Mold and mycotoxin illness is the most under-diagnosed driver of chronic fatigue, brain fog, MCAS, and unexplained anxiety in 2026. This webinar walks through CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), the genetic susceptibility (HLA-DR), the testing that actually finds it (urine mycotoxins, VCS, ERMI), and why most doctors miss it. We cover the binders, drainage protocols, and remediation order that work — and the order that backfires.
What you'll learn
- CIRS is a multisystem inflammatory response to biotoxins — not anxiety, not depression
- HLA-DR genetics explain why some family members get sick and others don't
- Urine mycotoxin testing + VCS + ERMI form the diagnostic triangle
- Drainage pathways must open before binders go in — order matters
- Remediation of the environment is non-negotiable; supplements alone never work

- What are common sources of mold exposure that people often overlook?
- Mold exposure can come from water-damaged buildings, many common foods like wheat, oats, peanuts, coffee, and wine, and even antibiotics like penicillin and amoxicillin.
- Why is traditional mold testing often insufficient?
- Traditional testing may focus on the abundance of all mold spores rather than specific toxic molds, or blood markers that indicate general immune stress rather than mold specifically.
- How can mold toxicity impact hormones, particularly in women?
- Mold toxicity can affect the pituitary gland, leading to hormonal imbalances, and compromise the pancreas, potentially contributing to insulin resistance seen in conditions like PCOS.
- Why do women and children tend to be more symptomatic of mold exposure than adult men?
- Females and small children have lower blood volume, fewer oxygen-bearing red blood cells, and often lower iron levels, making them more susceptible and symptomatic in toxic environments.

hi everyone welcome back to our webinar series so we are now into July and we are now focusing on mold so we just came out of June where we talked to all about Lyme disease and you know when we're talking about Lyme there is a big correlation with people suffering with that type of condition that also are dealing with issues with mold as well so tonight we're really going to be talking more about you know what is multiplicity how do you get exposed to it where does it come from and how is it actually affecting the body because this is something that is not honestly very well understood I think a lot of us think of multiplicity as maybe a respiratory issue maybe sinus issues but we're not necessarily understanding the ramification that it has on our immune system on our neurological system and it's also we're unaware of how it's affecting our hormones there are so many women that I work with that are struggling with hormonal issues when it really comes back to the root cause being moltov sissie so as we start up tonight we're really going to uncover you know some of the biggest limitations with the testing that's available and we're not just talking about necessarily the limitations with testing your body but we're also gonna talk about the limitations of testing your home and then we're also going to dive into you know what are some of the symptoms that it's causing and what are these symptoms that you should look out for that might be a sign that your body is struggling with mold toxicity so first and foremost I am on instagram live as well as being on the webinar so always on Instagram everyone's like why is she not looking at us but we do a webinar every month and as we go through if you have questions on the webinar feel free to put that into the chat box we're gonna do a live Q&A and if you are on Instagram definitely shoot messages through the comments or I'm happy to answer them out the top things we want to cover today is first of all you don't know what you don't know and you don't know if you have mold toxicity and where it's coming from unless you do better testing and you're really not gonna necessarily know what the testing is unless you are working with somebody who understands mold completely and then obviously most of you are here because you want tools you want to know what can you actually do to get better and that's gonna be one of the things that we obviously cover as well so for those of you that are new to the webinar series I do want you to have a little bit of a background as to who I am and what our practice is all about and really just kind of the mindset that we've been in since day one and really what it comes down to is you know throughout school and then throughout clinical practice I always felt that a lot of the things that I was taught via textbook didn't always make sense and it didn't always apply to clinical real-life patients so I kind of just kept challenging the norm and asking better questions which led us down a road of really evolving how we practice integrative medicine and it's really went from you know looking at the traditional tasks like the blood work and even you know measles swab saliva test and we've evolved into using so many different types of medical technologies that gave us more information in a fraction of the time because honestly I was very exhausted with using all of these really really high-priced labs that were not necessarily giving me great information so through the evolution we've kind of gone from this concept of functional medicine to integrative medicine some of you listening might be like I don't even really know the difference I don't even know but either one are or I thought they were the same thing so overall when it comes to the functional medicine I found myself working out of a limited toolbox I was using a lot more diet and supplements as my tools and then when I realized that that wasn't necessarily the case for everyone or that wasn't the needs of everyone I knew that I had to think beyond that I had to use better diagnostics and I also had to have more tools in the toolbox to understand how to work with the neurological system how to have people detox better how to work with the emotional issues that people are struggling with how to deal with stress and other lifestyle issues so for me you know when it comes down to what do I do and who do I work with is I work with a lot of different types of conditions and a lot of different types of people and it's not because you know I think I'm like this master expert of everything but it's more so that it's not about the symptoms it's about what is the foundational problem that is causing you to have the symptoms that you do so when I deal with moles I've gone through a variety of different trainings I've gone through Richey shoemaker's training for when it comes to moles but what I realized is that every single one of my patients has a problem with mold and you guys are gonna understand more about what I mean I'm not