel like we're falling apart. We feel like we we're falling apart. We feel like we we're falling apart. We feel like we have all these issues. We're on have all these issues. We're on have all these issues. We're on medications for all of these issues and medications for all of these issues and medications for all of these issues and we're not necessarily getting anywhere. we're not necessarily getting anywhere. we're not necessarily getting anywhere. We're not necessarily getting better. We're not necessarily getting better. We're not necessarily getting better. We're not always necessarily seeing the We're not always necessarily seeing the We're not always necessarily seeing the changes that we hope for. changes that we hope for. changes that we hope for. So overall, you know, one of the biggest So overall, you know, one of the biggest So overall, you know, one of the biggest things is that if we can look at the things is that if we can look at the things is that if we can look at the body and look at physiology, we can body and look at physiology, we can body and look at physiology, we can understand the bigger picture. And that understand the bigger picture. And that understand the bigger picture. And that is what allows us to actually figure out is what allows us to actually figure out is what allows us to actually figure out what is the root cause. And if we figure what is the root cause. And if we figure what is the root cause. And if we figure out the root cause, we also move away out the root cause, we also move away out the root cause, we also move away from this idea that one pill is going to from this idea that one pill is going to from this idea that one pill is going to fix us or one surgery is going to fix fix us or one surgery is going to fix fix us or one surgery is going to fix us. I really, really wish it was that us. I really, really wish it was that us. I really, really wish it was that easy. But unfortunately, it's not. And easy. But unfortunately, it's not. And easy. But unfortunately, it's not. And especially when it comes to especially when it comes to especially when it comes to autoimmunity, when people talk to me autoimmunity, when people talk to me autoimmunity, when people talk to me about their Hashimoto's or Graves about their Hashimoto's or Graves about their Hashimoto's or Graves disease and they say that they're taking disease and they say that they're taking disease and they say that they're taking a medication, especially with a medication, especially with a medication, especially with Hashimoto's, they're taking a thyroid Hashimoto's, they're taking a thyroid Hashimoto's, they're taking a thyroid medication to, you know, stabilize their medication to, you know, stabilize their medication to, you know, stabilize their thyroid. It's an immune system issue. It thyroid. It's an immune system issue. It thyroid. It's an immune system issue. It is not necessarily just a thyroid issue. is not necessarily just a thyroid issue. is not necessarily just a thyroid issue. So, if you think you're just going to So, if you think you're just going to So, if you think you're just going to take synthroidid or some other synthetic take synthroidid or some other synthetic take synthroidid or some other synthetic form of of thyroid hormone and you're form of of thyroid hormone and you're form of of thyroid hormone and you're going to get anywhere, you're not going to get anywhere, you're not going to get anywhere, you're not because you're not addressing the fact because you're not addressing the fact because you're not addressing the fact that there is an immune system issue. that there is an immune system issue. that there is an immune system issue. So, the foundation, let's think about So, the foundation, let's think about So, the foundation, let's think about what does the immune system actually do? what does the immune system actually do? what does the immune system actually do? because if we get back to the actual because if we get back to the actual because if we get back to the actual basics, this is going to make a lot of basics, this is going to make a lot of basics, this is going to make a lot of sense to you guys. So, I kind of took sense to you guys. So, I kind of took sense to you guys. So, I kind of took two definitions that I found um about two definitions that I found um about two definitions that I found um about the immune system. One is it recognizes the immune system. One is it recognizes the immune system. One is it recognizes the cells that make up your body and the cells that make up your body and the cells that make up your body and will rid anything unfamiliar. will rid anything unfamiliar. will rid anything unfamiliar. It excuse me, it destroys germs, It excuse me, it destroys germs, It excuse me, it destroys germs, bacteria, viruses, and parasites. bacteria, viruses, and parasites. bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Another definition, the immune system is Another definition, the immune system is Another definition, the immune system is the body's defense against infectious the body's defense against infectious the body's defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. organisms and other invaders. organisms and other invaders. Okay. So, if we have an infection in our Okay. So, if we have an infection in our Okay. So, if we have an infection in our body, I don't care if your doctor found body, I don't care if your doctor found body, I don't care if your doctor found it or not. All of us are petri dishes of it or not. All of us are petri dishes of it or not. All of us are petri dishes of infections. And that's because of the infections. And that's because of the infections. And that's because of the food that we eat. That is because of the food that we eat. That is because of the food that we eat. That is because of the things that we touch. That's because of things that we touch. That's because of things that we touch. That's because of our grimy cell phones. You think a our grimy cell phones. You think a our grimy cell phones. You think a toilet seat has germs? Your cell phone toilet seat has germs? Your cell phone toilet seat has germs? Your cell phone has like quadruple, probably more germs has like quadruple, probably more germs has like quadruple, probably more germs on it than a toilet seat. So everything on it than a toilet seat. So everything on it than a toilet seat. So everything we do, everything we touch, everything we do, everything we touch, everything we do, everything we touch, everything we eat has bacteria, viruses, parasites we eat has bacteria, viruses, parasites we eat has bacteria, viruses, parasites on it. It's more so important, can your on it. It's more so important, can your on it. It's more so important, can your immune system handle these things, which immune system handle these things, which immune system handle these things, which we're going to talk about. But overall, we're going to talk about. But overall, we're going to talk about. But overall, if the immune system's job is to fight if the immune system's job is to fight if the immune system's job is to fight off a foreign invader, maybe that's a off a foreign invader, maybe that's a off a foreign invader, maybe that's a bacteria, maybe that's a virus, maybe bacteria, maybe that's a virus, maybe bacteria, maybe that's a virus, maybe it's a parasite, maybe it's a toxin, it's a parasite, maybe it's a toxin, it's a parasite, maybe it's a toxin, maybe it's mercury because you have a maybe it's mercury because you have a maybe it's mercury because you have a boatload of silver fillings in your boatload of silver fillings in your boatload of silver fillings in your mouth, wouldn't it make sense that the mouth, wouldn't it make sense that the mouth, wouldn't it make sense that the immune system is potentially fighting immune system is potentially fighting immune system is potentially fighting the bad thing, the the foreign invader the bad thing, the the foreign invader the bad thing, the the foreign invader that is hanging out in the tissue? you that is hanging out in the tissue? you that is hanging out in the tissue? you where you have an autoimmune condition. where you have an autoimmune condition. where you have an autoimmune condition. So like sit with that for a minute and So like sit with that for a minute and So like sit with that for a minute and I'm going to break this down a little I'm going to break this down a little I'm going to break this down a little bit further. bit further. bit further. So think about your thyroid. So think about your thyroid. So think about your thyroid. Your thyroid is extremely close to your Your thyroid is extremely close to your Your thyroid is extremely close to your tonsils. It's extremely close to your tonsils. It's extremely close to your tonsils. It's extremely close to your mouth, your teeth, your gums. Your mouth, your teeth, your gums. Your mouth, your teeth, your gums. Your sinuses also drain into your into your sinuses also drain into your into your sinuses also drain into your into your tonsils and then also into your throat. tonsils and then also into your throat. tonsils and then also into your throat. There is so much opportunity for your There is so much opportunity for your There is so much opportunity for your thyroid to be compromised by different thyroid to be compromised by different thyroid to be compromised by different types of infections and toxins. So, what types of infections and toxins. So, what types of infections and toxins. So, what I mean by that is if you have a boatload I mean by that is if you have a boatload I mean by that is if you have a boatload of metal in your mouth, maybe you have a of metal in your mouth, maybe you have a of metal in your mouth, maybe you have a bunch of implants, maybe you have a bunch of implants, maybe you have a bunch of implants, maybe you have a bunch of fillings, maybe you have uh a bunch of fillings, maybe you have uh a bunch of fillings, maybe you have uh a bridge, whatever the case may be, those bridge, whatever the case may be, those bridge, whatever the case may be, those metals leech into your tissues and get metals leech into your tissues and get metals leech into your tissues and get into your lymph nodes, which then can into your lymph nodes, which then can into your lymph nodes, which then can affect your thyroid. So, your immune affect your thyroid. So, your immune affect your thyroid. So, your immune system's coming to the scene to clean system's coming to the scene to clean system's coming to the scene to clean everything up, and unfortunately, your everything up, and unfortunately, your everything up, and unfortunately, your thyroid is in the line of fire. So now thyroid is in the line of fire. So now thyroid is in the line of fire. So now you start to have an inflamed thyroid you start to have an inflamed thyroid you start to have an inflamed thyroid inflammation autoimmune practically the inflammation autoimmune practically the inflammation autoimmune practically the same thing. That's why when you take same thing. That's why when you take same thing. That's why when you take immunosuppressants immunosuppressants immunosuppressants like biologics like biologics like biologics to sabry metformin things like that and to sabry metformin things like that and to sabry metformin things like that and they shut down your immune system you they shut down your immune system you they shut down your immune system you feel better. And you feel better because feel better. And you feel better because feel better. And you feel better because it shut down your inflammatory reaction. it shut down your inflammatory reaction. it shut down your inflammatory reaction. But again we're not fixing the problem But again we're not fixing the problem But again we're not fixing the problem here. If anything, we're making it here. If anything, we're making it here. If anything, we're making it worse. worse. worse. So, this applies So, this applies So, this applies everywhere. Lupus, everywhere. Lupus, everywhere. Lupus, one of the most common things that I one of the most common things that I one of the most common things that I find associated with lupus is Lyme find associated with lupus is Lyme find associated with lupus is Lyme disease. You know why? Because lupus is disease. You know why? Because lupus is disease. You know why? Because lupus is an autoimmune attack on the connective an autoimmune attack on the connective an autoimmune attack on the connective tissue. tissue. tissue. Lyme disease loves connective tissue. It Lyme disease loves connective tissue. It Lyme disease loves connective tissue. It burrows itself in connective tissue. It burrows itself in connective tissue. It burrows itself in connective tissue. It could be a knee. It could be a uh it could be a knee. It could be a uh it could be a knee. It could be a uh it could be your muscles. It could be an could be your muscles. It could be an could be your muscles. It could be an elbow. It could be your lymph nodes. It elbow. It could be your lymph nodes. It elbow. It could be your lymph nodes. It could be anywhere. So there is a huge could be anywhere. So there is a huge could be anywhere. So there is a huge huge huge connection when it comes to a huge huge connection when it comes to a huge huge connection when it comes to a stressed out autoimmune reaction and stressed out autoimmune reaction and stressed out autoimmune reaction and infections infections infections or again toxins. or again toxins. or again toxins. So think about it going back to the So think about it going back to the So think about it going back to the previous slide when we said everything previous slide when we said everything previous slide when we said everything is separate. So who's the doctor that is separate. So who's the doctor that is separate. So who's the doctor that diagnoses infections? diagnoses infections? diagnoses infections? Infectious disease doctors. The only Infectious disease doctors. The only Infectious disease doctors. The only time you go to an infectious disease time you go to an infectious disease time you go to an infectious disease doctor is if you have reoccurring fevers doctor is if you have reoccurring fevers doctor is if you have reoccurring fevers that nobody can figure out what's wrong that nobody can figure out what's wrong that nobody can figure out what's wrong with you or you have reoccurring with you or you have reoccurring with you or you have reoccurring diarrhea that nobody can figure out diarrhea that nobody can figure out diarrhea that nobody can figure out what's wrong with you. That's the only what's wrong with you. That's the only what's wrong with you. That's the only time you really go to an infectious time you really go to an infectious time you really go to an infectious disease doctor. Otherwise, you're disease doctor. Otherwise, you're disease doctor. Otherwise, you're working with some other type of working with some other type of working with some other type of physician in the area that you have pain physician in the area that you have pain physician in the area that you have pain symptoms or an ailment. So, you're symptoms or an ailment. So, you're symptoms or an ailment. So, you're working with your working with your working with your gastroenterenterologist gastroenterenterologist gastroenterenterologist who is diagnosing you with an autoimmune who is diagnosing you with an autoimmune who is diagnosing you with an autoimmune condition like ulcerative colitis or condition like ulcerative colitis or condition like ulcerative colitis or Crohn's, but he's not necessarily Crohn's, but he's not necessarily Crohn's, but he's not necessarily looking do you have a parasite? Do you looking do you have a parasite? Do you looking do you have a parasite? Do you have bacteria? Do you have a virus? Do have bacteria? Do you have a virus? Do have bacteria? Do you have a virus? Do you have something else in your gut? I you have something else in your gut? I you have something else in your gut? I will tell you, every single time you eat will tell you, every single time you eat will tell you, every single time you eat produce, I don't care if it's organic, I produce, I don't care if it's organic, I produce, I don't care if it's organic, I don't care if you clean it 75 times with don't care if you clean it 75 times with don't care if you clean it 75 times with vinegar, everything you eat has bacteria vinegar, everything you eat has bacteria vinegar, everything you eat has bacteria on it. So, it's very feasible that you on it. So, it's very feasible that you on it. So, it's very feasible that you have bad bacteria in your gut. But if it have bad bacteria in your gut. But if it have bad bacteria in your gut. But if it gets completely overloaded and then you gets completely overloaded and then you gets completely overloaded and then you have a lack of the good bacteria, that's have a lack of the good bacteria, that's have a lack of the good bacteria, that's when it becomes a bigger problem. And when it becomes a bigger problem. And when it becomes a bigger problem. And one of the biggest reasons why we have a one of the biggest reasons why we have a one of the biggest reasons why we have a lack of the good bacteria right now is lack of the good bacteria right now is lack of the good bacteria right now is because there's tons of antibiotics in because there's tons of antibiotics in because there's tons of antibiotics in the food that we eat. And there's also the food that we eat. And there's also the food that we eat. And there's also chlorine in the water that you drink. chlorine in the water that you drink. chlorine in the water that you drink. Chlorine will strip all of the good Chlorine will strip all of the good Chlorine will strip all of the good bacteria out of your system. So there is bacteria out of your system. So there is bacteria out of your system. So there is a huge huge imbalance that's going on a huge huge imbalance that's going on a huge huge imbalance that's going on here. We're overloaded with a bunch of here. We're overloaded with a bunch of here. We're overloaded with a bunch of bad organisms that are antibiotic bad organisms that are antibiotic bad organisms that are antibiotic resistant that are called superbugs. And resistant that are called superbugs. And resistant that are called superbugs. And then we're lacking all of the good then we're lacking all of the good then we're lacking all of the good bacteria because we're constantly using bacteria because we're constantly using bacteria because we're constantly using hand sanitizer. We're taking antibiotics hand sanitizer. We're taking antibiotics hand sanitizer. We're taking antibiotics for every little sniffle that we have. for every little sniffle that we have. for every little sniffle that we have. So, we're literally completely just So, we're literally completely just So, we're literally completely just imbalancing the system, which is part of imbalancing the system, which is part of imbalancing the system, which is part of the reason why we have immune systems the reason why we have immune systems the reason why we have immune systems that are so triggered. But in addition that are so triggered. But in addition that are so triggered. But in addition to that, not only are we being exposed to that, not only are we being exposed to that, not only are we being exposed to these organisms, we're also then to these organisms, we're also then to these organisms, we're also then being exposed to pesticides and being exposed to pesticides and being exposed to pesticides and herbicides and Roundup. That's what this herbicides and Roundup. That's what this herbicides and Roundup. That's what this whole GMO conversation is about. So whole GMO conversation is about. So whole GMO conversation is about. So every single patient that we work with every single patient that we work with every single patient that we work with is toxic with something called glyosate. is toxic with something called glyosate. is toxic with something called glyosate. Glyphosate is the primary um constituent Glyphosate is the primary um constituent Glyphosate is the primary um constituent in Roundup. It is also sprayed on every in Roundup. It is also sprayed on every in Roundup. It is also sprayed on every single farm in the US if it is not an single farm in the US if it is not an single farm in the US if it is not an organic farm. So we are ridden with this organic farm. So we are ridden with this organic farm. So we are ridden with this specific neurotoxin specific neurotoxin specific neurotoxin which is completely throwing off our which is completely throwing off our which is completely throwing off our gastrointestinal system. So most people gastrointestinal system. So most people gastrointestinal system. So most people that I work with that have celiac, they that I work with that have celiac, they that I work with that have celiac, they don't really have celiac. They have they don't really have celiac. They have they don't really have celiac. They have they have glyphosate poisoning. So we have to have glyphosate poisoning. So we have to have glyphosate poisoning. So we have to think beyond what we're being told think beyond what we're being told think beyond what we're being told because I'm in my 30s and some of you because I'm in my 30s and some of you because I'm in my 30s and some of you might be younger, some of you might be might be younger, some of you might be might be younger, some of you might be older. But for those of you that are older. But for those of you that are older. But for those of you that are older, older, older, did you have friends that had all these did you have friends that had all these did you have friends that had all these autoimmune conditions? Did you have autoimmune conditions? Did you have autoimmune conditions? Did you have friends that had allergies? Did you go friends that had allergies? Did you go friends that had allergies? Did you go to school in a school that they had to school in a school that they had to school in a school that they had peanut free rooms, classrooms? Like I peanut free rooms, classrooms? Like I peanut free rooms, classrooms? Like I didn't see any of that and I'm not even didn't see any of that and I'm not even didn't see any of that and I'm not even that old. So there is a huge shift that old. So there is a huge shift that old. So there is a huge shift that's going on and we need to really that's going on and we need to really that's going on and we need to really start thinking about like what the heck start thinking about like what the heck start thinking about like what the heck is this? Like what is causing all of is this? Like what is causing all of is this? Like what is causing all of this? And a huge part of the puzzle is this? And a huge part of the puzzle is