DNA Testing is the Future of Medicine
Episode 193
Welcome to Integrated You Radio, hosted by Dr. Nick Carruthers and Dr. Nicole Rivera. This podcast is a gateway to limitless possibilities in health and wellness. In this episode, Dr. Nick and Dr. Nicole delve into the fascinating world of DNA and its connection to sound and light. They emphasize that while four percent of our DNA codes for proteins, a significant portion, ranging from ninety to ninety-five percent, is dedicated to sound and light receptors. DNA operates within the realm of quantum mechanics, governed by quantum physics rather than classical Newtonian physics. Understanding this concept reveals that most of our body, approximately ninety-nine percent, is influenced by quantum physics. This knowledge opens doors to non-physical treatments and services that align with the principles of "like attracts like" and "like heals like," as seen in homeopathy. **Unknown:** Welcome to Integrative U Radio, hosted by Dr. Nick Carruthers and yours truly, Dr. Nicole Rivera. This is the place where you become limitless.
**Unknown:** We are covering the latest and greatest topics, of course, in a disruptive fashion, around integrative medicine, mental health, and human behavior. We are also covering how those topics affect the human and family dynamics. We will be sprinkling in some truth bombs for our healthpreneurs so they can join us in our mission to evolve healthcare. If you are health curious and growth focused, you are in the right place.
**Unknown:** But buckle up, because this is real, this is raw, and this is disruptive. This is Integrative U Radio. Hello, hello. Welcome back to another episode of Integrative U Radio.
**Unknown:** I- I can't not say it like that. And I can't laugh every single time. All right, everyone. So this is for my healthpreneurs.
**Unknown:** It's really anybody interested in overall health and the evolution of health and medicine. But we are talking about something, we kind of planted the seed in one of our previous podcasts, and this was in relation to people finally talking about it, because this isn't new information, but it is finally coming to the forefront, that 4% of our DNA is actually coding for proteins, which is, when you dive into the world of DNA, um, that's all they talk about. They talk about how our DNA is a template that codes for proteins, and then prot- proteins dictate most of the biochemical functions of our body. Let's keep it as simple as that.
**Unknown:** And when you really get into the true depths and understanding of DNA, and I definitely want Dr. Nick to talk even about the structure of DNA because the structure of it is, is so specific, but they're talking about 90 to 95% of DNA is really focused on sound, and they're... it's sound and light receptors. Yep.
**Unknown:** It's- So tell us more, Dr. Nick, because this is like your bread and butter. So, I mean, there's a lot to talk about, um, with that. I'll try to keep it kind of simple for this purpose.
**Unknown:** But sound and light is, you know, not getting religious, but if you look at the Bible, first there was the word of sound. So really that, that tells us many different things as a symbolism, but first there was the word, and that word was the vibration, the, the mechanical vibration, the, the phonon, uh, of sound. And when we look at DNA, it has both receptor sites as well as, uh, emitting for both phonon and photon, so both sound and light. And what's amazing about that is that that is in the realm of quantum mechanics, and quantum physics doesn't really play by the rules of Newtonian physics, um, which is amazing because understanding this, the majority of our body, uh, you've probably heard me say this before, 99.99999% of our body is space.
**Unknown:** So 99% of our body is actually governed by quantum physics, not Newtonian. So when we really can grasp and understand that, what's going to help our body the most is actually, quote, unquote, "treatments, services, things that are non-physical." Um, like attracts like. Like heals like, which is, you know, the foundation of homeopathy. So when we can really grasp this, our...
**Unknown:** You were talking about, like, the structure of DNA. So our DNA is a double helix, and it, it works kind of like a piston in a car, uh, is like the easiest way to describe it, is that- For us females, we have no idea what that means. But that's fine. Continue.
**Unknown:** It will, it will elongate and become skinnier, and then contract and become, quote, unquote, "fatter." And it does that through every single time that it's receiving and giving information, um, because you think about just a stress response. So s- it really works, if you want to be a geek and look it up, it's called the piezoelectric effect. And through that, as it receives information, you know, it will elongate and then it will constrict and give out information. It will, quote, unquote, like, "squirt or send out information, data, in a sound or photon light." And with that, that, like, quote, unquote, "elongation and contraction," um, the last I've found is about 120,000 times per second.