necessarily talking about you know you're being debilitated by black mold but there is mole all around us there's mold on most of the foods that we eat there's mold on coffee cheese wine yes all the good stuff guys all the good stuff so when it comes to understanding the root cause for my patients that's what I really value the most is understanding what is the cause of all the symptoms and because I look at the body that way I end up working with so many different types of populations and mold toxicity being one of them so overall you know when it comes to why I do this and how I even got into this you know I think it's interesting because I remember going through school and everyone having this you know aha moment are having this story about how functional or integrative medicine saved them you know nobody could figure out what was wrong with them and they finally stumbled across functional medicine practice that helped them tremendously and for me I didn't really have that story and I almost felt guilty about not having that story you know people would be like oh why how did you get here or you know you know why are you into this smells like because I'm just interested and what I found to be interesting is over time what I realized is that my story was actually more relatable than the average person and what I mean by that is or I should say relatable to the the average person because I had symptoms but they were my normal I actually really didn't know that I didn't feel well because I adapted to everything that I was dealing with and I know that I shared this briefly in other webinars but I have major mole toxicity like major issues but I had a variety of different symptoms that nobody necessarily was able to connect the dots for me and one of the biggest things I realized over time is that I think I lived in mold literally my whole life I grew up in a really old small apartment in Newark New Jersey then my parents moved us to brick where we ended up having a variety of issues with plumbing we also had our forced hot air coming up from the basement the crossface I should say where there was tons of mold so it was all being pumped through the air vents then I went to college where it ended up living in a house which was my room was on the ground level it was actually a renovated two-car garage which one day I walked in and stepped onto my carpet which went squish-squash pretty much that there was about an inch of water in my room that nobody tended to properly and I ended up living in there for an additional two months before I moved out so you know fast-forward I had sinus issues i snored a bit you know did I really have respiratory issues bronchitis no I didn't really have that but as I went through college and then I got into graduate school I ended up having a boatload of hormonal issues actually they were so severe to the point that I would should I start painting around my menstrual cycle and what's interesting is nobody was able to figure this out nobody was able to understand the bigger picture and I did not have you know fibroids or cysts or endometriosis I didn't have any of that what I actually had was a massive fungal invasion - most of my lymphatic system my vagus nerve which is what caused the fainting in addition to some of the other organs of my endocrine system so it's very very interesting how that ended up affecting me but I will tell you if I didn't just have mold mold was a big part of my puzzle but I have a lot of other things going on so when it came to later in life and came to my healing process is you know I took all these supplements and I changed my diet and I tried to clean up my gut and I tried to do all these things but before I really understood integrative medicine and understood the bigger picture of how the body works together you know I was focusing on nutrients nutrients nutrients and you know detox supplements and I didn't even realize that I never sweat my body literally did not sweat and that is one of the signs that your lymphatic system your lymph nodes are completely congested and not allowing you to detox properly so when I started to incorporate heat and infrared sauna into my regimen that was a game changer for me and what I realized is that this mold toxicity that I was exposed to was such a bigger problem because that was the culprit that congested these pathways my lymphatic pathways and the first time I ever went into an infrared sauna by the way in an infrared sauna you're supposed to sweat within about 10 minutes if you have a healthy lymphatic system it took me an hour and 15 minutes before I actually started sweating so this was really an eye-opening experience for me when I realized wow this was a huge part of my health journey that I just didn't understand and then it made me realize how many other people are dealing with this and it's not being addressed properly so definitely when it comes to mold again it's not one thing it's not gonna just cause sinus issues or just cause gut issues or just cause respiratory issues it can create a slew of different problems so I know we were getting into you know around 7:15 right now there is gonna be a ton of different things going on around us people want dinner there's probably your email browser is still open you have cell phone next to you people texting so I just want to give you guys the next you know 20 minutes give me your attention because the things we're going to talk about with mold is not your run-of-the-mill information this is not you know oh I'm gonna give you the map hole supplement regimen that's gonna cure everything I'm gonna give you real life information that's actually gonna help you understand all of the things about mold that you're not thinking about on a day-to-day basis because chances are every single one of you that are listening you are exposing yourselves to mold every single day in a variety of different ways and we're gonna touch on all of this so first and foremost for those of you that are listening some of you are just interested in this information or brand new to this whole world some of you are here because you have been on a merry-go-round of feeling absolutely terrible really really long have potentially fallen flat with your efforts to heal so I just want you to understand it is not your fault it is not your fault that you haven't been able to figure out what your body means it's not your fault that you potentially don't even have the right diagnosis it is not your fault that you don't know exactly what your body needs to heal it is impossible to know these things if you have not done the right testing and it's also very easily easy to become paralyzed when you go online and you're researching do I have mold toxicity what's the best mold diet what's the best mold supplements and then you're just like ripping your hair out like I don't even