this? And a huge part of the puzzle is industrial farming and how much toxicity industrial farming and how much toxicity industrial farming and how much toxicity we are being exposed to. we are being exposed to. we are being exposed to. So let's break this down a little bit So let's break this down a little bit So let's break this down a little bit further. when it comes to the immune further. when it comes to the immune further. when it comes to the immune system. So, we're talking about, you system. So, we're talking about, you system. So, we're talking about, you know, these different reasons why you know, these different reasons why you know, these different reasons why you can develop an autoimmune condition. And can develop an autoimmune condition. And can develop an autoimmune condition. And that can be because you have toxins or that can be because you have toxins or that can be because you have toxins or infections that your immune system is infections that your immune system is infections that your immune system is trying to fight. trying to fight. trying to fight. But the bigger question is is well, But the bigger question is is well, But the bigger question is is well, well, why is my immune system having well, why is my immune system having well, why is my immune system having such a negative reaction? Because such a negative reaction? Because such a negative reaction? Because technically, if you think about it, technically, if you think about it, technically, if you think about it, that's our immune system's job. Its job that's our immune system's job. Its job that's our immune system's job. Its job is to get rid of the bad stuff. So, why is to get rid of the bad stuff. So, why is to get rid of the bad stuff. So, why would it start to dysfunction or become would it start to dysfunction or become would it start to dysfunction or become overly stressed? overly stressed? overly stressed? So, for those of you that are on the So, for those of you that are on the So, for those of you that are on the webinar, you can actually see the visual webinar, you can actually see the visual webinar, you can actually see the visual here, but I'll break it down for those here, but I'll break it down for those here, but I'll break it down for those of you on Instagram. When we talk about of you on Instagram. When we talk about of you on Instagram. When we talk about um our immune system, our immune system um our immune system, our immune system um our immune system, our immune system is not just like, oh, it's our immune is not just like, oh, it's our immune is not just like, oh, it's our immune system. We have like little like cells system. We have like little like cells system. We have like little like cells that are labeled immune system in our that are labeled immune system in our that are labeled immune system in our body, but we have various organs that body, but we have various organs that body, but we have various organs that are immune organs. So one of the main uh are immune organs. So one of the main uh are immune organs. So one of the main uh immune organ is our tonsils and our immune organ is our tonsils and our immune organ is our tonsils and our adoids. adoids. adoids. Then we also have our lymph nodes which Then we also have our lymph nodes which Then we also have our lymph nodes which are everywhere. Everybody thinks of are everywhere. Everybody thinks of are everywhere. Everybody thinks of lymph nodes in the neck because you lymph nodes in the neck because you lymph nodes in the neck because you think like oh when I'm sick all this think like oh when I'm sick all this think like oh when I'm sick all this hurts. So you have lymph nodes literally hurts. So you have lymph nodes literally hurts. So you have lymph nodes literally top of your head all the way down to top of your head all the way down to top of your head all the way down to your toes. Then on your left rib cage your toes. Then on your left rib cage your toes. Then on your left rib cage you have your spleen. So people you have your spleen. So people you have your spleen. So people sometimes know of the spleen because if sometimes know of the spleen because if sometimes know of the spleen because if you ever had mono they'll monitor your you ever had mono they'll monitor your you ever had mono they'll monitor your spleen to make sure it doesn't get too spleen to make sure it doesn't get too spleen to make sure it doesn't get too big. So again, it would get big because big. So again, it would get big because big. So again, it would get big because it's inflamed because you have a virus. it's inflamed because you have a virus. it's inflamed because you have a virus. Then you have your thymus gland which is Then you have your thymus gland which is Then you have your thymus gland which is in your chest um attached to your heart. in your chest um attached to your heart. in your chest um attached to your heart. You have a bunch of immune system um You have a bunch of immune system um You have a bunch of immune system um cells going on in your gut. And then you cells going on in your gut. And then you cells going on in your gut. And then you have your appendix. have your appendix. have your appendix. So out of all those that I just So out of all those that I just So out of all those that I just described, how many of you have had your described, how many of you have had your described, how many of you have had your tonsils removed? How many have had your tonsils removed? How many have had your tonsils removed? How many have had your adoids removed or both? How many have adoids removed or both? How many have adoids removed or both? How many have had your appendix removed? How many of had your appendix removed? How many of had your appendix removed? How many of you were told that you don't need you were told that you don't need you were told that you don't need tonsils? You don't need an appendix. tonsils? You don't need an appendix. tonsils? You don't need an appendix. They're not even important organs. We They're not even important organs. We They're not even important organs. We don't even really know what they do. don't even really know what they do. don't even really know what they do. It's crazy to me that doctors say this, It's crazy to me that doctors say this, It's crazy to me that doctors say this, but it is the reality of it. All of but it is the reality of it. All of but it is the reality of it. All of those organs are immune organs. So, if those organs are immune organs. So, if those organs are immune organs. So, if they have become completely ridden with they have become completely ridden with they have become completely ridden with bacteria or toxicity, that's when they bacteria or toxicity, that's when they bacteria or toxicity, that's when they become inflamed to the point that you become inflamed to the point that you become inflamed to the point that you potentially have to get them removed. potentially have to get them removed. potentially have to get them removed. I'm not saying that people shouldn't get I'm not saying that people shouldn't get I'm not saying that people shouldn't get these things removed, but I think we these things removed, but I think we these things removed, but I think we should be thinking beyond, "Oh, I should be thinking beyond, "Oh, I should be thinking beyond, "Oh, I removed it and my problem is solved." removed it and my problem is solved." removed it and my problem is solved." Because when I have this conversation Because when I have this conversation Because when I have this conversation with people in my clinic, they say to with people in my clinic, they say to with people in my clinic, they say to me, they're like, "But I got my tonsils me, they're like, "But I got my tonsils me, they're like, "But I got my tonsils removed and I felt a ton better." And I removed and I felt a ton better." And I removed and I felt a ton better." And I go, "That's great, but what's happening go, "That's great, but what's happening go, "That's great, but what's happening now is all that now goes right into your now is all that now goes right into your now is all that now goes right into your lymph nodes." Guess what? You have lymph lymph nodes." Guess what? You have lymph lymph nodes." Guess what? You have lymph vessels. They move. So now via your vessels. They move. So now via your vessels. They move. So now via your lymph vessels, you can get whatever was lymph vessels, you can get whatever was lymph vessels, you can get whatever was in your tonsils like strep. Now that's in your tonsils like strep. Now that's in your tonsils like strep. Now that's going to get into other places of your going to get into other places of your going to get into other places of your body. So it's not necessarily always body. So it's not necessarily always body. So it's not necessarily always about the symptoms. It's about thinking about the symptoms. It's about thinking about the symptoms. It's about thinking about the bigger picture and just really about the bigger picture and just really about the bigger picture and just really thinking uh rationally about anatomy. thinking uh rationally about anatomy. thinking uh rationally about anatomy. You know, your sinuses, if your tonsils You know, your sinuses, if your tonsils You know, your sinuses, if your tonsils are jacked up, chances are you have are jacked up, chances are you have are jacked up, chances are you have something going on in your sinuses something going on in your sinuses something going on in your sinuses that's continually leeching into your that's continually leeching into your that's continually leeching into your into your throat as well. So these are into your throat as well. So these are into your throat as well. So these are all things to be considered opposed to all things to be considered opposed to all things to be considered opposed to just oh I got these organs removed and just oh I got these organs removed and just oh I got these organs removed and that's kind of the end of the story. that's kind of the end of the story. that's kind of the end of the story. So some of the signs that your lymphatic So some of the signs that your lymphatic So some of the signs that your lymphatic system is congested. So one of them is system is congested. So one of them is system is congested. So one of them is you have varicose veins. Another one is you have varicose veins. Another one is you have varicose veins. Another one is you have headaches. You have water you have headaches. You have water you have headaches. You have water retention. You have fibrocystic or dense retention. You have fibrocystic or dense retention. You have fibrocystic or dense breasts. You constantly get swollen breasts. You constantly get swollen breasts. You constantly get swollen glands or lymph nodes. Most people don't glands or lymph nodes. Most people don't glands or lymph nodes. Most people don't even know that they have swollen glands, even know that they have swollen glands, even know that they have swollen glands, but they say, "Oh, I have neck pain. My but they say, "Oh, I have neck pain. My but they say, "Oh, I have neck pain. My neck hurts all the time. Oh, my neck. My neck hurts all the time. Oh, my neck. My neck hurts all the time. Oh, my neck. My neck." If you go to a chiropractor or neck." If you go to a chiropractor or neck." If you go to a chiropractor or get physical therapy and your neck get physical therapy and your neck get physical therapy and your neck continues to hurt, it's probably not a continues to hurt, it's probably not a continues to hurt, it's probably not a structural issue. It's actually probably structural issue. It's actually probably structural issue. It's actually probably related to your lymphatic system being related to your lymphatic system being related to your lymphatic system being compromised. Uh in addition you can have compromised. Uh in addition you can have compromised. Uh in addition you can have poor circulation because your veins and poor circulation because your veins and poor circulation because your veins and your lymph system they work hand in your lymph system they work hand in your lymph system they work hand in hand. Another thing is that you have you hand. Another thing is that you have you hand. Another thing is that you have you can't lose weight or you have cellulite can't lose weight or you have cellulite can't lose weight or you have cellulite or you're getting a lot of um painful or you're getting a lot of um painful or you're getting a lot of um painful breasts around your period as a female. breasts around your period as a female. breasts around your period as a female. These are all signs that your lymphatic These are all signs that your lymphatic These are all signs that your lymphatic system is not working optimally. You system is not working optimally. You system is not working optimally. You can't get rings on and off some days is can't get rings on and off some days is can't get rings on and off some days is another one. So you need to start another one. So you need to start another one. So you need to start thinking about these things because the thinking about these things because the thinking about these things because the most commonly overlooked system is the most commonly overlooked system is the most commonly overlooked system is the lymphatic system. There is no specialist lymphatic system. There is no specialist lymphatic system. There is no specialist for the lymph, maybe an immunologist, for the lymph, maybe an immunologist, for the lymph, maybe an immunologist, but nobody is necessarily giving you but nobody is necessarily giving you but nobody is necessarily giving you recommendations on how to get your recommendations on how to get your recommendations on how to get your lymphatic system working more optimally. lymphatic system working more optimally. lymphatic system working more optimally. And this is a huge focus in our practice And this is a huge focus in our practice And this is a huge focus in our practice and it has been a gamecher for our and it has been a gamecher for our and it has been a gamecher for our patients. getting that system to work is patients. getting that system to work is patients. getting that system to work is what primarily repairs the immune what primarily repairs the immune what primarily repairs the immune system. system. system. So the other really interesting thing So the other really interesting thing So the other really interesting thing about those of you that are listening about those of you that are listening about those of you that are listening because you have an autoimmune condition because you have an autoimmune condition because you have an autoimmune condition related to say your thyroid related to say your thyroid related to say your thyroid when you talk about the thyroid and how when you talk about the thyroid and how when you talk about the thyroid and how the thyroid can be associated with maybe the thyroid can be associated with maybe the thyroid can be associated with maybe you have tonsil issues, maybe you have you have tonsil issues, maybe you have you have tonsil issues, maybe you have clogged lymph nodes, maybe you have clogged lymph nodes, maybe you have clogged lymph nodes, maybe you have things going on in your sinuses. things going on in your sinuses. things going on in your sinuses. All of those structures are also All of those structures are also All of those structures are also connected to your brain. So when we have connected to your brain. So when we have connected to your brain. So when we have a thyroid condition or we have jaw a thyroid condition or we have jaw a thyroid condition or we have jaw issues or dental issues or headaches or issues or dental issues or headaches or issues or dental issues or headaches or sinus issues, we need to also start sinus issues, we need to also start sinus issues, we need to also start thinking what's going on in our thinking what's going on in our thinking what's going on in our neurological system. Because if things neurological system. Because if things neurological system. Because if things can't drain here and you're having all can't drain here and you're having all can't drain here and you're having all this lymphatic backup and you're having this lymphatic backup and you're having this lymphatic backup and you're having swelling and water retention and you're swelling and water retention and you're swelling and water retention and you're you're having the varicose veins, you're having the varicose veins, you're having the varicose veins, chances are you're not getting proper chances are you're not getting proper chances are you're not getting proper blood flow and circulation and drainage blood flow and circulation and drainage blood flow and circulation and drainage from your head as well. And this is one from your head as well. And this is one from your head as well. And this is one of the biggest culprits as to why there of the biggest culprits as to why there of the biggest culprits as to why there is so much neurological decline right is so much neurological decline right is so much neurological decline right now. Alzheimer's and dementia, those now. Alzheimer's and dementia, those now. Alzheimer's and dementia, those statistics are skyrocketing statistics are skyrocketing statistics are skyrocketing and everyone's sitting back saying, and everyone's sitting back saying, and everyone's sitting back saying, "Well, we don't know why." And we're "Well, we don't know why." And we're "Well, we don't know why." And we're dumping all this money into research, dumping all this money into research, dumping all this money into research, but nobody is actually looking at basic but nobody is actually looking at basic but nobody is actually looking at basic anatomy and we're not looking at the anatomy and we're not looking at the anatomy and we're not looking at the fact that what if there is a roadblock? fact that what if there is a roadblock? fact that what if there is a roadblock? What if there is literally clogged What if there is literally clogged What if there is literally clogged lymphatic system and like tight muscles lymphatic system and like tight muscles lymphatic system and like tight muscles and neck issues and jaw issues and neck issues and jaw issues and neck issues and jaw issues structurally that are all affecting the structurally that are all affecting the structurally that are all affecting the brain's ability to drain toxins out? brain's ability to drain toxins out? brain's ability to drain toxins out? Yes, your brain does get exposed to Yes, your brain does get exposed to Yes, your brain does get exposed to toxins and our we have a very very toxins and our we have a very very toxins and our we have a very very specific part of our immune system specific part of our immune system specific part of our immune system called our lymphatic system. It is the called our lymphatic system. It is the called our lymphatic system. It is the the lymphatic system of the brain. And the lymphatic system of the brain. And the lymphatic system of the brain. And the more research that they do on the more research that they do on the more research that they do on cadaavvers, dead people, they are cadaavvers, dead people, they are cadaavvers, dead people, they are finding that there is massive there is finding that there is massive there is finding that there is massive there is massive toxicity in the glimpmphatic massive toxicity in the glimpmphatic massive toxicity in the glimpmphatic system, which for those of you that system, which for those of you that system, which for those of you that don't know, we have a barrier around our don't know, we have a barrier around our don't know, we have a barrier around our brain called the bloodb brain barrier brain called the bloodb brain barrier brain called the bloodb brain barrier that is supposed to protect our brains that is supposed to protect our brains that is supposed to protect our brains from all this bad stuff. But we're all, from all this bad stuff. But we're all, from all this bad stuff. But we're all, I don't want to say all, but a lot of us I don't want to say all, but a lot of us I don't want to say all, but a lot of us are struggling with something called a are struggling with something called a are struggling with something called a leaky bloodb brain barrier. And this is leaky bloodb brain barrier. And this is leaky bloodb brain barrier. And this is coming back to the massive amounts of coming back to the massive amounts of coming back to the massive amounts of toxicity that we're being exposed to. toxicity that we're being exposed to. toxicity that we're being exposed to. And part of this can be what's in your And part of this can be what's in your And part of this can be what's in your mouth, dental implants, uh, cavities, mouth, dental implants, uh, cavities, mouth, dental implants, uh, cavities, fillings, etc. And a lot of this is the fillings, etc. And a lot of this is the fillings, etc. And a lot of this is the toxins on the food that we eat. So, we toxins on the food that we eat. So, we toxins on the food that we eat. So, we are being exposed to a massive amount of are being exposed to a massive amount of are being exposed to a massive amount of toxicity that is really compromising all toxicity that is really compromising all toxicity that is really compromising all of these immune cells. and being a huge of these immune cells. and being a huge of these immune cells. and being a huge trigger for the autoimmune conditions. trigger for the autoimmune conditions. trigger for the autoimmune conditions. So, the other thing that I always So, the other thing that I always So, the other thing that I always explain to my patients to break this explain to my patients to break this explain to my patients to break this down even more is that when it comes to down even more is that when it comes to down even more is that when it comes to an autoimmune condition, if you come to an autoimmune condition, if you come to an autoimmune condition, if you come to me and we're dealing with say a thyroid me and we're dealing with say a thyroid me and we're dealing with say a thyroid autoimmune condition, I am not going to autoimmune condition, I am not going to autoimmune condition, I am not going to sit there and like go on this crazy sit there and like go on this crazy sit there and like go on this crazy protocol for your thyroid. It's just not protocol for your thyroid. It's just not protocol for your thyroid. It's just not going to happen. Because if it's an going to happen. Because if it's an going to happen. Because if it's an immune system issue, then we need to immune system issue, then we need to immune system issue, then we need to look at the big grand picture of what is look at the big grand picture of what is look at the big grand