**Unknown:** So it's both receiving and emitting a ton of information. Um, just insane because when you think about that's in every single DNA, and there's sometimes multiple DNA in a single cell. So that is, that is really what, when you think of, like, a magnetic field when we're getting an MRI, that's the information that the MRI is picking up. It's the information coming, the light coming from our DNA.
**Unknown:** So we've understood this for a while, but we haven't really grasped what it means. And now, once we can own that, we can use itTo make some tremendous results So one of the things that I want you to speak in relation to is the structure of DNA and the structure of water, and also the fact that the majority of our human body is made up of water. Well, the majority of our DNA is water, and the structure of water is an i- icosahedron. And that is a geometric shape, a sacred geometric shape, and that is the structure of water.
**Unknown:** Um, what's beautiful about that is we're, we're now in the governance of water. Um, so, you know, not to get too far out there for Dr. Nicole, but- ... Aquarius, um- Oh, he went there ...
**Unknown:** is the sign of water. Uh, so we're m- we're as above, so below. The, the world right now is in a huge transition. We can see that, we can feel that, and it's in a change of governance from Pisces to Aquarius.
**Unknown:** And yeah, going there because this is, this is how energy works. And it works as above, so below. Just the transfer. The as above, so below is, yeah, we could look at it through that, but it's just from, you know, the body, mind, spirit, the body, mind, soul.
**Unknown:** So as above, it's the spirit that governs the mind, the mind dictates the body. Same thing understanding just on a more of a macro scale is that we've moved into the time of water, the time of Aquarius. And through that, we are gaining the knowledge, the understanding, the wisdom that, you know, how to use that, how to use water, how to use the strength of geometric shapes, as that is really just a mathematical equation to allow us to get back into a state of coherence. Because any time that we're disobeying really the mathematics of life ...
**Unknown:** You know, when you look at Nikola Tesla and everything that he taught was on frequency, on vibration, and energy, and the foundation of that is math. So when we can understand math and we can use it intelligently, we can actually bring back our body and our environment into a state of health, and flow, and coherence. Well, I feel like two specific examples around what you're talking about. So one, Dr.
**Unknown:** Emoto is ... was one of the pioneers with looking at the structure of water based off of the frequency vibration of- Mm-hmm ... of words. Yep.
**Unknown:** You know? So he was, uh, proving that words like, that were negative, like hate, would create a very haphazard structure of water. Um, and this was seen by freezing the water and then putting it under a microscope. And then words like love, and gratitude, and inspiration, those words were creating this beautiful symmetrical, um, structure- Mm-hmm ...
**Unknown:** in the water. And- And then they're doing the same thing with, um, the vibration- Three, three-dimensional ... of plates ... that is an icosahedron.
**Unknown:** Well- Yeah ... that, that's the point of what I, where I was trying to go with it. So my question i- is, of course I'm gonna go down this hole, is there's so many things right now that are affecting the structure of water. So if we're, if we're taking this very concept that the DNA is influenced by sound and light, um, which essentially is frequency, and then we also have water that is obviously being impacted by sound and light, then what is the detriment of the amount of radiation, and EMFs, and the, the chemicals being put in the water?
**Unknown:** And the fact that most water towers have tons of cell phone towers, and, and satellites, and whatever the heck those things are on water towers. Like, I can't help but feel like that's not by accident. It's not by accident, um, honestly. And if you, if you talk to somebody that works at those water treatment areas and things, like they have, they have the level of awareness of what they were taught.
**Unknown:** You know? Same thing with most medical doctors, most ... everybody in their profession. Um, unless you start asking better quality questions than what you've been taught, you're gonna stay at that level of awareness.
**Unknown:** And f- and, and most part, and it's kind of like, you know, the steps of grief, uh, where there's anger initially, where you, where you get fucking pissed off because, you know, they're doing these things to harm us- Yeah ... to kill us, to all this stuff. Um, but understanding that we needed this state of disempowerment to create the challenge and the drive to fully actually allow us to become free, because energy's always in a state of balance, and you can't have freedom without control. So we needed to actually become into a state of fully being controlled as a society to actually fully allow to be released into a state of freedom.