know what to do this is so overwhelming and then you give up so it's really just a matter of understand that if I have multi and you have mold toxicity we both need completely different protocols and we need a completely different diet we need completely different avenues of detox every single person is different so we need to get out of this mindset of thinking that everybody needs the same thing and that every single person is good is going to do well with the same protocol so as we really get into this I want you guys to kind of understand a couple of foundational things as we start to talk more about mold and this really is the foundation of Integrative Wellness Group and and how we function as physicians so number one is I personally feel like one of the biggest detriment to medicine is the fact that we think that everything's separate we think every organ system is working independent of each other and we assume that mold is not necessarily affecting various organ systems and we also assume that the brain is not talking to the gut and the gut is not talking to the to the heart and so on and so forth so it really kind of brings me to this other point of really just ignoring basic physiology so 90 to 95 percent of your serotonin is made in your gut so if we're going to be treating depression with antidepressants and then maybe we're not treating irritable bowel syndrome because it's not bad enough or you know we don't really know what the root cause is so we leave this gut issue unattended and then we just try to you know pump ourselves full of excess serotonin to make our mood better really at the end of the day both of those systems are completely connected and your gut is going to have a massive effect on how your mood is and if you feel depressed so it's really just understanding that everything is communicating with each other at all times everything is integrated and we need to start looking at the body in that way because if you think you're gonna do a mold detox and you're not necessarily going to support the lymph and the liver and the kidneys and all these other major filtration organs that's where you're gonna run into roadblocks because it's not just about taking antifungals it's not just about taking binders it's about looking at the big picture so people always ask me well why doesn't everybody look at the body in that way why isn't everybody you know look at the body as an integration of systems and the biggest thing that you guys need to understand is that the most common test that every single one of us do on a yearly basis is what it's blood work we all use blood work as the gold standard but what we really are not always fully understanding is that blood work is all about chemistry it's about you know what levels are abnormal and if they are abnormal how can we manipulate those pathways to get them back to what we call normal and through this process we completely disregard symptoms because if the level is within range based off with our pharmacological manipulation okay giving someone drugs then we're like oh well you're all good how many of us deal with this with the thyroid oh I feel like crap I'm super super tired I'm cold all the time my hair is falling out okay well let's you know put your medication let's fix your TSH level and then once the TSH level is within normal range we say Oh problem is solved but the patients still like but I still feel like crap and they're like well your levels are good so we don't know what to tell you so we need to really understand that most of the testing is based on chemistry but what if your problem is not chemistry based what if your problem is genetic predisposition what if your problem is emotional what if your problem is energetic what if your problem is something else so we need to understand that chemistry is just a piece of the puzzle blood work is just a piece of the puzzle and unfortunately blood work is not always allowing us to know what the root causes how many of us get blood work done and it tells us we have a virus everybody's getting tested for epstein-barr virus now mainly because the medical medium shed light on it so we get tested and we oh you have the epstein-barr virus in your system okay great what is it doing is it affecting is it affecting my thyroid is it affecting my guy is it affecting my lymph nodes you know that's the beauty of some of these advanced medical technologies that we use at our practice is that we can actually tell you that what is this virus doing is it active is it not what is it affecting etc so medicine can be extremely extremely specific with the right tools okay guys so let's get into the nitty-gritty of where the heck is this mold coming from so number one is water damaged buildings the thing that's always so interesting in the conversations that I have on a day to day basis is that nobody sits there and looks at me and goes oh yeah I know yeah I'm definitely been exposed to mold oh yeah I know I'm getting disposable nobody knows because it's not in your face if it was in your face you would do something about it but mold is usually behind walls in crawl spaces in the ducts of your HVAC system it's not in places that you are usually aware of it's in the the filters of your air-conditioning units that are sitting in your windows it's going to be hiding in a variety of different places that can still make you sick despite if you see it or you judge and this is also not just about your house this is about your job this is about where do you spend a lot of time and then the big one that is completely completely overlooked is the massive amounts of mold we are being exposed to through food so when we have this big conversation about Candida some of you might know what that is Candida is a yeast that has a lot of talk because when you read the symptoms of Candida I think most of us can relate to it to some capacity feeling fatigue feeling bloated the getting bloated after eating carbs you know feeling sluggish having joint pain achiness the thing about Candida is Candida can be over abundant when you are dealing with an over a bun of mold and again this mold can come from water damaged buildings but it can also come from the things that you're eating so guys if everything from wheat to oats to quinoa rice other types of grains peanuts have one of the most harmful mycotoxins on them peanuts carries something called alpha toxins alpha toxins are a type of toxic mold that is actually associated with being a carcinogen it causes cancer then we move into wine cheese coffee guys how many of us are drinking coffee every single day and I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that all coffee is created equal there are actual coffees out there that are non mold coffees so one of them is called purity um you can find this online but when you go to your Dunkin Donuts