picture of what is stressing your immune system. And we stressing your immune system. And we stressing your immune system. And we need to make sure that we address all of need to make sure that we address all of need to make sure that we address all of those immune organs like the tonsils, those immune organs like the tonsils, those immune organs like the tonsils, the appendix, the gut, the spleen. If the appendix, the gut, the spleen. If the appendix, the gut, the spleen. If you're don't if you're missing them, we you're don't if you're missing them, we you're don't if you're missing them, we we still obviously support the others. we still obviously support the others. we still obviously support the others. But we also need to make sure that the But we also need to make sure that the But we also need to make sure that the detox pathways are working. And the detox pathways are working. And the detox pathways are working. And the detox pathways of the body, the main detox pathways of the body, the main detox pathways of the body, the main ones liver, which liver dumps into the ones liver, which liver dumps into the ones liver, which liver dumps into the gut and then everything leaves via a gut and then everything leaves via a gut and then everything leaves via a bowel movement and then kidneys are a bowel movement and then kidneys are a bowel movement and then kidneys are a big uh filtration system. So when we are big uh filtration system. So when we are big uh filtration system. So when we are dealing with an immune system overload, dealing with an immune system overload, dealing with an immune system overload, we need to fix the foundation. We need we need to fix the foundation. We need we need to fix the foundation. We need to make sure that you're actually to make sure that you're actually to make sure that you're actually eliminating your toxins out and you're eliminating your toxins out and you're eliminating your toxins out and you're not just holding everything. Some of the not just holding everything. Some of the not just holding everything. Some of the signs of this is that you have kidney signs of this is that you have kidney signs of this is that you have kidney stones or you're urinating a lot or stones or you're urinating a lot or stones or you're urinating a lot or you're um dealing with chronic UTI, you're um dealing with chronic UTI, you're um dealing with chronic UTI, bladder infections. Sometimes that can bladder infections. Sometimes that can bladder infections. Sometimes that can even confu be confused with vaginal even confu be confused with vaginal even confu be confused with vaginal issues or you have a lot of right-sided issues or you have a lot of right-sided issues or you have a lot of right-sided rib cage pain or you're not pooping. rib cage pain or you're not pooping. rib cage pain or you're not pooping. Those are all signs that you're not Those are all signs that you're not Those are all signs that you're not detoxing. So if I cough on you or I detoxing. So if I cough on you or I detoxing. So if I cough on you or I should say if somebody coughs on me and should say if somebody coughs on me and should say if somebody coughs on me and coughs on you, I'll be fine because my coughs on you, I'll be fine because my coughs on you, I'll be fine because my pathways work. You're not going to be pathways work. You're not going to be pathways work. You're not going to be fine. You're going to acquire that fine. You're going to acquire that fine. You're going to acquire that virus. So it's not always about, virus. So it's not always about, virus. So it's not always about, you know, what the abundance of these you know, what the abundance of these you know, what the abundance of these toxins or infections are. It's more so toxins or infections are. It's more so toxins or infections are. It's more so asking the question of why is your body asking the question of why is your body asking the question of why is your body struggling so much? Why is your immune struggling so much? Why is your immune struggling so much? Why is your immune system so fragile and compromised? Why system so fragile and compromised? Why system so fragile and compromised? Why are your detox pathways not working? are your detox pathways not working? are your detox pathways not working? And all of these things are fixable. You And all of these things are fixable. You And all of these things are fixable. You know, don't get me wrong, there are know, don't get me wrong, there are know, don't get me wrong, there are genetic predispositions. Like for me, my genetic predispositions. Like for me, my genetic predispositions. Like for me, my weak point is my li my lymphatic system. weak point is my li my lymphatic system. weak point is my li my lymphatic system. So for me, like instead of me thinking So for me, like instead of me thinking So for me, like instead of me thinking that I constantly need to be on a that I constantly need to be on a that I constantly need to be on a multivitamin or vitamin D, I always make multivitamin or vitamin D, I always make multivitamin or vitamin D, I always make sure that I sweat. Like sweating is the sure that I sweat. Like sweating is the sure that I sweat. Like sweating is the best way for me to keep my lymphatic best way for me to keep my lymphatic best way for me to keep my lymphatic system healthy. And I do that primarily system healthy. And I do that primarily system healthy. And I do that primarily by working out. And I also do that by by working out. And I also do that by by working out. And I also do that by using an infrared sauna. So, there's using an infrared sauna. So, there's using an infrared sauna. So, there's other people that their liver is their other people that their liver is their other people that their liver is their weak point. And the way that you can weak point. And the way that you can weak point. And the way that you can know this is if you're the person who know this is if you're the person who know this is if you're the person who drinks a cup of coffee and you're like drinks a cup of coffee and you're like drinks a cup of coffee and you're like wired for 3 days or you're the person wired for 3 days or you're the person wired for 3 days or you're the person that can barely take a half of a Tylenol that can barely take a half of a Tylenol that can barely take a half of a Tylenol because it affects you so much. If because it affects you so much. If because it affects you so much. If you're very overly sensitive to you're very overly sensitive to you're very overly sensitive to medications, alcohol, coffee, that means medications, alcohol, coffee, that means medications, alcohol, coffee, that means your liver is an under metabolizer. So, your liver is an under metabolizer. So, your liver is an under metabolizer. So, what that means is that you're going to what that means is that you're going to what that means is that you're going to need to support that organ to make sure need to support that organ to make sure need to support that organ to make sure that it is detoxing efficiently. So, you that it is detoxing efficiently. So, you that it is detoxing efficiently. So, you might just take some liver supplements might just take some liver supplements might just take some liver supplements consistently or you might do a liver consistently or you might do a liver consistently or you might do a liver cleanse every few months. There's all cleanse every few months. There's all cleanse every few months. There's all different ways to support these systems. different ways to support these systems. different ways to support these systems. And this is one of the greatest things And this is one of the greatest things And this is one of the greatest things about the clients that we work with is about the clients that we work with is about the clients that we work with is they learn this about themselves and they learn this about themselves and they learn this about themselves and they know what to do to be proactive they know what to do to be proactive they know what to do to be proactive once they move on from working with us. once they move on from working with us. once they move on from working with us. They know that, okay, if I'm feeling a They know that, okay, if I'm feeling a They know that, okay, if I'm feeling a little off, I know that I need to do a little off, I know that I need to do a little off, I know that I need to do a little like liver detox or I need to get little like liver detox or I need to get little like liver detox or I need to get on some liver supplements or whatever on some liver supplements or whatever on some liver supplements or whatever the case may be. So, it's very very the case may be. So, it's very very the case may be. So, it's very very interesting when you are when you're interesting when you are when you're interesting when you are when you're empowered because you know what your empowered because you know what your empowered because you know what your body actually needs. body actually needs. body actually needs. So this was a patient that was So this was a patient that was So this was a patient that was presenting with migraines. Um so the I presenting with migraines. Um so the I presenting with migraines. Um so the I wanted to put this in here because when wanted to put this in here because when wanted to put this in here because when somebody comes to me with migraines, I somebody comes to me with migraines, I somebody comes to me with migraines, I am not sitting there being like ooh am not sitting there being like ooh am not sitting there being like ooh migraines must be genetic. I start to migraines must be genetic. I start to migraines must be genetic. I start to think what's going on in their lymphatic think what's going on in their lymphatic think what's going on in their lymphatic system. Do they have improper blood flow system. Do they have improper blood flow system. Do they have improper blood flow to their brain? Do they have improper to their brain? Do they have improper to their brain? Do they have improper blood flow out of the brain? Do they blood flow out of the brain? Do they blood flow out of the brain? Do they have toxicity coming from dental work have toxicity coming from dental work have toxicity coming from dental work that could be affecting their brain? Do that could be affecting their brain? Do that could be affecting their brain? Do they have infections that are maybe in they have infections that are maybe in they have infections that are maybe in the tonsils or the sinuses that are the tonsils or the sinuses that are the tonsils or the sinuses that are affecting their brain? Do they have ear affecting their brain? Do they have ear affecting their brain? Do they have ear issues? Do they have clogged ears? Do issues? Do they have clogged ears? Do issues? Do they have clogged ears? Do they have infections in their ears? Um, they have infections in their ears? Um, they have infections in their ears? Um, did they have tubes in their ears which did they have tubes in their ears which did they have tubes in their ears which left scar tissue in there? Do they have left scar tissue in there? Do they have left scar tissue in there? Do they have unstable blood sugar? Are they unstable blood sugar? Are they unstable blood sugar? Are they hypoglycemic? Are they eating too much hypoglycemic? Are they eating too much hypoglycemic? Are they eating too much sugar? Do they have gut issues? Those sugar? Do they have gut issues? Those sugar? Do they have gut issues? Those are all of the things that need to be are all of the things that need to be are all of the things that need to be considered with migraines. Your considered with migraines. Your considered with migraines. Your migraines are just not a head issue. migraines are just not a head issue. migraines are just not a head issue. they could be involved with so many they could be involved with so many they could be involved with so many other things that are happening in your other things that are happening in your other things that are happening in your body. body. body. So this patient specifically was a very So this patient specifically was a very So this patient specifically was a very interesting case because as she came interesting case because as she came interesting case because as she came into my office, I was evaluating her into my office, I was evaluating her into my office, I was evaluating her just visually and I started to notice just visually and I started to notice just visually and I started to notice that um she had a very blank stare on that um she had a very blank stare on that um she had a very blank stare on her face. Um and I one of the things I I her face. Um and I one of the things I I her face. Um and I one of the things I I always ask questions I was like, "Have always ask questions I was like, "Have always ask questions I was like, "Have you had Botox?" because sometimes the you had Botox?" because sometimes the you had Botox?" because sometimes the Botox can create a little bit of Botox can create a little bit of Botox can create a little bit of paralysis in the face which you know paralysis in the face which you know paralysis in the face which you know they you can't really tell if they're um they you can't really tell if they're um they you can't really tell if they're um you know smiling or upset or or having you know smiling or upset or or having you know smiling or upset or or having different facial expressions. So we different facial expressions. So we different facial expressions. So we ruled that out. That wasn't part of the ruled that out. That wasn't part of the ruled that out. That wasn't part of the puzzle. Um I started to notice her eyes puzzle. Um I started to notice her eyes puzzle. Um I started to notice her eyes were tracking really improperly. It's were tracking really improperly. It's were tracking really improperly. It's something called nestagmas. Uh and then something called nestagmas. Uh and then something called nestagmas. Uh and then after that I was just like okay I want after that I was just like okay I want after that I was just like okay I want to do a little bit further of a to do a little bit further of a to do a little bit further of a neurological exam on you. And I neurological exam on you. And I neurological exam on you. And I literally just had her start walking and literally just had her start walking and literally just had her start walking and I noticed that she was walking with her I noticed that she was walking with her I noticed that she was walking with her legs very far apart and shuffling a bit. legs very far apart and shuffling a bit. legs very far apart and shuffling a bit. And the other thing I noticed was she And the other thing I noticed was she And the other thing I noticed was she wasn't moving her arms. wasn't moving her arms. wasn't moving her arms. So, um, for those of you that maybe have So, um, for those of you that maybe have So, um, for those of you that maybe have dealt with this with a family member, dealt with this with a family member, dealt with this with a family member, you might be, you know, kind of like, you might be, you know, kind of like, you might be, you know, kind of like, ding, ding, ding. I know what that is. ding, ding, ding. I know what that is. ding, ding, ding. I know what that is. Um, but this was pretty much early onset Um, but this was pretty much early onset Um, but this was pretty much early onset of of of of uh Parkinson's disease. So, for those of uh Parkinson's disease. So, for those of uh Parkinson's disease. So, for those of you again on the webinar, maybe I can of you again on the webinar, maybe I can of you again on the webinar, maybe I can actually spin this around and show you actually spin this around and show you actually spin this around and show you guys on Instagram. guys on Instagram. guys on Instagram. Wait, Wait, Wait, I don't know if you guys can see it. I don't know if you guys can see it. I don't know if you guys can see it. Maybe there. But primarily what I'm Maybe there. But primarily what I'm Maybe there. But primarily what I'm showing everybody is I'm showing you showing everybody is I'm showing you showing everybody is I'm showing you guys the guys the guys the um the bio resonance scan that I did. um the bio resonance scan that I did. um the bio resonance scan that I did. This is a really amazing technology that This is a really amazing technology that This is a really amazing technology that we have in our practice, but I can get we have in our practice, but I can get we have in our practice, but I can get information quite fast through using information quite fast through using information quite fast through using this technology which analyzes down to this technology which analyzes down to this technology which analyzes down to the DNA level. So what we found was that the DNA level. So what we found was that the DNA level. So what we found was that she was actually having massive she was actually having massive she was actually having massive occlusion to the vascular system in the occlusion to the vascular system in the occlusion to the vascular system in the brain and particularly she was having brain and particularly she was having brain and particularly she was having issues in something called the circle of issues in something called the circle of issues in something called the circle of Willis um which was causing her to not Willis um which was causing her to not Willis um which was causing her to not get proper blood supply specifically to get proper blood supply specifically to get proper blood supply specifically to her hippocampus her hippocampus her hippocampus which is where all of your dopamine is which is where all of your dopamine is which is where all of your dopamine is made. It also plays a very big role in made. It also plays a very big role in made. It also plays a very big role in your memory. So pretty much what was your memory. So pretty much what was your memory. So pretty much what was happening is this woman was very well on happening is this woman was very well on happening is this woman was very well on her way to Parkinson's disease because her way to Parkinson's disease because her way to Parkinson's disease because of a massive vascular issue that was of a massive vascular issue that was of a massive vascular issue that was happening in her brain. So for this you happening in her brain. So for this you happening in her brain. So for this you might be thinking well how the heck do might be thinking well how the heck do might be thinking well how the heck do you work with that? Like is this person you work with that? Like is this person you work with that? Like is this person just doomed? And no that is not the just doomed? And no that is not the just doomed? And no that is not the case. Um a lot of this uh circulatory case. Um a lot of this uh circulatory case. Um a lot of this uh circulatory issue came back to the fact that she had issue came back to the fact that she had issue came back to the fact that she had massive sinus issues. She had a lot of massive sinus issues. She had a lot of massive sinus issues. She had a lot of dental issues and she also had a very dental issues and she also had a very dental issues and she also had a very compromised lymphatic system. So as we compromised lymphatic system. So as we compromised lymphatic system. So as we started to work together, we started to started to work together, we started to started to work together, we started to lift that burden off of the body and she lift that burden off of the body and she lift that burden off of the body and she literally had her neurological system literally had her neurological system literally had her neurological system bouncing back. It was completely amazing bouncing back. It was completely amazing bouncing back. It was completely amazing to see how much her uh neurological to see how much her uh neurological to see how much her uh neurological system improved just by getting the system improved just by getting the system improved just by getting the lymphatic system working, which then in lymphatic system working, which then in lymphatic system working, which then in turn helped her circulatory system turn helped her circulatory system turn helped her circulatory system tremendously. tremendously. tremendously. So, um this is actually just a photo So, um this is actually just a photo So, um this is actually just a photo showing you where um the the circle of showing you where um the the circle of showing you where um the the circle of Willis is. So, you can really understand Willis is. So, you can really understand Willis is. So, you can really understand where the circulatory issue was in the where the circulatory issue was in the where the circulatory issue was in the brain. Um but another really interesting brain. Um but another really interesting brain. Um but another really interesting factor too is that when we're dealing factor too is that when we're dealing factor too is that when we're dealing with autoimmune conditions, uh we don't with autoimmune conditions, uh we don't with autoimmune conditions, uh we don't always understand the limitations with always understand the limitations with always understand the limitations with some of the testing. And I'm going to go some of the testing. And I'm going to go some of the testing. And I'm going to go through a bunch of different through a bunch of different through a bunch of different limitations, but number one, which I limitations, but number one, which I limitations, but number one, which I found so fascinating when I learned found so fascinating when I learned found so fascinating when I learned this, was you have to have more than 70% this, was you have to have more than 70% this, was you have to have more than 70% destruction of your myelin sheath before destruction of your myelin sheath before destruction of your myelin sheath before you'll ever see that on an MRI. So the you'll ever see that on an MRI. So the you'll ever see that on an MRI. So the people that are having all these wacky people that are having all these wacky people that are having all these wacky neurological issues and they're trying neurological issues and they're trying neurological issues and they're trying to like figure out what the heck is to like figure out what the heck is to like figure out what the heck is going on and their doctors are trying to going on and their doctors are trying to going on and their doctors are trying to rule in or out is this multiple rule in or out is this multiple rule in or out is this multiple sclerosis sclerosis sclerosis or you've been diagnosed with multiple or you've been diagnosed with multiple or you've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis is that you have to have more sclerosis is that you have