**Unknown:** Yeah. And when we can see things in, in that viewpoint, it's very empowering because we're not the victim anymore. We get to actually use these things to better serve ourselves. So it's not saying that it's necessarily a, a detriment.
**Unknown:** It could be if you look at it at that point as a detriment, because any time that you're changing the vibration, the frequency, and the form of water, you know, Dr. Emoto displayed that very easily, uh, to see, is that you're changing the expression of the DNA. And a part of that DNA is the building blocks of the amino acids, the proteins, the building of our tissues and who we are. So you're gonna change the expression of our biochemistry and our tissues.
**Unknown:** But all of that came from changing, quote-unquote, the vibration, and the energy, and the frequency of water. So then it's looking at-Okay. Well, let's ask some really intelligent questions. If water is literally one of the most important aspects, we're also over 70% water, and water carries all these vibrations, and it is mainly the construct of our DNA, which is creating who we are, we should probably put a little more focus on the quality of that, right?
**Unknown:** Are you ... Is, is that a rhetorical question? Yeah. Because yes, I agree.
**Unknown:** Yeah. Yeah. Yes or yes. And, you know, one of the very first things we wanna do is we wanna make sure that we actually have a blank slate to be able to create, create upon.
**Unknown:** So we need highly clean water, and what we found is that distilled water is that foundation. It's the best. Um, and there's ... Not to get deep in this, it'll be a different conversation on the quality of water and how to actually structure it and all these things to allow it to better serve yourself.
**Unknown:** Um, but you, you want that blank slate to be able to create off of, and understanding that energy is first non-physical into physical, and that the main initial aspects, understanding our DNA is mainly this, receivers and emitters of photons and phonons, light and sound, is that those are the two tools to use to best structure your water. Well, and also, you know, you, you talked a lot about, you know, the evolution and the evolution from going from feeling disempowered, you know, to this had to happen to feel empowered. And I feel like this is kind of relevant to our personal journey in integrative medicine because ... And if you've listened to our podcast for a long time, you maybe have heard this story, but this was many, many, many, many years ago.
**Unknown:** Um, I had an individual who had her blood work run. For some reason, they ran the same blood samples twice, and in one panel, this individual had a negative Lyme disease panel, and in the other panel which ... or the other report I should say, which was the same blood, there was a positive Lyme disease panel. And obviously was very confused and contacted the lab and wanted to understand what was going on.
**Unknown:** And I had little to no information and little to no accountability on behalf of the lab. And at that point in time, I realized I needed more data. I needed better data, and I needed data that didn't involve as much human error. Well, and the same thing with stool samples, like they're horrible.
**Unknown:** Well, yeah. You can get into any, any sampling from saliva to swabs to urine. There's all going to be, um, potential for human error. And even if there are companies that are using, you know, primarily machines, there are still reagents that have to be used at very specific times at very specific amounts in order to yield results.
**Unknown:** So at the end of the day, it's great information, but that information needs to be collaborated with other information that is looking at the body in a different way. And we actually got into doing DNA testing, and one of the ways that we're doing DNA testing is through a technology that is evaluating the DNA through light and sound. And at first, I was floored that this existed, and why did pe- not more people know about it? And really what it came down to is a lot of people didn't use it because they didn't have critical thinking because it's not a machine or a technology that just spits out a report for you.
**Unknown:** You actually have to understand the information. You have to piece it together with other data points. You have to piece it together with the health history, and you have to use your brain, essentially. Um, and I realized that I was getting so much more accurate information from this DNA testing, and that was kind of the start of our integrative evolution because we were mainly doing functional medicine, and we were really in that biochemical arena.
**Unknown:** And that happened, and I was like, "No, no, no, no. I, I don't care if we have to get real weird and outside the box, but I'm gonna keep looking until I find something that is yielding me quality information." And I knew that this DN- D- style of DNA testing was the right thing because it was making sense of the real-life symptoms that these patients were having. These patients were looking at me saying, "That makes perfect sense." And that's how I knew I was on the right track. But then, you know, as you and I experienced is then we realized that half of the healing modalities that we were using were s- were biochemical.