oh your Starbucks these you know big chains like those coffees have massive amounts of mold in them and it's not really even just about the mold it's also about the pesticides and herbicides that are also on these crops so I'll tell you guys an interesting story because when I was in France I actually stayed at an Airbnb and for whatever reason there the woman was there when we showed up and she was like hello when I was like ah why are you here she was really nice she actually was like I just want to show you guys the ropes because you know Paris is pretty hard to get around and you know there's so many little streets etc but one of the things that she said she's like you need to watch France 24 news every day for 20 minutes and I was like okay she said you need to know what's going on in the city around you okay okay watch it she was very serious about it I found it so interesting because I don't normally watch the news back in the US but while I was there I found the news to actually be very interesting they talked about all different types of topics but one of the segments that they did was about Agrotech it was actually technology used in agriculture so one of the things that they were showcasing was draw that hover over the vineyards there because the French are very serious about their wine if you've ever been to France you know what I'm talking about they're very serious they take a lot of pride in their winemaking but they pretty much created this artificial intelligence these drones that hover over the vineyards the primary purpose or this is to monitor the vines for bumble invasion mold so it's too it's up on any type of fungus it would alert the software and then they would go in and rip out that portion of the vine so it didn't spread so this really got me thinking about if they went to the lengths of creating in a form of artificial intelligence to monitor this this must be a big problem and you talk to farmers you talk to all different types of people that work you know in agriculture on on farms and vineyards and they will tell you the fungal invasion and mold is a huge problem it can wipe out an entire farm so if we are consuming the foods the grapes you know whatever that comes from these crops we are getting exposed through the things that we are consuming on a day-to-day basis and honestly sometimes I have people are like oh my god I can't tolerate gluten oh I do so terrible with wheat etc and sometimes it's not that sometimes it's more the effects that they're having from the mold that is on the crop this is also very very common when people come up for a boatload of food allergies and their food allergies range their food allergies are nuts there's some seeds and then there's meat and there's all these grains sometimes it's not about the food it's about what's on the food and that can definitely come back to different types of mold exposures so the other one - that is very overlooked is antibiotics so one of the most common molds that I see as a toxicity in people's systems is called Penicillium Penicillium is how they make penicillin the antibiotic that's been around forever it's also how they make ampicillin amoxicillin how many of you guys have been on the Massa's ellen i think every single one of us have been on it at some point so this is why they say or not they say but this is why when people take antibiotics sometimes especially in females they yeast infections or you get fungal skin infections or you get athlete's foot or you get some other type of manifestation it's because these antibiotics are made from mold so if you have had a boatload of antibiotics in your life chances are you have some level of mold toxicity from that exposure so one of the things that I wanted a touch base on is dr. shoemakers protocol um and I did this because some of you might know about the shoemaker protocol and the shoemaker testing Diagnostics because as soon as we get sick and we start reading about mold and we go oh my gosh that's me that's me then we start you know figuring out who's the expert who's the expert and shoemaker has been around for a really long time and he's been one of the main guys that is classified as the mold expert so of course for me I wanted to learn from the expert so as I was learning about his all the blood work and the nasal swab to figure out if there's something called mark ons and the sinuses I also came across his treatment protocol and I do not work with prescriptions I only work holistically and naturally so I definitely was like wow this is not a protocol that I'm going to utilize so how can i deconstruct this protocol and take away the concepts but make it more natural so what happened in my early days of doing this is that you know I had patients that did well and then there was other patients that didn't do well and that's when we would refer out for the prescriptions and we would refer out for the coolest irony you'd refer out for the the beg nasal spray or the VIP nasal spray none of those people got better I find that my journey with mold was quite the evolution and what I mean by that is first of all nobody just has a mold toxicity and that and that's it it's just not possible and I'll tell you why number one is that mold / fungus loves to hang out with toxins so you will usually find things like herbicides pesticides heavy metals different types of chemical toxicities that are hanging out with the mold the other thing about it is that mold is very immunosuppressive so it suppresses the immune system which then opens you up to getting other types of fungal infections like Candida also opens you up to getting bacterial issues parasite issues lyme disease a variety of other things so i never worked with anyone who only had multiplicity and nothing else going on the other important thing is that this is not about kill the fungus kill the fungus kill the fungus kills fungus and it's also not necessarily about bind it bind it bind it you have to make sure that you are supporting the body's ability to eradicate the mold you have to support the lymphatic system you have to support the kidneys you have to support the liver you have to support the gut so what I mean by this is the person has to be pooping the person has to be sweating and the person also has to have properly functioning kidneys if you don't make sure that those pathways are supported this person is either gonna get sick or they're not gonna get better altogether also I'm gonna talk a little bit more about this in some future slides but what I realized with all of the markers that I used to run as the shoemaker protocol I would run things like trans growth factor beta one and all these fancy terms that some of you know wasn't some of you were like I don't even know she's talking about but the point is is that a lot of these markers that I was taught were mold