to have more sclerosis is that you have to have more of a 70% loss of your myelin sheath of a 70% loss of your myelin sheath of a 70% loss of your myelin sheath before it will ever show up on an MRI. before it will ever show up on an MRI. before it will ever show up on an MRI. So, when your doctor does an MRI of your So, when your doctor does an MRI of your So, when your doctor does an MRI of your head for whatever reason and they say, head for whatever reason and they say, head for whatever reason and they say, "Oh, yeah, there's a little bit of "Oh, yeah, there's a little bit of "Oh, yeah, there's a little bit of changes, but it's no big deal. Don't changes, but it's no big deal. Don't changes, but it's no big deal. Don't worry about it." It is a big deal. You worry about it." It is a big deal. You worry about it." It is a big deal. You need to you need to dig deeper. You need need to you need to dig deeper. You need need to you need to dig deeper. You need to figure out what's going on because to figure out what's going on because to figure out what's going on because the last thing you want is to be that the last thing you want is to be that the last thing you want is to be that person that all of a sudden you don't person that all of a sudden you don't person that all of a sudden you don't know where your car is anymore and know where your car is anymore and know where your car is anymore and you're getting lost because it happens you're getting lost because it happens you're getting lost because it happens fast. For those of you that have had a fast. For those of you that have had a fast. For those of you that have had a family member with dementia or family member with dementia or family member with dementia or Alzheimer's, I think it's safe to say Alzheimer's, I think it's safe to say Alzheimer's, I think it's safe to say that most of it is fast. It's all of a that most of it is fast. It's all of a that most of it is fast. It's all of a sudden like a a switch was flipped and sudden like a a switch was flipped and sudden like a a switch was flipped and you're just like, how did this happen so you're just like, how did this happen so you're just like, how did this happen so fast? So, the most minor changes on an fast? So, the most minor changes on an fast? So, the most minor changes on an MRI or a CT scan of the brain are MRI or a CT scan of the brain are MRI or a CT scan of the brain are significant. The other really significant. The other really significant. The other really interesting thing too is when it comes interesting thing too is when it comes interesting thing too is when it comes to amaloid plaques, amaloid plaques, to amaloid plaques, amaloid plaques, to amaloid plaques, amaloid plaques, there's two parts to this puzzle. there's two parts to this puzzle. there's two parts to this puzzle. Amaloid plaques are what often shows up Amaloid plaques are what often shows up Amaloid plaques are what often shows up on the brain that can determine if you on the brain that can determine if you on the brain that can determine if you have multiple sclerosis. But a lot of have multiple sclerosis. But a lot of have multiple sclerosis. But a lot of times amaloid plaques can be confused times amaloid plaques can be confused times amaloid plaques can be confused with iron deposits and those iron with iron deposits and those iron with iron deposits and those iron deposits come from a hyperactive immune deposits come from a hyperactive immune deposits come from a hyperactive immune system. The other thing too is that system. The other thing too is that system. The other thing too is that amaloid plaques sometimes are the immune amaloid plaques sometimes are the immune amaloid plaques sometimes are the immune system trying to encapsulate an system trying to encapsulate an system trying to encapsulate an infection through calcium. So you can infection through calcium. So you can infection through calcium. So you can have different calcium deposits. This is have different calcium deposits. This is have different calcium deposits. This is not just the brain. This could also be not just the brain. This could also be not just the brain. This could also be in the lungs that is literally trying to in the lungs that is literally trying to in the lungs that is literally trying to encapsulate an infection to protect you. encapsulate an infection to protect you. encapsulate an infection to protect you. This is the most common reason why This is the most common reason why This is the most common reason why people have thyroid nodules is because people have thyroid nodules is because people have thyroid nodules is because the immune system is coming to the scene the immune system is coming to the scene the immune system is coming to the scene to encapsulate the infection or toxin to encapsulate the infection or toxin to encapsulate the infection or toxin that your thyroid is being inflamed by. that your thyroid is being inflamed by. that your thyroid is being inflamed by. So, when it comes to thyroid conditions, So, when it comes to thyroid conditions, So, when it comes to thyroid conditions, I know we've talked a lot about this I know we've talked a lot about this I know we've talked a lot about this tonight, but I think one of the most tonight, but I think one of the most tonight, but I think one of the most fascinating cases that I ever worked fascinating cases that I ever worked fascinating cases that I ever worked with was a case of Hashimoto's and with was a case of Hashimoto's and with was a case of Hashimoto's and Graves. This is one person that had Graves. This is one person that had Graves. This is one person that had both. both. both. Pretty rare. So, we did testing on this Pretty rare. So, we did testing on this Pretty rare. So, we did testing on this woman because she was having these crazy woman because she was having these crazy woman because she was having these crazy highs and lows. like she was going highs and lows. like she was going highs and lows. like she was going through days of being wired, heart through days of being wired, heart through days of being wired, heart palputations, not sleeping, then palputations, not sleeping, then palputations, not sleeping, then shifting into massive fatigue, couldn't shifting into massive fatigue, couldn't shifting into massive fatigue, couldn't get out of bed for a couple of days, and get out of bed for a couple of days, and get out of bed for a couple of days, and she ended up literally having both she ended up literally having both she ended up literally having both Graves and Hashimoto's. Graves and Hashimoto's. Graves and Hashimoto's. So, when we really dug in to try to So, when we really dug in to try to So, when we really dug in to try to understand this of why, how, etc., it understand this of why, how, etc., it understand this of why, how, etc., it turned out that she had uh she was turned out that she had uh she was turned out that she had uh she was actually in her early 70s, by the way. actually in her early 70s, by the way. actually in her early 70s, by the way. She had a lot of dental issues since she She had a lot of dental issues since she She had a lot of dental issues since she was a kid. Um, she had a lot of fillings was a kid. Um, she had a lot of fillings was a kid. Um, she had a lot of fillings over time, tons of root canals. She had over time, tons of root canals. She had over time, tons of root canals. She had a lot of foreign materials in her mouth a lot of foreign materials in her mouth a lot of foreign materials in her mouth essentially. So, she was on a great essentially. So, she was on a great essentially. So, she was on a great track. She was working with a track. She was working with a track. She was working with a nutritionist. You know, she was trying nutritionist. You know, she was trying nutritionist. You know, she was trying to uh get healthy. She was changing her to uh get healthy. She was changing her to uh get healthy. She was changing her diet. And then she really wanted to make diet. And then she really wanted to make diet. And then she really wanted to make sure that um she was covering all of her sure that um she was covering all of her sure that um she was covering all of her bases. and she started to learn a little bases. and she started to learn a little bases. and she started to learn a little bit more about all the dental work and bit more about all the dental work and bit more about all the dental work and all the fillings in her mouth could all the fillings in her mouth could all the fillings in her mouth could potentially be part um or potentially be potentially be part um or potentially be potentially be part um or potentially be harming her. So, she went and she harming her. So, she went and she harming her. So, she went and she decided to get them removed. So, she decided to get them removed. So, she decided to get them removed. So, she went and got all of her silver fillings went and got all of her silver fillings went and got all of her silver fillings removed. Um they removed I think 10 in removed. Um they removed I think 10 in removed. Um they removed I think 10 in one sitting. She went to a traditional one sitting. She went to a traditional one sitting. She went to a traditional dentist to do this and it was very dentist to do this and it was very dentist to do this and it was very shortly after that this thyroid issue shortly after that this thyroid issue shortly after that this thyroid issue kicked in or I should say the symptoms kicked in or I should say the symptoms kicked in or I should say the symptoms kicked in and then we finally were able kicked in and then we finally were able kicked in and then we finally were able to diagnose it. So the thing you have to to diagnose it. So the thing you have to to diagnose it. So the thing you have to understand about this is that not all understand about this is that not all understand about this is that not all dentists are the same. There are very dentists are the same. There are very dentists are the same. There are very spec I'm sorry specific dentists called spec I'm sorry specific dentists called spec I'm sorry specific dentists called biological dentists that know how to biological dentists that know how to biological dentists that know how to properly remove fillings. And what's properly remove fillings. And what's properly remove fillings. And what's crazy about this is if you see a crazy about this is if you see a crazy about this is if you see a biological dentist that has removed biological dentist that has removed biological dentist that has removed fillings properly, both he, his fillings properly, both he, his fillings properly, both he, his assistant, and the patient are assistant, and the patient are assistant, and the patient are practically in a hazmat suit. So these practically in a hazmat suit. So these practically in a hazmat suit. So these materials that we just put into people's materials that we just put into people's materials that we just put into people's mouths are very, very harmful. um they mouths are very, very harmful. um they mouths are very, very harmful. um they are neurotoxic and they are toxic in are neurotoxic and they are toxic in are neurotoxic and they are toxic in your mouth as well as even being removed your mouth as well as even being removed your mouth as well as even being removed improperly because as they pop them out improperly because as they pop them out improperly because as they pop them out they release vapor and that vapor goes they release vapor and that vapor goes they release vapor and that vapor goes into the lymphatic system and into the into the lymphatic system and into the into the lymphatic system and into the sinuses. So, this is what completely sinuses. So, this is what completely sinuses. So, this is what completely threw this woman's thyroid into threw this woman's thyroid into threw this woman's thyroid into disarray. And it was definitely a really disarray. And it was definitely a really disarray. And it was definitely a really difficult thing to stabilize, but we difficult thing to stabilize, but we difficult thing to stabilize, but we were successfully able to stabilize it. were successfully able to stabilize it. were successfully able to stabilize it. And I'm very fortunate that she came to And I'm very fortunate that she came to And I'm very fortunate that she came to see me so soon because this is a person see me so soon because this is a person see me so soon because this is a person that potentially could have down a gone that potentially could have down a gone that potentially could have down a gone down a road of dementia or Alzheimer's down a road of dementia or Alzheimer's down a road of dementia or Alzheimer's because if she had that significant of because if she had that significant of because if she had that significant of an effect on the thyroid, there's no an effect on the thyroid, there's no an effect on the thyroid, there's no possible way she didn't have an effect possible way she didn't have an effect possible way she didn't have an effect on her neurological system as well. on her neurological system as well. on her neurological system as well. So, at this point, um, for those of you So, at this point, um, for those of you So, at this point, um, for those of you that have been listening the whole time, that have been listening the whole time, that have been listening the whole time, it makes sense that there can be a piece it makes sense that there can be a piece it makes sense that there can be a piece of the puzzle that hasn't been of the puzzle that hasn't been of the puzzle that hasn't been acknowledged yet. And that piece of the acknowledged yet. And that piece of the acknowledged yet. And that piece of the puzzle is, is your autoimmune condition puzzle is, is your autoimmune condition puzzle is, is your autoimmune condition tied to an infection or is it tied to a tied to an infection or is it tied to a tied to an infection or is it tied to a toxicity? Because I have never worked toxicity? Because I have never worked toxicity? Because I have never worked with an autoimmune condition that with an autoimmune condition that with an autoimmune condition that wasn't. And once we figure out the wasn't. And once we figure out the wasn't. And once we figure out the roots, it is actually pretty simple to roots, it is actually pretty simple to roots, it is actually pretty simple to work with these patients and give them work with these patients and give them work with these patients and give them relief, of course, but also to be able relief, of course, but also to be able relief, of course, but also to be able to stabilize and even reverse their to stabilize and even reverse their to stabilize and even reverse their issues. So, at the end of the day, you issues. So, at the end of the day, you issues. So, at the end of the day, you don't know what you don't know. There's don't know what you don't know. There's don't know what you don't know. There's no possible way for you to know any of no possible way for you to know any of no possible way for you to know any of these things if you have never been on these things if you have never been on these things if you have never been on my webinar before, but also if you've my webinar before, but also if you've my webinar before, but also if you've never had better testing. If they just never had better testing. If they just never had better testing. If they just tested your thyroid antibodies and said, tested your thyroid antibodies and said, tested your thyroid antibodies and said, "Hey, you have Hashimoto's. End of "Hey, you have Hashimoto's. End of "Hey, you have Hashimoto's. End of story. Take this pill." or hey, we did a story. Take this pill." or hey, we did a story. Take this pill." or hey, we did a colonoscopy. You have Crohn's disease. colonoscopy. You have Crohn's disease. colonoscopy. You have Crohn's disease. End of story. Take this pill. There's no End of story. Take this pill. There's no End of story. Take this pill. There's no way for you to know that maybe there's a way for you to know that maybe there's a way for you to know that maybe there's a toxicity or maybe there's an infection. toxicity or maybe there's an infection. toxicity or maybe there's an infection. So, really, we want to stop accepting So, really, we want to stop accepting So, really, we want to stop accepting these things as our new normal and we these things as our new normal and we these things as our new normal and we want to understand the bigger picture. want to understand the bigger picture. want to understand the bigger picture. Um, I put this slide in here. Um, I'm Um, I put this slide in here. Um, I'm Um, I put this slide in here. Um, I'm not going to sit here and say that these not going to sit here and say that these not going to sit here and say that these are 100% correlated because I personally are 100% correlated because I personally are 100% correlated because I personally find that anything can cause anything. find that anything can cause anything. find that anything can cause anything. But some of the really interesting ties But some of the really interesting ties But some of the really interesting ties is that Epstein bar virus has a huge is that Epstein bar virus has a huge is that Epstein bar virus has a huge link to multiple sclerosis. Um, link to multiple sclerosis. Um, link to multiple sclerosis. Um, rheumatoid arthritis and seroriatic rheumatoid arthritis and seroriatic rheumatoid arthritis and seroriatic arthritis have a big connection to Lyme arthritis have a big connection to Lyme arthritis have a big connection to Lyme disease as well as mold toxicity. I find disease as well as mold toxicity. I find disease as well as mold toxicity. I find that H pylori infections which is a that H pylori infections which is a that H pylori infections which is a bacterial infection of the stomach is bacterial infection of the stomach is bacterial infection of the stomach is extremely tied to reflux and autoimmune extremely tied to reflux and autoimmune extremely tied to reflux and autoimmune pernicious anemia thyroid conditions pernicious anemia thyroid conditions pernicious anemia thyroid conditions etc. So there is huge ties that have etc. So there is huge ties that have etc. So there is huge ties that have been studied with autoimmune conditions been studied with autoimmune conditions been studied with autoimmune conditions and very very specific types of and very very specific types of and very very specific types of infections. infections. infections. So some of the biggest biggest myths So some of the biggest biggest myths So some of the biggest biggest myths about autoimmune conditions is that they about autoimmune conditions is that they about autoimmune conditions is that they are genetic and that's the end of the are genetic and that's the end of the are genetic and that's the end of the story that you have had the best testing story that you have had the best testing story that you have had the best testing and that autoimmunity is completely and that autoimmunity is completely and that autoimmunity is completely irreversible. So number one is that your irreversible. So number one is that your irreversible. So number one is that your autoimmune condition might you might autoimmune condition might you might autoimmune condition might you might have a genetic predisposition have a genetic predisposition have a genetic predisposition but that does not necessarily mean that but that does not necessarily mean that but that does not necessarily mean that you will get that condition. Number two you will get that condition. Number two you will get that condition. Number two with this is that with this is that with this is that myself, I've done this as well as my myself, I've done this as well as my myself, I've done this as well as my mentor. And what we found, I think mentor. And what we found, I think mentor. And what we found, I think probably some of you have heard of 23 probably some of you have heard of 23 probably some of you have heard of 23 and me. 23 and me is the uh really and me. 23 and me is the uh really and me. 23 and me is the uh really popular genetic test that a lot of popular genetic test that a lot of popular genetic test that a lot of people are doing. Um you're doing it people are doing. Um you're doing it people are doing. Um you're doing it sometimes for ancestry and a lot of sometimes for ancestry and a lot of sometimes for ancestry and a lot of people are doing it to get their snips people are doing it to get their snips people are doing it to get their snips um for health purposes. So, what I found um for health purposes. So, what I found um for health purposes. So, what I found really interesting is I had um a couple really interesting is I had um a couple really interesting is I had um a couple of families that did they all did the 23 of families that did they all did the 23 of families that did they all did the 23 and me and everybody's talking about and me and everybody's talking about and me and everybody's talking about MTHFR, MTHFR and um how they need MTHFR, MTHFR and um how they need MTHFR, MTHFR and um how they need everybody needs to be on methylated everybody needs to be on methylated everybody needs to be on methylated folate and all these different things. folate and all these different things. folate and all these different things. So, what I've seen is that the children So, what I've seen is that the children So, what I've seen is that the children or child has a MTHFR mutation, or child has a MTHFR mutation, or child has a MTHFR mutation, but the parents don't. but the parents don't. but the parents don't. So if we're sitting here trying to say So if we're sitting here trying to say So if we're sitting here trying to say that genetics are always or our genetics that genetics are always or our genetics that genetics are always or our genetics are 100% dictated by our parents, that's are 100% dictated by our parents, that's are 100% dictated by our parents, that's not true anymore. And this is what we not true anymore. And this is what we not true anymore. And this is what we call epigenetics. call epigenetics. call epigenetics. And epigenetics has revealed that all And epigenetics has revealed that all And epigenetics has revealed that all different types of environmental factors different types of environmental factors different types of environmental factors and stressors will change the expression and stressors will change the expression and stressors will change the expression of your genes. And in this day and age of your genes. And in this day and age of your genes. And in this day and age with the amount of toxicity that we are with the amount of toxicity that we are with the amount of toxicity that we are exposed to from our personal products to exposed to