**Unknown:** We were changing up people's diets. We were giving them supplementation, and we saw some people get better, and we saw some people not. And we just kept thinking, "Okay, what else is out there? What else is out there?" And when we got into, you know, opening our eyes up to different modalities, we found that some of the most impactful modalities were working on the body in the realm of frequencies.
**Unknown:** Yep. Which is now understanding that it was affecting the DNA through light and sound. And, you know, one of the- Well, and some things, it's, it's just interesting because, you know, as society, we're programmed in what's acceptable and what's not, like what's weird and- And that is why so many individuals in-Conventional medicine, functional medicine, they steered away from things that we were dabbling in because they felt that there wasn't enough research and there wasn't- Well, it's just interesting that- ... it wasn't accepted and they didn't wanna be weird ...
**Unknown:** they'll use an infrared sauna because that's accepted, but you're, you're using- It's the same con- same thing with an MRI. Yep. You're using literally a, a wavelength to help the body detox, or a red light where you're using light to help- Laser ... help to speed up the mitochondria.
**Unknown:** Or yeah, lasers, which they use all the time, the level three, level two to, you know, create change. And so we had a sound wave technology in our office, but the accepted one is lithotripsy, so that's the sound waves that they use in order to break down kidney stones. And so the- they've been using it all along, but again, it's exactly what you're saying, it's what ex- what is accepted versus what is not. And how can we deem more people like us as quacks because they're using out of the, outside the box, but at the foundation of it is our sound wave machine was very similar to lithotripsy, it just wasn't emitting as much power.
**Unknown:** Well, it was the sound wave without the lithotripsy. Correct. Yeah. And same thing goes for we were using cold lasers.
**Unknown:** There are other people that use hot lasers, et cetera. So really at the end of the day, the reason why we ... Our, so one of our biggest missions is to evolve healthcare, but we know that doesn't start and stop with us. So this is one, if you are an individual that is just listening to our podcast because you wanna up-level your own health, then you need to understand that the, if you haven't dabbled in this arena of therapies that are rooted in light and sound, it's time.
**Unknown:** And if you are a practitioner that is here because you're looking to get better clinical outcomes, then you need to start embracing the fact that our DNA is most impacted by light and sound, and it's time to start looking at better diagnostics, and it's also time to start looking at better treatment modalities. And if you're really, if you're really passionate about it, you know, start learning about quantum physics, start understanding about frequencies and wavelengths and understanding just, just how, how that works, how that affects the body, and then you'll be able to look at technologies that are out there because there's some really weird technologies, but you're like, "Wow, that actually makes sense. You know, physics, quantum physics, it obeys all the universal laws. Like, let's look deeper into this." And then there's some ones, like, that, no.
**Unknown:** Like, that's, that's way, that's quackery- Yeah ... quote, unquote, because it doesn't obey any of the actual laws that govern creation. Well, it- we're not gonna dive into it in the podcast. We are more than happy if you have specific questions or comments that you wanna post below, we can answer, but we will make sure to link below, um, a, a page that we created that's called Brands We Love, and this is getting into the specifics like Dr.
**Unknown:** Nick mentioned. There are a lot of red lights out there. There are a lot of pulse electromagnetic frequency devices. There's a lot, a lot out there, and some of them are actually yielding, uh, quality results, and some of them are not.
**Unknown:** So, you know, w- I'm not saying that we've tried anything and everything, but we specifically are leveraging specific technologies that we've seen clinical results with. And honestly, one of our absolute favorites is, is AmpCoil, um, for that reason. So definitely take a look, um, and start to dig in. Do, do some research on what do you think would be the most beneficial for you in your household, um, if you are just an individual looking to better your health.
**Unknown:** If you're a practitioner, look at what is going to be most beneficial for your specific core customer, for the people that seek you out. Um, because it's not about having everything, it's about getting really focused on the needs of your, of your patients and, uh, the areas where they need the most support. Yes. And the more, the more you have fun with healing, the, the easier it is to heal.