markers or not mold markers their immune system markers so what we've realized is that these markers that I was running that I was under the impression were the tell-tale mold markers actually weren't they were actually markers telling me that the immune system was in complete disarray and the body was in a cell danger state so yeah maybe the cell dangerous state is because of moles but what if it's because of a virus what if it's because of a parasite so we cannot use the Schumaker markers and be like oh this is a hundred percent moles because that's not how it works and I it took me a long time to realize this and I even have people and they bring me there oh my god I must have mold in my house I'm like no I was like because of the other test that we did we realized this is actually a viral issue this is not actually a mold issue so I'm saying this to you guys because some of you listening have maybe been on the mold journey you're looking to learn more or you're looking to be like who does she do the Schumaker protocol because I need a shoe maker doctor yeah I'll run some of those markers but I'm not gonna sit here and look at you as a mold patient I'm gonna look at everything I'm gonna look at do you have mold you bacteria do you have parasites do you have a suppressed immune system I'm gonna look at all of it because that's the only way you're gonna actually get better so this is always the best part is when you are talking about mold symptoms this is where people get so confused so overwhelmed and just like paralyzed so mold can cause pain mo mold can cause inflammation the the symptoms of mold actually look identical to rheumatoid arthritis and by the way mold loves small joints so it loves to go to the hands and feet which is why I'm saying it can look almost identical to from Turner's radius but in addition the probably the more common mine site is sinus issues respiratory issues but the stuff that nobody's thinking about is how it screws up your pituitary gland and causes hormonal issues your pituitary also controls your urination so you can have excessive urination have men you can have low testosterone levels which can then lead to erectile dysfunction you can have SCI rate issues and it's not because the mold necessarily shuts down your thyroid but it's because if the mold is airborne it gets into your glam the lymph nodes which then creates a really terrible environment for where your thyroid sets which is right in the middle of it then we can deal with brain fog I have actually seen fungal invasion of the brain and one of the things that I think I actually put in here but in case I didn't I was just at a brain conference and a company called fry labs fr why'd they actually just did a really long study they did two populations they did multiple sclerosis and ALS Lou Gehrig's disease and they actually found that multiple sclerosis was always associated with sümbül invasion and this was over 500 patients by the way it was fumble invasion of the central nervous system the weirder one was the ALS Lou Gehrig's was actually associated with algae invasion of the neurological system so yes this stuff is real guys it's like this isn't just like oh mold toxicity that doesn't sound very common or like this is extremely common and this is being associated with some of the most debilitating neurological conditions that exist so that's obviously on a very grand scale all that you can have but it's mold and fungus but you can also brain fog you get a memory loss you get a memory loss that becomes so severe over time that it turns into full-blown dementia you could have gut issues yes fungus can get into your gut mold can get into your gut these are the people chronically bloated constipated they eat the littlest bit of carbs or sugar and their stomach blows up those are all signs of fungal issues in the gut and then we have more of the topical issues athlete's foot hives rations eczema literally the list goes on I even have seen some cases of seizures again these are not people that mold was their only issue there were other factors in the mix but mold was part of their puzzle so this is kind of going back to the thyroid conversation so when we are dealing with different types of issues when it comes to the thyroid it's so frustrating to me when we think of the thyroid the thyroid just dysfunctions and you know we don't really know why but you just need to go on medication so if we think about the location of the thyroid being in the middle of the neck and then we think about the sinuses and the sinuses we only feel this stuff when we're sick so then the sinus says when we're sick you know if we get post nasal drip and our throat hurts a bit and then when we get such a bad throat infections as a kid then they remove our tonsils by the way your tonsils are the filter that keeps all the bacteria in your mouth and all the crap in your sinuses it keeps it out of these lymph nodes and it keeps it away from your thyroid so then you get your tonsils removed and then everything just dumps directly into all the lymph nodes of your neck and you literally then start to have thyroid issues I have seen so many thyroid issues especially autoimmune thyroid issues that are tied to crap that is either in the tonsils in the lymph nodes or both so when you really think about an autoimmune thyroid condition like Hashimoto's why is the immune system attacking the thyroid it would make sense that it's attacking either a toxin a foreign invader or a bacteria around the thyroid but your body just doesn't turn on itself for no reason it's going to attack something that is foreign so we do have moles that you are breathing in because of your environment it's getting into your sinuses which is then dripping into your throat which is then getting into your tonsils which is then getting into the lymph nodes then yeah your immune system is going to come to the scene it's gonna fight fight fight fight fight cause a boatload of inflammation and then that's going to lead to antibodies against the thyroid and now you have Hashimoto's so sometimes it's not about your thyroid it's about what's happening around your right here's your thyroid in a bad neighborhood essentially I can't even take credit for that because that was one of my patients when I was explaining what was going on with her thyroid and how the sinuses were connected and there was all these different toxicities going on and she had swollen glands all the time tons of neck pain and her husband's like so you're saying her thyroid is in a bad neighborhood and I'm like that's exactly what I'm saying so this is really really significant for you guys to understand because when we're talking about mold again there's so many phases of it so some of the mix we're gonna bust through number one is that you've actually had good testing for mole talks the city