from our personal products to exposed to from our personal products to the dental work to the Roundup in our the dental work to the Roundup in our the dental work to the Roundup in our food to the other types of herbicides, food to the other types of herbicides, food to the other types of herbicides, there is a lot a lot of room for our there is a lot a lot of room for our there is a lot a lot of room for our genes changing and our children's genes genes changing and our children's genes genes changing and our children's genes changing. So, if you've gone to your changing. So, if you've gone to your changing. So, if you've gone to your gastro and they did celiac genetic gastro and they did celiac genetic gastro and they did celiac genetic testing and that was the only thing they testing and that was the only thing they testing and that was the only thing they did and they said you have celiac that did and they said you have celiac that did and they said you have celiac that doesn't cut it in my opinion because doesn't cut it in my opinion because doesn't cut it in my opinion because there is a lot of other testing that there is a lot of other testing that there is a lot of other testing that needs to be done to really determine do needs to be done to really determine do needs to be done to really determine do you truly have celiac because you can you truly have celiac because you can you truly have celiac because you can easily have a gluten allergy or easily have a gluten allergy or easily have a gluten allergy or sensitivity with no celiac. You could sensitivity with no celiac. You could sensitivity with no celiac. You could also have celiac without having any also have celiac without having any also have celiac without having any symptoms. There is something called symptoms. There is something called symptoms. There is something called silent celiac disease which is silent celiac disease which is silent celiac disease which is unfortunately really common. But I would unfortunately really common. But I would unfortunately really common. But I would say the most fascinating thing kind of say the most fascinating thing kind of say the most fascinating thing kind of tying into everything we've already tying into everything we've already tying into everything we've already talked about is that I've never actually talked about is that I've never actually talked about is that I've never actually worked with somebody who came in with worked with somebody who came in with worked with somebody who came in with celiac or we did testing to solidify celiac or we did testing to solidify celiac or we did testing to solidify that they had celiac and they didn't that they had celiac and they didn't that they had celiac and they didn't have massive gut infections and massive have massive gut infections and massive have massive gut infections and massive glyphosate poisoning which is again the glyphosate poisoning which is again the glyphosate poisoning which is again the primary compound on the GMO foods. primary compound on the GMO foods. primary compound on the GMO foods. So, we're sitting here saying, "You have So, we're sitting here saying, "You have So, we're sitting here saying, "You have celiac. Don't ever eat gluten again." celiac. Don't ever eat gluten again." celiac. Don't ever eat gluten again." End of story. But there's so much more End of story. But there's so much more End of story. But there's so much more to the story. There is so much more to to the story. There is so much more to to the story. There is so much more to be considered. And these people, it be considered. And these people, it be considered. And these people, it starts with the gluten and then all of a starts with the gluten and then all of a starts with the gluten and then all of a sudden it gets more and more that they sudden it gets more and more that they sudden it gets more and more that they can't eat other foods. I'm actually can't eat other foods. I'm actually can't eat other foods. I'm actually going to go back. I want to It's too far going to go back. I want to It's too far going to go back. I want to It's too far ahead, but anyway, I'll show you guys ahead, but anyway, I'll show you guys ahead, but anyway, I'll show you guys the slide. But the the slide that I was the slide. But the the slide that I was the slide. But the the slide that I was going to show you is that when people going to show you is that when people going to show you is that when people have se true celiac, there's actually a have se true celiac, there's actually a have se true celiac, there's actually a bunch of companies that are now offering bunch of companies that are now offering bunch of companies that are now offering these cross reactive panels because what these cross reactive panels because what these cross reactive panels because what they're finding is that if you have a they're finding is that if you have a they're finding is that if you have a bad enough allergy to gluten, chances bad enough allergy to gluten, chances bad enough allergy to gluten, chances are you also have an allergy to corn and are you also have an allergy to corn and are you also have an allergy to corn and soy and uh and rice and all of the other soy and uh and rice and all of the other soy and uh and rice and all of the other things that are in your gluten-free things that are in your gluten-free things that are in your gluten-free products. So, it's not that people products. So, it's not that people products. So, it's not that people should be having all of these food should be having all of these food should be having all of these food allergies. There is always going to be allergies. There is always going to be allergies. There is always going to be an underlying reason and that underlying an underlying reason and that underlying an underlying reason and that underlying reason is not always found by your reason is not always found by your reason is not always found by your traditional testing which is where we're traditional testing which is where we're traditional testing which is where we're going to go next. But before I do that, going to go next. But before I do that, going to go next. But before I do that, I want to um just give you a quick like I want to um just give you a quick like I want to um just give you a quick like tidbit on a 14-year-old with celiac tidbit on a 14-year-old with celiac tidbit on a 14-year-old with celiac disease. So, one of the most common disease. So, one of the most common disease. So, one of the most common mistakes is this patient was mistakes is this patient was mistakes is this patient was specifically diagnosed through endoscope specifically diagnosed through endoscope specifically diagnosed through endoscope camera down the throat and they were camera down the throat and they were camera down the throat and they were looking around. They found inflammation. looking around. They found inflammation. looking around. They found inflammation. They did a biopsy and they said you have They did a biopsy and they said you have They did a biopsy and they said you have celiac disease. But depending on where celiac disease. But depending on where celiac disease. But depending on where the biopsy is taken from, they can the biopsy is taken from, they can the biopsy is taken from, they can easily confuse celiac with a different easily confuse celiac with a different easily confuse celiac with a different condition which is called autoimmune condition which is called autoimmune condition which is called autoimmune pdicious anemia. So let me just make pdicious anemia. So let me just make pdicious anemia. So let me just make this as simple as possible. You have this as simple as possible. You have this as simple as possible. You have your stomach which is on your left side your stomach which is on your left side your stomach which is on your left side of your rib cage. That is the very very of your rib cage. That is the very very of your rib cage. That is the very very start of your gastrointestinal system. start of your gastrointestinal system. start of your gastrointestinal system. Your stomach then connects to your small Your stomach then connects to your small Your stomach then connects to your small intestine. So in the very very start of intestine. So in the very very start of intestine. So in the very very start of your small intestine you have these your small intestine you have these your small intestine you have these cells called parietal cells. These cells cells called parietal cells. These cells cells called parietal cells. These cells are help you absorb your nutrients are help you absorb your nutrients are help you absorb your nutrients especially your B12. especially your B12. especially your B12. So what happens is if you get some So what happens is if you get some So what happens is if you get some bacteria or toxins into your stomach bacteria or toxins into your stomach bacteria or toxins into your stomach usually this starts with some burping, usually this starts with some burping, usually this starts with some burping, some indigestion, some heartburn, you some indigestion, some heartburn, you some indigestion, some heartburn, you know occasional Tums will will knock it know occasional Tums will will knock it know occasional Tums will will knock it out. So you start to have these out. So you start to have these out. So you start to have these symptoms. They're a little mild. Maybe symptoms. They're a little mild. Maybe symptoms. They're a little mild. Maybe they get worse with certain foods that they get worse with certain foods that they get worse with certain foods that you eat. Then it gets bad enough that you eat. Then it gets bad enough that you eat. Then it gets bad enough that you go in and you're like, "All right, I you go in and you're like, "All right, I you go in and you're like, "All right, I got to get some testing because I'm got to get some testing because I'm got to get some testing because I'm really uncomfortable at this point." So really uncomfortable at this point." So really uncomfortable at this point." So then you pretty much go in and then they then you pretty much go in and then they then you pretty much go in and then they do the endoscope, they find the do the endoscope, they find the do the endoscope, they find the inflammation, they do the biopsy, and inflammation, they do the biopsy, and inflammation, they do the biopsy, and they diagnose you with the celiac. But they diagnose you with the celiac. But they diagnose you with the celiac. But if they biopsied in the area of the if they biopsied in the area of the if they biopsied in the area of the parietal cells, they're easily telling parietal cells, they're easily telling parietal cells, they're easily telling you that you have celiac, but it's not you that you have celiac, but it's not you that you have celiac, but it's not celiac at all. It's actually this celiac at all. It's actually this celiac at all. It's actually this autoimmune pernicious anemia which is autoimmune pernicious anemia which is autoimmune pernicious anemia which is going to be the reason why you're going to be the reason why you're going to be the reason why you're constantly B12 deficient or if you take constantly B12 deficient or if you take constantly B12 deficient or if you take a B12 you're urinating fluorescent a B12 you're urinating fluorescent a B12 you're urinating fluorescent colors. So it's very very very important colors. So it's very very very important colors. So it's very very very important to understand that there is a bigger to understand that there is a bigger to understand that there is a bigger picture here. And this patient picture here. And this patient picture here. And this patient specifically was off of gluten and still specifically was off of gluten and still specifically was off of gluten and still feeling absolutely terrible. So again, feeling absolutely terrible. So again, feeling absolutely terrible. So again, it's not about just sitting back and it's not about just sitting back and it's not about just sitting back and saying, "Well, we don't really know. saying, "Well, we don't really know. saying, "Well, we don't really know. just deal with it. It's about doing just deal with it. It's about doing just deal with it. It's about doing better testing. better testing. better testing. Okay. So, as we get into the testing, so Okay. So, as we get into the testing, so Okay. So, as we get into the testing, so first and foremost, when piggybacking first and foremost, when piggybacking first and foremost, when piggybacking off of the celiac conversation, and this off of the celiac conversation, and this off of the celiac conversation, and this is applicable to so many tests, but when is applicable to so many tests, but when is applicable to so many tests, but when you do blood testing for celiac and you you do blood testing for celiac and you you do blood testing for celiac and you do the testing through LabCest, which do the testing through LabCest, which do the testing through LabCest, which for those of you on the webinar, you for those of you on the webinar, you for those of you on the webinar, you could see to the left, it is six could see to the left, it is six could see to the left, it is six different markers. different markers. different markers. But if you do a true But if you do a true But if you do a true celiac panel, a quality celiac panel celiac panel, a quality celiac panel celiac panel, a quality celiac panel that is looking at every single possible that is looking at every single possible that is looking at every single possible marker, there is over 20 markers. marker, there is over 20 markers. marker, there is over 20 markers. So if we're just doing six out of over So if we're just doing six out of over So if we're just doing six out of over 20, we can easily miss things. So when 20, we can easily miss things. So when 20, we can easily miss things. So when we think that, oh well, the celiac panel we think that, oh well, the celiac panel we think that, oh well, the celiac panel through lab work, well, they told me through lab work, well, they told me through lab work, well, they told me that I'm fine, but I still feel terrible that I'm fine, but I still feel terrible that I'm fine, but I still feel terrible and I don't have celiac. and I don't have celiac. and I don't have celiac. You might have celiac. You might have You might have celiac. You might have You might have celiac. You might have something completely different going on. something completely different going on. something completely different going on. The point is is that you potentially The point is is that you potentially The point is is that you potentially have not had the best testing to really have not had the best testing to really have not had the best testing to really really figure out what's going on with really figure out what's going on with really figure out what's going on with you. Um, so this was the slide that I you. Um, so this was the slide that I you. Um, so this was the slide that I was talking about. So the cross was talking about. So the cross was talking about. So the cross reactivity. So again, you go gluten-free reactivity. So again, you go gluten-free reactivity. So again, you go gluten-free and then you're eating all of the corn and then you're eating all of the corn and then you're eating all of the corn and the rice and the oats and then you and the rice and the oats and then you and the rice and the oats and then you find that slowly you're starting to feel find that slowly you're starting to feel find that slowly you're starting to feel worse and worse. And then it actually worse and worse. And then it actually worse and worse. And then it actually turns out that you're having issues with turns out that you're having issues with turns out that you're having issues with all of these other foods because your all of these other foods because your all of these other foods because your problem is not just about wheat, it's problem is not just about wheat, it's problem is not just about wheat, it's about the fact that you have things in about the fact that you have things in about the fact that you have things in your gut that should not be there. So your gut that should not be there. So your gut that should not be there. So speaking about things in your gut that speaking about things in your gut that speaking about things in your gut that should not be there is one of the should not be there is one of the should not be there is one of the biggest limitations with testing biggest limitations with testing biggest limitations with testing especially all this gut talk is the fact especially all this gut talk is the fact especially all this gut talk is the fact that it is extremely extremely difficult that it is extremely extremely difficult that it is extremely extremely difficult for you to find out if you have things for you to find out if you have things for you to find out if you have things in your gut that shouldn't be there like in your gut that shouldn't be there like in your gut that shouldn't be there like parasites or bacteria or fungus or parasites or bacteria or fungus or parasites or bacteria or fungus or yeast. There is a lot of issues with the yeast. There is a lot of issues with the yeast. There is a lot of issues with the tests. There's a lot of issues with the tests. There's a lot of issues with the tests. There's a lot of issues with the blood tests. There's a lot of issues blood tests. There's a lot of issues blood tests. There's a lot of issues with colonoscopy, which first of all, with colonoscopy, which first of all, with colonoscopy, which first of all, colonoscopies do not look for colonoscopies do not look for colonoscopies do not look for infections. It just looks for infections. It just looks for infections. It just looks for inflammation. inflammation. inflammation. But even if your doctor is a little bit But even if your doctor is a little bit But even if your doctor is a little bit more advanced, and he goes, "You know more advanced, and he goes, "You know more advanced, and he goes, "You know what? Let's do a stool sample. Let's see what? Let's do a stool sample. Let's see what? Let's do a stool sample. Let's see if there's something that comes up." So, if there's something that comes up." So, if there's something that comes up." So, a stool sample, not the most glamorous a stool sample, not the most glamorous a stool sample, not the most glamorous process, but you do you pretty much take process, but you do you pretty much take process, but you do you pretty much take a sample of your bowel movement and you a sample of your bowel movement and you a sample of your bowel movement and you send it to a lab. So, the thing you have send it to a lab. So, the thing you have send it to a lab. So, the thing you have to understand, and this took me a long to understand, and this took me a long to understand, and this took me a long time to learn as a practicing physician, time to learn as a practicing physician, time to learn as a practicing physician, is that every time I did a stool sample is that every time I did a stool sample is that every time I did a stool sample with a patient, um, bacteria would come with a patient, um, bacteria would come with a patient, um, bacteria would come up, I would see their probiotics, I up, I would see their probiotics, I up, I would see their probiotics, I would sometimes see fungus, but I would would sometimes see fungus, but I would would sometimes see fungus, but I would never really see parasites. And I just never really see parasites. And I just never really see parasites. And I just kind of found that interesting because, kind of found that interesting because, kind of found that interesting because, you know, if you have pets, dogs, cats, you know, if you have pets, dogs, cats, you know, if you have pets, dogs, cats, you eat seafood, it's not uncommon to you eat seafood, it's not uncommon to you eat seafood, it's not uncommon to get exposed to parasites. get exposed to parasites. get exposed to parasites. So what I found out um and this was So what I found out um and this was So what I found out um and this was partly by default um I had a patient who partly by default um I had a patient who partly by default um I had a patient who was young and his mom said um we need to was young and his mom said um we need to was young and his mom said um we need to help him detox but he will not take any help him detox but he will not take any help him detox but he will not take any supplements orally because he had a lot supplements orally because he had a lot supplements orally because he had a lot of sensory issues. He was actually on of sensory issues. He was actually on of sensory issues. He was actually on the spectrum. So mom said I think the the spectrum. So mom said I think the the spectrum. So mom said I think the best thing that we can do is we can use best thing that we can do is we can use best thing that we can do is we can use a suppository to help him detox. And I a suppository to help him detox. And I a suppository to help him detox. And I said if that's what you want to do we'll said if that's what you want to do we'll said if that's what you want to do we'll do that. So she reached out to me and do that. So she reached out to me and do that. So she reached out to me and this was after doing a stool sample by this was after doing a stool sample by this was after doing a stool sample by the way. She reached out to me and said, the way. She reached out to me and said, the way. She reached out to me and said, "I saw a worm." So, we did another stool "I saw a worm." So, we did another stool "I saw a worm." So, we did another stool sample. sample. sample. Nothing came up. Nothing came up. Nothing came up. We did another stool sample. All three We did another stool sample. All three We did another stool sample. All three different companies. Nothing came up. different companies. Nothing came up. different companies. Nothing came up. And she goes, "Well, I've seen worms And she goes, "Well, I've seen worms And she goes, "Well, I've seen worms three times now. So, what are we going three times now. So, what are we going three times now. So, what are we going to do about it?" So, we started to treat to do about it?" So, we started to treat to do about it?" So, we started to treat him for pinworm, which is what he had. him for pinworm, which is what he had. him for pinworm, which is what he had. And yes, he very much had par had a And yes, he very much had par had a And yes, he very much had par had a parasite issue. So, the point of me parasite issue. So, the point of me parasite issue. So, the point of me telling you this is that you may have telling you this is that you may have telling you this is that you may have gone to a great gastro that did a stool gone to a