because you probably haven't also to bust through the myths that your home inspection or your air quality tests in your house was actually accurate also that all mold is bad because it's not in addition is that mold is always visible and detectable this is a big one just because one person in the house is sick does not mean there's no mold in your house so what I mean by that is I have I have a mom that comes in and she goes I'm super sick and then husband comes in and says no there's no possible but you have mold we have mold in the house cuz I feel fine I'm actually gonna make you guys understand that mold is not necessarily coming from your personal products because it is and then also that your allergy to mold means nothing because that's also not true in addition we're going to talk about antifungals if they are even effective and how mold also coincides with other types of infections so first and foremost so outdated protocols so again I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that the shoemaker protocols are completely outdated I think the biggest point that I want to make about that is that these markers that are part of the shoemaker protocol like the tgf-beta one is a big one this is not only a marker for mold so if you have this tested in the past and it was through the roof and they told you oh you have mold sissie that's not how it works so tjm beta one is is representative of your immune system being under massive massive stress that your cells are in a danger state so this could be due to immuno suppression this could be due to mold this could be due to viruses this could be due to so many things so we need to do further testing to decipher does this is this number elevated because you have mold or because of something else the other thing too is the MSH and the VIP these two markers come from your pituitary gland so the thing about this is that if these markers are out of range because the pituitary gland is being affected by mold then how is that affecting your thyroid how is that affecting your other hormones like your estrogen your progesterone and your testosterone how is this affecting your energy levels and your adrenaline so when we're talking about these levels being out of range again this is not just like oh you have the mold end of story this is do you have mold do you have something else going on and why is your pituitary glands so compromised and then the VEGF this is actually has to do with your vascular system so this is vascular endothelial growth factor I actually just had a patient today that we had this conversation that a lot of her mold exposure was actually due to massive massive amounts of antibiotics throughout her life from taking antibiotics from a lot for Lyme disease and what has happened is that a lot of the mold has actually gotten into the endothelium of her vascular system so just think of the lining of her blood vessels so now she's dealing with all these issues with her blood pressure she has heart arrhythmias she's like her cardiovascular system is in complete disarray because she has had fungal invasion of that system so if you've been told you have arteriosclerosis so you have plaques don't sit back and think that that's only cholesterol that could be caused by fungal issues it also be caused by blood sugar issues but it's very important to kind of understand that these markers are not just like moles and a story they can have a lot of interpretations so you need someone who's not just a mold expert but understands the big picture of how the body works so the other one is nasal swab for mark ons so nasal swab is something that is often used in the shoemaker protocol to check for something called mark ons mark ons are is this very specific methyl and resistant type of staph infection and they find that this is very correlated with fungus but the thing is is staff as bacteria so when we go and pump our nostrils full of amphotericin B and all these antifungal nose sprays we're kind of missing the whole boat on the fact that there's also a bacterial issue so again you don't have to go to these crazy extremes of using these really really really aggressive protocols because if we can figure out you know is the mark on the primary problem is there something else going on in the sinuses we can be really really strategic on how to actually work with it and one of the really cool things we do here at our practice is we test we test to figure out what types of supplements are best for your body what types of nasal sprays are best for your body what types of detox solutions are best for your body so you can get extremely specific so we're not just kind of like throwing things at the wall to say oh let's hope for the best because that's honestly how you waste a lot of time and money so another big thing too is one of the the labs that's really pioneering when it comes to mold testing and real-time labs so real-time labs is really fantastic because they're not just giving us the ability to test the body they're also giving us the ability to test our home which I'm going to actually talk about more in the next slide but they do a urinary myko top and tests I think that this is important for you guys to understand it's not about mold it's about do you have exposure to toxic mold and that's why this lab is testing myko toxins which are toxic molds that would be negatively impacting your body so when you're dealing with real time labs they do have some very very strategic ways to go about testing the body for mold and also testing so this is definitely probably the most confusing for people and the most overwhelming is when they do their own research they maybe go get some testing and they find out mold as part of their health issues and then they start panicking oh my gosh do I have mold in my house like how do I get it out what do I have to do and then they get an air quality test so they go and they measure the amount of mold spores in your home and they compare it to the amount of mold spores outside so the big thing you have to understand about this is that it's not about the abundance of moles because there are plenty of molds that are not harmful and there is molds and pollens on like every tree branch Bush grass whatever so if we're trying to compare inside to outside chances are we're not gonna get very good information but I will tell you this is that when you are trying to test your home you need to not test for the abundance of all molds you need puppies barking it's the witching hour you need to test for toxic molds so one of the tests that's offered through real time labs is an environmental swab test so what you do is if you have no idea where the mold is that's okay you actually take your vacuum through your home and then you swab the vacuum filter and you send that out to be tested if you do have an idea if you're like oh I think it's coming from the vents I think it's coming from the I think it's coming from wherever the bathroom you can swab those areas and test it that way but again it's about testing your home for toxic mold it's not about just testing for the abundance of mold and the having that tip about the vacuum is really great because you don't always know where the mold is and it doesn't mean that you're just screwed it just means that you can take that you know sample through the home and swab the filter to at least get some better quality information and then the last thing too is one of the women that I work with that does some of our mold inspections she has a technology called an insta scope I actually never heard of it before working with her but the instace cope is something that is a technology that reads room to room that has the ability to pick up on VOCs which are different types of toxic compounds that can come from you know purpose and off gassing of furniture and things like that and it also has the ability to pick up on mold spores so she usually will use this technology in conjunction with these other types of swab tests but the in Cisco is something that you can always research in your area to see if somebody is doing some of that advanced testing um so this is a really interesting story I had a patient who had really really severe ulcerative colitis she just had tons of pain tons of spasms tons of bleeding and she went through conventional treatment unfortunally so she was taking all different types of medications she had to take a lot of anti-spasmodics because she was in such debilitating pain when she had a flare and then traditionally with also colitis being classified as an autoimmune condition and obviously being a highly inflammatory condition they give you immunosuppressants and the immunosuppressants shut down the immune system which then will shut down the inflammatory response which is why it helps people to feel better unfortunately she was running through so many immunosuppressants on Remicade I think so that she ended up on Humera she was on all these different types of anti I'm sorry immunosuppressants because she kept developing antibodies to them and they stopped working so she finally was like you know what I need to like figure something else out and see if there's more to the story here so she went to a personal doctor she didn't come to me right away she went to a functional medicine doctor who found that she had something called SIBO which is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth that she also had Candida so they were trying to do a protocol it was like a cookie cutter protocol for SIBO and Candida and she had a little bit of progress but she still was having a lot of issues so she was like well I have to you know I need to have something more specific done to figure this out but she came to us and we did the bioresonance and this is you know unfortunately kind of a little bit of a sad story because the bioresonance were revealed that the biggest issue was multiplicity she had Penicillium she did have Candida she also had asked for Gillis which are between penicillin aspergillus they're two different types of molds and she had these and they actually were coming from her environment so she said she moved back home after college she had some issues with her gut in college unfortunately don't we all with all the crappy food they see us at the dining hall but then when she got home is really when it got bad and she was diagnosed with the Olson colitis so she moved back home she wanted some privacy so she moved into the basement basement you know partially finished had some funky smells etc she kind of didn't really pay notice to the fact that there might be mold down there but obviously when I brought this to her attention she was like oh my gosh like do you think it's in the basement I was like well according to what I'm seeing in all of your results like I think you're being actively exposed and I think we need to rule in or out if this is you know part of the puzzle so she ended up doing testing and she had massive massive amounts of black mold called Stocki in the basement where she was living so we knew at this point that this was a big part of the puzzle and she didn't actually have the opportunity to like move upstairs because much there was no available rooms so her parents really were didn't really agree with her going more convention or I'm sorry going more holistic and didn't really believe in anything that she was saying that mold was part of her gut issues etc so I guess she got into a very big argument with them and she ended up going into the basement and throwing bleach on all of the mold for those of you listening don't do that because the bleach causes spores which can make you very ill especially because she was in such a heated moment she was not wearing gloves she was not wearing a mask of any sort and she put herself in a full-blown flare and put herself in hospital so it was really heartbreaking to see this person who had zero support and you know felt so happy that she finally figured out what was causing her issues and that you know then just shift it to such a negative of you know they didn't believe her and they thought that she was stupid and everything else and honestly you know it caused this massive spiral I would say the good thing is is that she ended up moving out and we ended up working together and she's in full remission um but you know is really heart-wrenching to see that so you know overall is like do not disregard someone's symptoms and do not work disregard the fact that molds can be playing such a significant role for them because this was a hundred percent the reason for how ill this person was and all that was recommended to her was shut down your immune system shut down your immune system shut down your immune system and live in pain so that is not fair for us to push our beliefs if you don't agree with what somebody's doing just keep it to yourself because this is a person that you know this was the root cause and they were actually able to get better and change their life and you know I definitely I I hear these things too often of you know family members and friends not being supportive to people on their health charity of who when you're gonna eat normal again oh you know oh you look miserable it probably says you can't eat glue and and it's just like such a funny thing to me because then these are the people that feel like [ __ ] every day that's just my opinion so this is a big one so this is what I said before for those of you have been listening the whole time is that when I have a family dynamic and I have the woman or the children come to me and they say we're really sick we don't know what's going on it turns out that mold as part of their puzzle and then dad