great gastro that did a stool gone to a great gastro that did a stool sample on you, but if they only did a sample on you, but if they only did a sample on you, but if they only did a one-day sample, that's an issue. But one-day sample, that's an issue. But one-day sample, that's an issue. But also, if they took that sample and sent also, if they took that sample and sent also, if they took that sample and sent it out to a lab, that's an issue because it out to a lab, that's an issue because it out to a lab, that's an issue because 20 minutes after your bowel movement 20 minutes after your bowel movement 20 minutes after your bowel movement leaves your body, all of your parasites leaves your body, all of your parasites leaves your body, all of your parasites will self-destruct and they are not will self-destruct and they are not will self-destruct and they are not going to be found in your sample. So going to be found in your sample. So going to be found in your sample. So it's actually more important to either it's actually more important to either it's actually more important to either go to a facility that takes that sample go to a facility that takes that sample go to a facility that takes that sample and puts it under a microscope which and puts it under a microscope which and puts it under a microscope which unfortunately we don't really do here in unfortunately we don't really do here in unfortunately we don't really do here in the US or you use other types of the US or you use other types of the US or you use other types of advanced technologies. Our personal advanced technologies. Our personal advanced technologies. Our personal technologies that we use is we use technologies that we use is we use technologies that we use is we use something called a bio resonance. Uh we something called a bio resonance. Uh we something called a bio resonance. Uh we use a bio resonance. We also back that use a bio resonance. We also back that use a bio resonance. We also back that up with blood work and then we also back up with blood work and then we also back up with blood work and then we also back that up with something else called that up with something else called that up with something else called autonomic response testing. So we're autonomic response testing. So we're autonomic response testing. So we're looking at a ver a variety of different looking at a ver a variety of different looking at a ver a variety of different ways or a variety of different tests ways or a variety of different tests ways or a variety of different tests before we come to the conclusion of before we come to the conclusion of before we come to the conclusion of what's going on. Um and then we what's going on. Um and then we what's going on. Um and then we obviously will be able to structure how obviously will be able to structure how obviously will be able to structure how to work with that. to work with that. to work with that. So the other thing too that has a lot of So the other thing too that has a lot of So the other thing too that has a lot of variables is autoimmune brain variables is autoimmune brain variables is autoimmune brain conditions. So there are many many conditions. So there are many many conditions. So there are many many people that are dealing with an people that are dealing with an people that are dealing with an autoimmune brain condition that have no autoimmune brain condition that have no autoimmune brain condition that have no symptoms. Then there's a lot of people symptoms. Then there's a lot of people symptoms. Then there's a lot of people that have positive antibodies and have a that have positive antibodies and have a that have positive antibodies and have a lot of symptoms. So there are many many lot of symptoms. So there are many many lot of symptoms. So there are many many variables when it comes to symptoms variables when it comes to symptoms variables when it comes to symptoms versus testing. versus testing. versus testing. So, I wanted to show you guys this So, I wanted to show you guys this So, I wanted to show you guys this because I wanted to show you how many because I wanted to show you how many because I wanted to show you how many types of brain autoimmunity there are types of brain autoimmunity there are types of brain autoimmunity there are because this test is something that I because this test is something that I because this test is something that I use in the practice. It's called neural use in the practice. It's called neural use in the practice. It's called neural neural zoomer plus and it's crazy neural zoomer plus and it's crazy neural zoomer plus and it's crazy because there used to be neural zoomer. because there used to be neural zoomer. because there used to be neural zoomer. Now there's neural zoomer plus aka Now there's neural zoomer plus aka Now there's neural zoomer plus aka they've had to advance the test and add they've had to advance the test and add they've had to advance the test and add more markers because this epidemic of more markers because this epidemic of more markers because this epidemic of autoimmunity and autoimmune brain autoimmunity and autoimmune brain autoimmunity and autoimmune brain conditions is becoming more and more. So conditions is becoming more and more. So conditions is becoming more and more. So there are so many different things that there are so many different things that there are so many different things that can get into the brain past the bloodb can get into the brain past the bloodb can get into the brain past the bloodb brain barrier that your immune system is brain barrier that your immune system is brain barrier that your immune system is being triggered by and then these are being triggered by and then these are being triggered by and then these are causing autism, aspberers, dementia, causing autism, aspberers, dementia, causing autism, aspberers, dementia, Alzheimer's etc. Alzheimer's etc. Alzheimer's etc. So there are many many possibilities and So there are many many possibilities and So there are many many possibilities and you can see the list goes on here. you can see the list goes on here. you can see the list goes on here. So the other thing too when it comes to So the other thing too when it comes to So the other thing too when it comes to the neurological system is when we are the neurological system is when we are the neurological system is when we are trying to figure out why does this trying to figure out why does this trying to figure out why does this person have ankalloin spondylitis? person have ankalloin spondylitis? person have ankalloin spondylitis? Why does this person have multiple Why does this person have multiple Why does this person have multiple sclerosis? Why does this person have sclerosis? Why does this person have sclerosis? Why does this person have Parkinson's disease or ALS? Sometimes we Parkinson's disease or ALS? Sometimes we Parkinson's disease or ALS? Sometimes we work with physicians that consider the work with physicians that consider the work with physicians that consider the fact that there might be some type of fact that there might be some type of fact that there might be some type of neurological infection because more and neurological infection because more and neurological infection because more and more physicians are acknowledging that more physicians are acknowledging that more physicians are acknowledging that neurobiliosis is a real thing which is neurobiliosis is a real thing which is neurobiliosis is a real thing which is pretty much when Lyme disease gets into pretty much when Lyme disease gets into pretty much when Lyme disease gets into the neurological system. So, the the neurological system. So, the the neurological system. So, the interesting thing about this is they interesting thing about this is they interesting thing about this is they have been screwing up the testing for have been screwing up the testing for have been screwing up the testing for years and they're just recently coming years and they're just recently coming years and they're just recently coming out with research saying that if you out with research saying that if you out with research saying that if you look for the spyro key, which I'll look for the spyro key, which I'll look for the spyro key, which I'll explain a little bit further, which is explain a little bit further, which is explain a little bit further, which is this squiggly little worm looking thing, this squiggly little worm looking thing, this squiggly little worm looking thing, if you're taking somebody's cerebral if you're taking somebody's cerebral if you're taking somebody's cerebral spinal fluid, which is what they take spinal fluid, which is what they take spinal fluid, which is what they take out when they do the spinal tab. So if out when they do the spinal tab. So if out when they do the spinal tab. So if you take that cerebral spinal fluid out you take that cerebral spinal fluid out you take that cerebral spinal fluid out and you put it under a microscope and if and you put it under a microscope and if and you put it under a microscope and if you're looking for the squiggly worm you're looking for the squiggly worm you're looking for the squiggly worm looking thing which is called a spyroet, looking thing which is called a spyroet, looking thing which is called a spyroet, you're never going to find it because you're never going to find it because you're never going to find it because when the lyme disease is in or the lime when the lyme disease is in or the lime when the lyme disease is in or the lime bacteria is in the cerebral spinal bacteria is in the cerebral spinal bacteria is in the cerebral spinal fluid, it actually looks like either a fluid, it actually looks like either a fluid, it actually looks like either a cyst or a bleb, which is what you see on cyst or a bleb, which is what you see on cyst or a bleb, which is what you see on the left. It looks like a little blob. the left. It looks like a little blob. the left. It looks like a little blob. So if your technician or analyst was So if your technician or analyst was So if your technician or analyst was looking for the spyro key, they pretty looking for the spyro key, they pretty looking for the spyro key, they pretty much will not find it because it's never much will not find it because it's never much will not find it because it's never going to be in that form. So there are going to be in that form. So there are going to be in that form. So there are so many people that are dealing with so many people that are dealing with so many people that are dealing with these debilitating neurological issues these debilitating neurological issues these debilitating neurological issues that are walking around with that are walking around with that are walking around with neurological Lyme disease and nobody's neurological Lyme disease and nobody's neurological Lyme disease and nobody's figuring it out and all they're doing is figuring it out and all they're doing is figuring it out and all they're doing is they're getting put on all of these they're getting put on all of these they're getting put on all of these medications that shut down their immune medications that shut down their immune medications that shut down their immune system which is causing the the the system which is causing the the the system which is causing the the the condition to get worse because the condition to get worse because the condition to get worse because the infection is multiplying. So this patient um was interesting. They So this patient um was interesting. They So this patient um was interesting. They came in um they had really severe gird came in um they had really severe gird came in um they had really severe gird irritable bowel syndrome um severe irritable bowel syndrome um severe irritable bowel syndrome um severe hypoglycemia um low blood sugar to the hypoglycemia um low blood sugar to the hypoglycemia um low blood sugar to the point that they were fainting. point that they were fainting. point that they were fainting. So um primarily like how this all So um primarily like how this all So um primarily like how this all connects together is that the patient connects together is that the patient connects together is that the patient came in um she was dealing with like a came in um she was dealing with like a came in um she was dealing with like a weak she called it a weak stomach since weak she called it a weak stomach since weak she called it a weak stomach since she was young. she was young. she was young. The gird started to kick in. It was The gird started to kick in. It was The gird started to kick in. It was pretty mild, you know, taking in pretty mild, you know, taking in pretty mild, you know, taking in occasional Tums here and there. Then it occasional Tums here and there. Then it occasional Tums here and there. Then it started to get a little bit worse. So started to get a little bit worse. So started to get a little bit worse. So then she got put on Nexium. Then, you then she got put on Nexium. Then, you then she got put on Nexium. Then, you know, she was having these uh know, she was having these uh know, she was having these uh intermittent bouts of stomach pain and intermittent bouts of stomach pain and intermittent bouts of stomach pain and cramping that was like really really cramping that was like really really cramping that was like really really painful that she had actually had to painful that she had actually had to painful that she had actually had to have an as needed antis-pspasmotic have an as needed antis-pspasmotic have an as needed antis-pspasmotic medication to calm down the cramping. medication to calm down the cramping. medication to calm down the cramping. Eventually, she started to lean more Eventually, she started to lean more Eventually, she started to lean more towards constipation and then it was the towards constipation and then it was the towards constipation and then it was the blood sugar that kicked in. So the blood sugar that kicked in. So the blood sugar that kicked in. So the reason this is all connected is because reason this is all connected is because reason this is all connected is because your stomach being located I'm going to your stomach being located I'm going to your stomach being located I'm going to give you. So stomach is on your left give you. So stomach is on your left give you. So stomach is on your left side. Stomach is shaped like this. side. Stomach is shaped like this. side. Stomach is shaped like this. Pancreas is actually embedded to your Pancreas is actually embedded to your Pancreas is actually embedded to your stomach and connected to your small stomach and connected to your small stomach and connected to your small intestine. So the reason why this is intestine. So the reason why this is intestine. So the reason why this is important is because your pancreas important is because your pancreas important is because your pancreas regulates your blood sugar. regulates your blood sugar. regulates your blood sugar. So, the blood sugar is going to be So, the blood sugar is going to be So, the blood sugar is going to be compromised compromised compromised if the pancreas is not functioning at if the pancreas is not functioning at if the pancreas is not functioning at its best. But the crazy thing about this its best. But the crazy thing about this its best. But the crazy thing about this is that the pancreas doesn't always is that the pancreas doesn't always is that the pancreas doesn't always become stressed because of your diet become stressed because of your diet become stressed because of your diet because, oh, you're eating too much because, oh, you're eating too much because, oh, you're eating too much sugar, you have a really poor diet. You sugar, you have a really poor diet. You sugar, you have a really poor diet. You can easily start having blood sugar can easily start having blood sugar can easily start having blood sugar issues because that infection that was issues because that infection that was issues because that infection that was in your stomach causing your gird and in your stomach causing your gird and in your stomach causing your gird and causing your stomach pain and your causing your stomach pain and your causing your stomach pain and your cramping because it ended up she had an cramping because it ended up she had an cramping because it ended up she had an infection called H. pylori. She also had infection called H. pylori. She also had infection called H. pylori. She also had a parasite called jardia. So those a parasite called jardia. So those a parasite called jardia. So those infections were in her system for so infections were in her system for so infections were in her system for so long that they moved from the stomach long that they moved from the stomach long that they moved from the stomach into the small intestine and started to into the small intestine and started to into the small intestine and started to then affect her pancreas and her then affect her pancreas and her then affect her pancreas and her pancreas was actually presenting with pancreas was actually presenting with pancreas was actually presenting with antibodies aka she was having the early antibodies aka she was having the early antibodies aka she was having the early onset of autoimmune uh ane or I'm sorry onset of autoimmune uh ane or I'm sorry onset of autoimmune uh ane or I'm sorry diabetes. She was having type 1 diabetes. She was having type 1 diabetes. She was having type 1 diabetes. So, she was in her uh I think diabetes. So, she was in her uh I think diabetes. So, she was in her uh I think she was in her late 20s. So, most of the she was in her late 20s. So, most of the she was in her late 20s. So, most of the time when you get an autoimmune um or I time when you get an autoimmune um or I time when you get an autoimmune um or I autoimmune diabetes, you get it really autoimmune diabetes, you get it really autoimmune diabetes, you get it really really young. But we've been hearing really young. But we've been hearing really young. But we've been hearing about more and more people getting it as about more and more people getting it as about more and more people getting it as an adult. And part of the reason is how an adult. And part of the reason is how an adult. And part of the reason is how much stress our gut is under. And if you much stress our gut is under. And if you much stress our gut is under. And if you do get exposed to some type of infection do get exposed to some type of infection do get exposed to some type of infection that starts to affect your pancreas, that starts to affect your pancreas, that starts to affect your pancreas, your immune system is going to do its your immune system is going to do its your immune system is going to do its job. It's going to go to that area. It's job. It's going to go to that area. It's job. It's going to go to that area. It's going to start to fight that infection. going to start to fight that infection. going to start to fight that infection. And it is going to then cause damage to And it is going to then cause damage to And it is going to then cause damage to your gut as well as your pancreas. And your gut as well as your pancreas. And your gut as well as your pancreas. And this on paper is what we call this on paper is what we call this on paper is what we call autoimmunity. So last but not least is that So last but not least is that So last but not least is that autoimmunity is irreversible. And when autoimmunity is irreversible. And when autoimmunity is irreversible. And when it comes down to understanding the root it comes down to understanding the root it comes down to understanding the root cause, anything is possible. And the cause, anything is possible. And the cause, anything is possible. And the other thing too is for those of you that other thing too is for those of you that other thing too is for those of you that are just jumping on here is if you go are just jumping on here is if you go are just jumping on here is if you go back to the beginning of the back to the beginning of the back to the beginning of the presentation, presentation, presentation, it's all about what is causing the it's all about what is causing the it's all about what is causing the immune system to be so reactive. Is it immune system to be so reactive. Is it immune system to be so reactive. Is it because you have a ton of toxicity in because you have a ton of toxicity in because you have a ton of toxicity in your system? Is it because you have a your system? Is it because you have a your system? Is it because you have a boatload of infections in your system? boatload of infections in your system? boatload of infections in your system? Is it because your detox pathways don't Is it because your detox pathways don't Is it because your detox pathways don't work anymore because they're congested work anymore because they're congested work anymore because they're congested and they're overloaded? Is it because and they're overloaded? Is it because and they're overloaded? Is it because your lymphatic system is compromised? your lymphatic system is compromised? your lymphatic system is compromised? So, the easiest way for me to explain So, the easiest way for me to explain So, the easiest way for me to explain this to you guys is I think we can all this to you guys is I think we can all this to you guys is I think we can all relate to the the concept of how a relate to the the concept of how a relate to the the concept of how a vacuum works. If you have a vacuum and vacuum works. If you have a vacuum and vacuum works. If you have a vacuum and you have this brand new vacuum, it has a you have this brand new vacuum, it has a you have this brand new vacuum, it has a filter in it. You continue to use your filter in it. You continue to use your filter in it. You continue to use your vacuum and the filter gets more and more vacuum and the filter gets more and more vacuum and the filter gets more and more full and then it gets to the point that full and then it gets to the point that full and then it gets to the point that you either stop using the vacuum or you you either stop using the vacuum or you you either stop using the vacuum or you dump the filter so you can continue to dump the filter so you can continue to dump the filter so you can continue to use it. use it. use it. The same thing is happening in our The same thing is happening in our The same thing is happening in our bodies because of all the things we're bodies because of all the things we're bodies because of all the things we're being exposed to, if you know it or you being exposed to, if you know it or you being exposed to, if you know it or you don't, on a day-to-day basis. So, your don't, on a day-to-day basis. So, your don't, on a day-to-day basis. So, your filters are at max capacity. And if filters are at max capacity. And if filters are at max capacity. And if they're at max capacity, you start to they're at max capacity, you start to they're at max capacity, you start to get puffy, you get inflamed, you get get puffy, you get inflamed, you get get puffy, you get inflamed, you get bloated, you can't lose weight, you bloated, you can't lose weight, you bloated, you can't lose weight, you start to have circulation issues, you start to have circulation issues, you start to have circulation issues, you start to have headaches, you have start to have headaches, you have start to have headaches, you have migraines, and then you have autoimmune migraines, and then you have autoimmune migraines, and then you have autoimmune conditions. So, if you can't tell by now, very So, if you can't tell by now, very So, if you can't tell by now, very rarely do things look like the textbook. rarely do things look like the textbook. rarely do things look like the textbook. So, it's very, very important for you So, it's very, very important for you So, it's very, very important for you guys to take away that if you don't look guys to take away that if you don't look guys to take away that if you don't look like the textbook, then how's the like the textbook, then how's the like the textbook, then how's the textbook protocol going to fix you, get textbook protocol going to fix you, get textbook protocol going to fix you, get you better, or potentially stabilize you better, or potentially stabilize you better, or potentially stabilize your condition. So for us to think that your condition. So for us to think that your condition. So for us to think that we're just going to put everybody on we're just going to put everybody on we're just going to put everybody on immune amunosuppressants or biologics to immune amunosuppressants or biologics to immune amunosuppressants or biologics to stabilize their autoimmunity, stabilize their autoimmunity, stabilize their autoimmunity, we're not going to get anywhere. You we're not going to get anywhere. You we're not going to get anywhere. You might feel better. You definitely feel might feel better. You definitely feel might feel better. You definitely feel better because like I said before, if better because like I said before, if better because like I said before, if you shut down the immune system, you you shut down the immune system, you you shut down the immune system, you shut down the inflammatory response. You shut down the inflammatory response. You shut down the inflammatory response. You shut down the inflammatory response, shut down the inflammatory response, shut down the inflammatory response, you're going to feel better, but you're you're going to feel better, but you're you're going to feel better, but you're not fixing the problem. And then people not fixing the problem. And then people not fixing the problem. And then people are like, you know, I'm feeling better. are like, you know, I'm feeling better. are like, you know, I'm feeling better. I think I'm going to try to come off my I think I'm going to try to come off my I think I'm going to try to come off my medication. and they try to come off medication. and they try to come off medication. and they try to come off their medication and they have a huge their medication and they have a huge their medication and they have a huge flare. And again, it's not because you flare. And again, it's not because you flare. And again, it's not because you need the medication or you need to be need the medication or you need to be need the medication or you need to be relying on it. It's because you have relying on it. It's because you have relying on it. It's because you have just been on an imunosuppressant. just been on an imunosuppressant. just been on an imunosuppressant. You never actually fixed the root cause. You never actually fixed the root cause. You never actually fixed the root cause. You never actually dealt with the You never actually dealt with the You never actually dealt with the infections. You never dealt with the infections. You never dealt with the infections. You never dealt with the toxicity. You never dealt with the toxicity. You never dealt with the toxicity. You never dealt with the underlying problems. So, I don't want underlying problems. So, I don't want underlying problems. So, I don't want you to think that you're just doomed. you to think that you're just doomed. you to think that you're just doomed. It's just about doing better testing. It's just about doing better testing. It's just about doing better testing. So when it comes to better testing, uh I So when it comes to better testing, uh I So when it comes to better testing, uh I want you guys to kind of understand the want you guys to kind of understand the want you guys to kind of understand the difference between conventional, difference between conventional, difference between conventional, functional, integrative because some of functional, integrative because some of functional, integrative because some of you that are new to this, you might be you that are new to this, you might be you that are new to this, you might be looking at functional versus integrated looking at functional versus integrated looking at functional versus integrated medicine and be like I are those the medicine and be like I are those the medicine and be like I are those the same thing and I do this because there same thing and I do this because there same thing and I do this because there are some of you that have been down the are some of you that have been down the are some of you that have been down the road of functional medicine and maybe road of functional medicine and maybe road of functional medicine and maybe you feel like it didn't help you. So the you feel like it didn't help you. So the you feel like it didn't help you. So the biggest thing is that when you deal with biggest thing is that when you deal with biggest thing is that when you deal with conventional methods, we're dealing with conventional methods, we're dealing with conventional methods, we're dealing with that segregated system. we're dealing that segregated system. we're dealing that segregated system. we're dealing with. You go to the cardiologist for with. You go to the cardiologist for with. You go to the cardiologist for your heart, you go to the your heart, you go to the your heart, you go to the gastroenterenterologist for your gut, gastroenterenterologist for your gut, gastroenterenterologist for your gut, you go to the urologist for your urinary you go to the urologist for your urinary you go to the urologist for your urinary system. Like everything is super system. Like everything is super system. Like everything is super separate and nobody's talking to each separate and nobody's talking to each separate and nobody's talking to each other. And most of the solutions are other. And most of the solutions are other. And most of the solutions are pharmacological or surgery based. Then pharmacological or surgery based. Then pharmacological or surgery based. Then you get into functional medicine. And you get into functional medicine. And you get into functional medicine. And functional medicine is going to be doing functional medicine is going to be doing functional medicine is going to be doing more elaborate testing, really trying to more elaborate testing, really trying to more elaborate testing, really trying to decipher what is the root cause. But my decipher what is the root cause. But my decipher what is the root cause. But my only reason why I went from functional only reason why I went from functional only reason why I went from functional to integrative is because in functional to integrative is because in functional to integrative is because in functional medicine, I found my tools were really medicine, I found my tools were really medicine, I found my tools were really limited. My tools were primarily limited. My tools were primarily limited. My tools were primarily focusing on diet and supplementation, focusing on diet and supplementation, focusing on diet and supplementation, herbs, remedies, things like that. And I herbs, remedies, things like that. And I herbs, remedies, things like that. And I found that it was very difficult for found that it was very difficult for found that it was very difficult for people to fix themselves just through people to fix themselves just through people to fix themselves just through diet because there's so many things diet because there's so many things diet because there's so many things working against us with the food that we working against us with the food that we working against us with the food that we eat, even if we're being really eat, even if we're being really eat, even if we're being really disciplined with organic and everything disciplined with organic and everything disciplined with organic and everything else. But also, it's very hard to absorb else. But also, it's very hard to absorb else. But also, it's very hard to absorb nutrients if your gut is messed up or nutrients if your gut is messed up or nutrients if your gut is messed up or you're toxic. you're toxic. you're toxic. So, I knew that I needed more tools in So, I knew that I needed more tools in So, I knew that I needed more tools in my tool box. And one of my mentors, my tool box. And one of my mentors, my tool box. And one of my mentors, who's Dr. Klingheart, he said, "Don't who's Dr. Klingheart, he said, "Don't who's Dr. Klingheart, he said, "Don't call yourself integrative if all you do call yourself integrative if all you do call yourself integrative if all you do is diet and supplements." And my is diet and supplements." And my is diet and supplements." And my business is called Integrative Wellness business is called Integrative Wellness business is called Integrative Wellness Group. And it has been since day one. Group. And it has been since day one. Group. And it has been since day one. And that really got me thinking and it And that really got me thinking and it And that really got me thinking and it it got me expanding my mindset and it got me expanding my mindset and it got me expanding my mindset and evolving my practice. So, we've moved evolving my practice. So, we've moved evolving my practice. So, we've moved into this integrative model, which is into this integrative model, which is into this integrative model, which is really about Yes. doing really really really about Yes. doing really really really about Yes. doing really really amazing and elaborate testing to amazing and elaborate testing to amazing and elaborate testing to figuring out the root cause, but it's figuring out the root cause, but it's figuring out the root cause, but it's also then customizing and personalizing also then customizing and personalizing also then customizing and personalizing the approach to each person to know what the approach to each person to know what the approach to each person to know what supplements does your body need. What supplements does your body need. What supplements does your body need. What protocols does your body need? What is protocols does your body need? What is protocols does your body need? What is your best diet right now, not forever, your best diet right now, not forever, your best diet right now, not forever, right now to help you get better? Do you right now to help you get better? Do you right now to help you get better? Do you need detox therapies? Do you need need detox therapies? Do you need need detox therapies? Do you need lymphatic therapies? Do you need lymphatic therapies? Do you need lymphatic therapies? Do you need neurological therapies? Because when you neurological therapies? Because when you neurological therapies? Because when you can customize that approach and make it can customize that approach and make it can customize that approach and make it integrative, you can get better in a integrative, you can get better in a integrative, you can get better in a fraction of the time. fraction of the time. fraction of the time. So people always ask, you know, how does So people always ask, you know, how does So people always ask, you know, how does it all work? Like how do I work with you it all work? Like how do I work with you it all work? Like how do I work with you guys? What is the test? I want to guys? What is the test? I want to guys? What is the test? I want to understand more about this. And I understand more about this. And I understand more about this. And I really, really think that, you know, really, really think that, you know, really, really think that, you know, people asking better questions, people asking better questions, people asking better questions, demanding more out of their healthcare demanding more out of their healthcare demanding more out of their healthcare is pushing us in a really good is pushing us in a really good is pushing us in a really good direction. But at this point, we choose direction. But at this point, we choose direction. But at this point, we choose to serve people and not insurance to serve people and not insurance to serve people and not insurance providers because I can't have someone providers because I can't have someone providers because I can't have someone on, you know, an insurance team that has on, you know, an insurance team that has on, you know, an insurance team that has no clinical background dictate your care no clinical background dictate your care no clinical background dictate your care because there's no possible way for them because there's no possible way for them because there's no possible way for them to know what is best for my patients and to know what is best for my patients and to know what is best for my patients and to piece the puzzle together the way we to piece the puzzle together the way we to piece the puzzle together the way we do. So what's great about it is out of do. So what's great about it is out of do. So what's great about it is out of network, you know, people get great network, you know, people get great network, you know, people get great reimbursement and we have the freedom to reimbursement and we have the freedom to reimbursement and we have the freedom to treat you the way that you deserve to be treat you the way that you deserve to be treat you the way that you deserve to be treated and give you the attention and treated and give you the attention and treated and give you the attention and give you the time. That's a really give you the time. That's a really give you the time. That's a really really big part of the puzzle is most really big part of the puzzle is most really big part of the puzzle is most doctors working through insurance is you doctors working through insurance is you doctors working through insurance is you get 15 minutes max. And I think people get 15 minutes max. And I think people get 15 minutes max. And I think people are just really tired of that. are just really tired of that. are just really tired of that. So, one thing I always say, um, and it So, one thing I always say, um, and it So, one thing I always say, um, and it got a a standing ovation the last time I got a a standing ovation the last time I got a a standing ovation the last time I spoke, which was pretty amazing, is um, spoke, which was pretty amazing, is um, spoke, which was pretty amazing, is um, if you if you value your health, don't if you if you value your health, don't if you if you value your health, don't let anyone tell you that you can't let anyone tell you that you can't let anyone tell you that you can't invest in it. Everybody at the end of invest in it. Everybody at the end of invest in it. Everybody at the end of the day values something different. And the day values something different. And the day values something different. And if you value a brand new iPhone every if you value a brand new iPhone every if you value a brand new iPhone every time it comes out, then you go get that time it comes out, then you go get that time it comes out, then you go get that brand new iPhone. You know, you you do brand new iPhone. You know, you you do brand new iPhone. You know, you you do you. But if you value your health and you. But if you value your health and you. But if you value your health and someone else doesn't, that's okay. someone else doesn't, that's okay. someone else doesn't, that's okay. But don't let that person make you feel But don't let that person make you feel But don't let that person make you feel guilty about that because that's just guilty about that because that's just guilty about that because that's just such a common thing that I hear when such a common thing that I hear when such a common thing that I hear when people are embarking on getting people are embarking on getting people are embarking on getting themselves better is that, you know, oh themselves better is that, you know, oh themselves better is that, you know, oh well, you know, people don't understand well, you know, people don't understand well, you know, people don't understand why I'm doing this or people think I'm why I'm doing this or people think I'm why I'm doing this or people think I'm selfish. And I just find that to be selfish. And I just find that to be selfish. And I just find that to be super interesting because at the end of super interesting because at the end of super interesting because at the end of the day, you know, we can sit here and I the day, you know, we can sit here and I the day, you know, we can sit here and I can judge somebody for spending money on can judge somebody for spending money on can judge somebody for spending money on something that I don't value, but who am something that I don't value, but who am something that I don't value, but who am I to say that? because if that's what I to say that? because if that's what I to say that? because if that's what they value, they should be able to spend they value, they should be able to spend they value, they should be able to spend their money on it. So, it's really just their money on it. So, it's really just their money on it. So, it's really just a matter of if you value your health and a matter of if you value your health and a matter of if you value your health and being able to get your health back is being able to get your health back is being able to get your health back is just so so significant. And I think we just so so significant. And I think we just so so significant. And I think we forget that healthcare is supposed to be forget that healthcare is supposed to be forget that healthcare is supposed to be about answers and solutions and we about answers and solutions and we about answers and solutions and we usually just settle for well, you have usually just settle for well, you have usually just settle for well, you have an autoimmune condition and we don't an autoimmune condition and we don't an autoimmune condition and we don't really know why, but just take this really know why, but just take this really know why, but just take this medication and let's hope for the best. medication and let's hope for the best. medication and let's hope for the best. and we're never actually demanding more and we're never actually demanding more and we're never actually demanding more more answers and we're settling for a more answers and we're settling for a more answers and we're settling for a protocol that's really just putting a protocol that's really just putting a protocol that's really just putting a band-aid on the symptoms and not band-aid on the symptoms and not band-aid on the symptoms and not actually giving us a solution. actually giving us a solution. actually giving us a solution. So, some of the ways that we get to the So, some of the ways that we get to the So, some of the ways that we get to the bottom of what is the root cause for our bottom of what is the root cause for our bottom of what is the root cause for our patients is we do some really really patients is we do some really really patients is we do some really really customized testing. And when people come customized testing. And when people come customized testing. And when people come in, we do um an onboarding process. And in, we do um an onboarding process. And in, we do um an onboarding process. And this onboarding process takes you this onboarding process takes you this onboarding process takes you through all of these different tests. We through all of these different tests. We through all of these different tests. We test everything from food allergies, um, test everything from food allergies, um, test everything from food allergies, um, heavy metal toxicity, mineral heavy metal toxicity, mineral heavy metal toxicity, mineral deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies. We deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies. We deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies. We do very comprehensive blood work, do very comprehensive blood work, do very comprehensive blood work, autoimmune markers, immune markers, mold autoimmune markers, immune markers, mold autoimmune markers, immune markers, mold toxicity markers, infectious markers, toxicity markers, infectious markers, toxicity markers, infectious markers, um, your traditional thyroid markers. We um, your traditional thyroid markers. We um, your traditional thyroid markers. We run all of that. But my favorite part is run all of that. But my favorite part is run all of that. But my favorite part is the autonomic response testing. And some the autonomic response testing. And some the autonomic response testing. And some of you may have heard of this. Um, it of you may have heard of this. Um, it of you may have heard of this. Um, it was created by Dr. cleaning heart, but was created by Dr. cleaning heart, but was created by Dr. cleaning heart, but it takes all the guessing out. So, one it takes all the guessing out. So, one it takes all the guessing out. So, one of the biggest things that I always of the biggest things that I always of the biggest things that I always explain to people because they're like, explain to people because they're like, explain to people because they're like, "Well, how is all of this different?" is "Well, how is all of this different?" is "Well, how is all of this different?" is that there is no more guessing. Anything that there is no more guessing. Anything that there is no more guessing. Anything that we tell you that is good for you. that we tell you that is good for you. that we tell you that is good for you. If we talk about diet, if we talk about If we talk about diet, if we talk about If we talk about diet, if we talk about supplements, if we talk about therapies, supplements, if we talk about therapies, supplements, if we talk about therapies, everything has been tested against your everything has been tested against your everything has been tested against your body and your DNA. And we do that body and your DNA. And we do that body and your DNA. And we do that through the autonomic response testing. through the autonomic response testing. through the autonomic response testing. So we test every supplement to say is So we test every supplement to say is So we test every supplement to say is this good for this person's body. So this good for this person's body. So this good for this person's body. So there is no guessing, there is no there is no guessing, there is no there is no guessing, there is no wasting money and there's no wasting wasting money and there's no wasting wasting money and there's no wasting time. So this is really really time. So this is really really time. So this is really really significant because you are doing the significant because you are doing the significant because you are doing the most tailored approach to get your body most tailored approach to get your body most tailored approach to get your body better in a short amount of time. better in a short amount of time. better in a short amount of time. So one of the reasons we have customized So one of the reasons we have customized So one of the reasons we have customized this approach is partly because we were this approach is partly because we were this approach is partly because we were struggling to get quality information struggling to get quality information struggling to get quality information from all of the different labs that we from all of the different labs that we from all of the different labs that we were using. We used to do everything were using. We used to do everything were using. We used to do everything from very expensive stool samples, from very expensive stool samples, from very expensive stool samples, saliva tests, uh cortisol testing, saliva tests, uh cortisol testing, saliva tests, uh cortisol testing, hormone testing, and all of these were hormone testing, and all of these were hormone testing, and all of these were separate private labs and they racked up separate private labs and they racked up separate private labs and they racked up two, three, $4,000 sometimes. two, three, $4,000 sometimes. two, three, $4,000 sometimes. And I really just didn't like the fact And I really just didn't like the fact And I really just didn't like the fact that someone has spent so much money that someone has spent so much money that someone has spent so much money before they actually even know what's before they actually even know what's before they actually even know what's wrong with them. And I wanted to figure wrong with them. And I wanted to figure wrong with them. And I wanted to figure out a way that I can get better out a way that I can get better out a way that I can get better information with a smaller price point information with a smaller price point information with a smaller price point so people can spend money on the more so people can spend money on the more so people can spend money on the more important part which is getting better. important part which is getting better. important part which is getting better. So we really try to customize our So we really try to customize our So we really try to customize our onboarding process to do that. And it's onboarding process to do that. And it's onboarding process to do that. And it's been really, really successful, which is been really, really successful, which is been really, really successful, which is amazing. At the end of the day, too, is amazing. At the end of the day, too, is amazing. At the end of the day, too, is for those of you that are listening that for those of you that are listening that for those of you that are listening that all you've been looking for is how can I all you've been looking for is how can I all you've been looking for is how can I stabilize this autoimmune condition? How stabilize this autoimmune condition? How stabilize this autoimmune condition? How can I get my life back? How can I figure can I get my life back? How can I figure can I get my life back? How can I figure out what I'm supposed to eat versus what out what I'm supposed to eat versus what out what I'm supposed to eat versus what am I not supposed to eat? Depending on am I not supposed to eat? Depending on am I not supposed to eat? Depending on your goals and what you can achieve with your goals and what you can achieve with your goals and what you can achieve with knowing your body and knowing what's knowing your body and knowing what's knowing your body and knowing what's going on is priceless. It really is going on is priceless. It really is going on is priceless. It really is because there are so many people that because there are so many people that because there are so many people that are looking for answers that just don't are looking for answers that just don't are looking for answers that just don't know where to find them. But, you know, know where to find them. But, you know, know where to find them. But, you know, there's a lot of other people that just there's a lot of other people that just there's a lot of other people that just want to take a pill and call it a day, want to take a pill and call it a day, want to take a pill and call it a day, which is totally fine as well. It's which is totally fine as well. It's which is totally fine as well. It's really this is for the people that want really this is for the people that want really this is for the people that want to figure it out. Also, too, for those to figure it out. Also, too, for those to figure it out. Also, too, for those of you listening that are long distance, of you listening that are long distance, of you listening that are long distance, um we can work with people from a um we can work with people from a um we can work with people from a distance. Uh what's great about it is uh distance. Uh what's great about it is uh distance. Uh what's great about it is uh you have DNA in your hair. So by sending you have DNA in your hair. So by sending you have DNA in your hair. So by sending us a hair sample, we can actually do a us a hair sample, we can actually do a us a hair sample, we can actually do a lot of our testing from a distance and lot of our testing from a distance and lot of our testing from a distance and then blood work is sourced to your local then blood work is sourced to your local then blood work is sourced to your local lab which will all go through your lab which will all go through your lab which will all go through your insurance. So you can actually go to insurance. So you can actually go to insurance. So you can actually go to your lab corp request and we'll get all your lab corp request and we'll get all your lab corp request and we'll get all of that processed. So um and when people of that processed. So um and when people of that processed. So um and when people work with us a lot of times they're like work with us a lot of times they're like work with us a lot of times they're like I really want to come to you guys and I I really want to come to you guys and I I really want to come to you guys and I want to do care with you but obviously I want to do care with you but obviously I want to do care with you but obviously I live far away. So, we actually offer live far away. So, we actually offer live far away. So, we actually offer something called immersion weeks which something called immersion weeks which something called immersion weeks which have been really amazing um to have have been really amazing um to have have been really amazing um to have people come for anywhere between six to people come for anywhere between six to people come for anywhere between six to even 14 or I'm sorry 12 days and they even 14 or I'm sorry 12 days and they even 14 or I'm sorry 12 days and they get immersed into our care and then get immersed into our care and then get immersed into our care and then they're able to sustain that um after they're able to sustain that um after they're able to sustain that um after they go home with the different they go home with the different they go home with the different recommendations that we give them. So, recommendations that we give them. So, recommendations that we give them. So, I'm going to pop in and see if there was I'm going to pop in and see if there was I'm going to pop in and see if there was any questions. any questions. any questions. Um Um Um yay. Hi, Marie. Um, this is just one of my biggest it. Um, this is just one of my biggest it. Um, this is just one of my biggest passions is educating you guys, to give passions is educating you guys, to give passions is educating you guys, to give you information you have never heard you information you have never heard you information you have never heard before. And I really do this to inspire before. And I really do this to inspire before. And I really do this to inspire you to take that first step. I know for you to take that first step. I know for you to take that first step. I know for me, like I said earlier, is that, you me, like I said earlier, is that, you me, like I said earlier, is that, you know, there were a lot of things that I know, there were a lot of things that I know, there were a lot of things that I settled for being my normal when it came settled for being my normal when it came settled for being my normal when it came to my health, but I'm just so grateful to my health, but I'm just so grateful to my health, but I'm just so grateful that I didn't necessarily just go that I didn't necessarily just go that I didn't necessarily just go blindly through my life because blindly through my life because blindly through my life because I could have been in really big trouble. I could have been in really big trouble. I could have been in really big trouble. And I say this because my testing And I say this because my testing And I say this because my testing revealed a lot of these issues that were revealed a lot of these issues that were revealed a lot of these issues that were problematic, but again, I kind of problematic, but again, I kind of problematic, but again, I kind of settled for my brain fog and my sleep settled for my brain fog and my sleep settled for my brain fog and my sleep issues and fainting and having heart issues and fainting and having heart issues and fainting and having heart palputations. And I I settled for all of palputations. And I I settled for all of palputations. And I I settled for all of those things. So, it's very very those things. So, it's very very those things. So, it's very very interesting being able to uncover that interesting being able to uncover that interesting being able to uncover that and and get your body back and get your and and get your body back and get your and and get your body back and get your brain back. And it's crazy because when brain back. And it's crazy because when brain back. And it's crazy because when I went through my healing process, I I went through my healing process, I I went through my healing process, I literally remember being like, "Wow, I literally remember being like, "Wow, I literally remember being like, "Wow, I have been living in a fog and I had no have been living in a fog and I had no have been living in a fog and I had no freaking clue." So, um, so I really hope freaking clue." So, um, so I really hope freaking clue." So, um, so I really hope that you, you know, are able to leverage that you, you know, are able to leverage that you, you know, are able to leverage this information because once you know this information because once you know this information because once you know what your body needs and you're able to what your body needs and you're able to what your body needs and you're able to take that first step to get better, take that first step to get better, take that first step to get better, that's when this becomes a breakthrough that's when this becomes a breakthrough that's when this becomes a breakthrough experience. So, I appreciate you guys experience. So, I appreciate you guys experience. So, I appreciate you guys being here with me. Um, I hope you share being here with me. Um, I hope you share being here with me. Um, I hope you share this with others um that are dealing this with others um that are dealing this with others um that are dealing with autoimmune conditions and I really with autoimmune conditions and I really with autoimmune conditions and I really hope this was helpful. Um, so here's our hope this was helpful. Um, so here's our hope this was helpful. Um, so here's our website if you want to check it out and website if you want to check it out and website if you want to check it out and I will see you guys next week for those I will see you guys next week for those I will see you guys next week for those of you that will continue to join me of you that will continue to join me of you that will continue to join me this month. All right, everyone. Have an this month. All right, everyone. Have an this month. All right, everyone. Have an amazing night. I will see you soon. Hey everyone. So, I hope you enjoyed the Hey everyone. So, I hope you enjoyed the Hey everyone. So, I hope you enjoyed the webinar. Uh there are so many amazing webinar. Uh there are so many amazing webinar. Uh there are so many amazing topics that we've covered over the topics that we've covered over the topics that we've covered over the course of the few years, but we are course of the few years, but we are course of the few years, but we are actually popping in this new segment actually popping in this new segment actually popping in this new segment here just because IWG is constantly here just because IWG is constantly here just because IWG is constantly evolving over the years and we are evolving over the years and we are evolving over the years and we are evolving when it comes to our approach, evolving when it comes to our approach, evolving when it comes to our approach, our diagnostic testing as well as even our diagnostic testing as well as even our diagnostic testing as well as even the experts that we're bringing on to the experts that we're bringing on to the experts that we're bringing on to our team. So, I wanted to make sure that our team. So, I wanted to make sure that our team. So, I wanted to make sure that we could have the most upto-date we could have the most upto-date we could have the most upto-date information about what it looks like to information about what it looks like to information about what it looks like to actually get rolling and figure out what actually get rolling and figure out what actually get rolling and figure out what is going on with you. Why are you not is going on with you. Why are you not is going on with you. Why are you not feeling your best? And really, first and feeling your best? And really, first and feeling your best? And really, first and foremost is we really need to establish foremost is we really need to establish foremost is we really need to establish this idea of what is the old model and this idea of what is the old model and this idea of what is the old model and what is the new model? Because what is the new model? Because what is the new model? Because unfortunately, most of what we classify unfortunately, most of what we classify unfortunately, most of what we classify as the norm in medicine is really as the norm in medicine is really as the norm in medicine is really operating out of an old model. this old operating out of an old model. this old operating out of an old model. this old model that thinks the body is a bunch of model that thinks the body is a bunch of model that thinks the body is a bunch of separate systems that are working separate systems that are working separate systems that are working independent from each other. And it's independent from each other. And it's independent from each other. And it's really looking at how can we lever really looking at how can we lever really looking at how can we lever leverage better testing that gives us leverage better testing that gives us leverage better testing that gives us more information, looks at the body as a more information, looks at the body as a more information, looks at the body as a whole, and actually has the ability to whole, and actually has the ability to whole, and actually has the ability to connect the dots. How is your gut connect the dots. How is your gut connect the dots. How is your gut affecting your brain? How is your brain affecting your brain? How is your brain affecting your brain? How is your brain affecting your heart? So on and so affecting your heart? So on and so affecting your heart? So on and so forth. But I think the most important forth. But I think the most important forth. But I think the most important thing is we need to understand that we thing is we need to understand that we thing is we need to understand that we need to take the guessing and the need to take the guessing and the need to take the guessing and the subjectivity out of medicine and we need subjectivity out of medicine and we need subjectivity out of medicine and we need to start leveraging this idea of we do to start leveraging this idea of we do to start leveraging this idea of we do not guess, we test. And once you have not guess, we test. And once you have not guess, we test. And once you have that objective information, you can make that objective information, you can make that objective information, you can make better decisions and you can actually better decisions and you can actually better decisions and you can actually have a clear clear road map as to how have a clear clear road map as to how have a clear clear road map as to how your body can heal. So this saves us your body can heal. So this saves us your body can heal. So this saves us time and it definitely saves us money. time and it definitely saves us money. time and it definitely saves us money. So when we're moving into this idea of So when we're moving into this idea of So when we're moving into this idea of this integrative approach, just to be this integrative approach, just to be this integrative approach, just to be clear on what this means is we start clear on what this means is we start clear on what this means is we start with leveraging way better testing to with leveraging way better testing to with leveraging way better testing to really figure out what the heck is going really figure out what the heck is going really figure out what the heck is going on. What is the root of the issue? And on. What is the root of the issue? And on. What is the root of the issue? And from there is creating a very clear road from there is creating a very clear road from there is creating a very clear road mapap as to what the healing process mapap as to what the healing process mapap as to what the healing process looks like. And I will tell you right looks like. And I will tell you right looks like. And I will tell you right now is one person with irritable bowel now is one person with irritable bowel now is one person with irritable bowel syndrome and another person with syndrome and another person with syndrome and another person with irritable bowel syndrome, their protocol irritable bowel syndrome, their protocol irritable bowel syndrome, their protocol is not the same. It is not about a is not the same. It is not about a is not the same. It is not about a cookie cutter approach. It's about cookie cutter approach. It's about cookie cutter approach. It's about knowing what you need and that really knowing what you need and that really knowing what you need and that really comes from some specialized testing that comes from some specialized testing that comes from some specialized testing that we specifically do here at Integrative we specifically do here at Integrative we specifically do here at Integrative Wellness Group. So when we create that Wellness Group. So when we create that Wellness Group. So when we create that road map of this is how to heal, it is road map of this is how to heal, it is road map of this is how to heal, it is specific to you and that's really where specific to you and that's really where specific to you and that's really where you see the magic happen. So, when it you see the magic happen. So, when it you see the magic happen. So, when it comes to integrating different comes to integrating different comes to integrating different therapies, this is not just about diet therapies, this is not just about diet therapies, this is not just about diet and supplements. Yes, diet is a is a and supplements. Yes, diet is a is a and supplements. Yes, diet is a is a piece, but it's about balance. It's not piece, but it's about balance. It's not piece, but it's about balance. It's not about stressing yourself out. about stressing yourself out. about stressing yourself out. Supplementation is an amazing way to Supplementation is an amazing way to Supplementation is an amazing way to start giving your body nutrients that it start giving your body nutrients that it start giving your body nutrients that it needs, maybe pulling things out of the needs, maybe pulling things out of the needs, maybe pulling things out of the body that the body doesn't need. But body that the body doesn't need. But body that the body doesn't need. But then in addition is, do you need scar then in addition is, do you need scar then in addition is, do you need scar tissue work? Do you need to work on tissue work? Do you need to work on tissue work? Do you need to work on limiting beliefs and emotional elements limiting beliefs and emotional elements limiting beliefs and emotional elements to your chronic illness? Do you also to your chronic illness? Do you also to your chronic illness? Do you also need hyperbaric oxygenation therapy? You need hyperbaric oxygenation therapy? You need hyperbaric oxygenation therapy? You know, do you need physical body work know, do you need physical body work know, do you need physical body work because you've had tons of injuries? because you've had tons of injuries? because you've had tons of injuries? These things matter and they have to be These things matter and they have to be These things matter and they have to be considered because many of you, the considered because many of you, the considered because many of you, the reason why you're here is because you've reason why you're here is because you've reason why you're here is because you've tried things and you've hit plateaus or tried things and you've hit plateaus or tried things and you've hit plateaus or you've given up and you're here to you've given up and you're here to you've given up and you're here to potentially find new insight, new ideas, potentially find new insight, new ideas, potentially find new insight, new ideas, and a new approach to getting better. So and a new approach to getting better. So and a new approach to getting better. So really what it starts with is we want to really what it starts with is we want to really what it starts with is we want to get to know you. We want to know what's get to know you.