comes in or spouse comes in and it's like well how is it possibly in the house it doesn't make sense because I feel fine so for a long time I didn't honestly have an answer to this and go hey like kind of lack those like I don't know is like is it because men like ignore their symptoms I don't really know and there is actually a legitimate reason why this happens and the reason is blood volume and blood constituents so females have a lower blood volume than men females also have lower oxygen bearing red blood cells and they also have lower amounts of iron because of menstrual cycles and losing iron through the menstrual cycle so with that being said between the lower oxygen in the blood the lower amount of red blood cells and the lack of iron females and small children tend to be more symptomatic in a toxic environment then men especially adult men so again if you're having this dynamic in the family [ __ ] maybe because I feel fine this isn't possible so on and so forth is now you actually understand why and you also have facts to bring to the table to say no we should get the house tested because you easily are flying by with no symptoms so another big one too is all mold and fungus as bad so some of you that have taken probiotics or have like explored you know taking specialized probiotics you may have noticed that there is something called sacrum i sees in some of these probiotics nowadays sacrum isis is technically a fungus at yeast so this is actually a beneficial yeast same thing goes for some of the molds that show up in the in curing meats so love your like salami and prosciuttos they actually have beneficial fungus on them and molds on them that can be beneficial to the gut in the microbiome and the other thing too is candida is a native organism to our gut it is not it doesn't come out of nowhere it's in us but it becomes problematic when we feed it and if that's because we feed it with antibiotics if it's because we feed it with sugar that's when candy that becomes a problem but nobody's going to be Candida free because candy that technically is supposed to be part of our gastrointestinal system so for the women listening this is really important for you guys the last time I talked about a moldy vagina I had a standing ovation at a female event which I thought was kind of comical but one of the big things that you have to understand about mold is we talked earlier for those of you that have been listening the whole time about the foods that are associated with mold and we talked about it's part of the growing process peanuts grow without the toxins there are all different types of mycotoxins one of them is called deoxy grouper toxin that is going to be a mycotoxin that's on a lot of your core your soy your wheat all of that so the other thing that grows with susceptibility to fungus and mold is cotton so what are your tampons made of cotton so when I first started using one of our technologies called the bioresonance I remember seeing different types of molds come up in the vaginal tract and I was like what is this about like this is bizarre and what I realized is that it was exposure from molds that are on cotton in the tampons that women are using on a monthly basis so if you have chronic yeast infections or even I should say bacterial vaginosis because they're very tied together but if you're having these chronic yeast issues and nothing is getting it better then you might need to think about is it the fact that it keeps coming back because of the tampon use and you know organic tampons can definitely be a better option but it's actually better to find an alternative one of the things I recommend is the thanks underwear it's th INX so that's a really great alternative instead of using the tampons so your your allergy to mold means nothing so one of the things I always laughed because when people do my consultations they're always like this all these questions she's asking so I ask people I'm like have you been exposed to mold that you know us oh no absolutely not no possible way do you eat foods like this this and this no no I steer away from I haven't eaten that in years do you use tampons no no no and it's like no possible way I've never been exposed to moles and then I'll be like oh are you allergic to penicillin or amoxicillin and they're like oh yeah yeah I've been allergic to penicillin since I was five I'm like well you've been moly since you're five then so the thing about it is again penicillin amoxicillin and ampicillin these antibiotics are made from Penicillium mold so if you have had toxic mold in your body very very early on then you will develop an allergy to penicillin or any of these antibiotics so the only way you develop the allergy to mold or dust or penicillin is because you have that toxicity in your body and the same thing goes if you have an allergy to peanuts you might actually have an allergy to mold because there is that very specific alpha toxin that is on peanuts so it's important to understand that some of these allergy type reactions these environmental allergies they might not be like oh my gosh I'm allergic to this tree and that grass and this flower it might be the mold on these different things so overall one thing to is you might be thinking well as five years old how the heck to get mold exposure so number one is the exposure can come if mom has had multiple but there is a lot of different types of molds and fungi that are in vaccines as well so that is definitely can be part of the puzzle so the big one is is that mold is gonna affect everybody the same way so we've already talked about this but one of the biggest culprits for hormonal issues that cannot improve is mold toxicity and one of the most common on diagnosis or conditions is polycystic ovarian syndrome and the reason being is because the mold compromises the pancreas which compromises the ability to regulate sugar because one of the known things with polycystic ovarian syndrome is insulin resistance so the fungus mold affects the insulin which then causes insulin resistance which then starts to create a cascade of issues with the hormones testosterone goes through the roof and now you have polycystic ovarian syndrome so there is a huge connection there and if you have had polycystic ovarian syndrome and you have not been checked for mold it's time to do that the other thing is obviously more well known as sinus issues but chronic inflammatory pain syndromes like rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia you need to get checked for mold because mold can affect your joints it can affect your lymph nodes which can cause inflammation and it can also affect your neurological system which can make you have more like fibromyalgia symptoms so gut issues fungal invasion and mold invasion of the gut this is so typical with bloating belly dysfunction real sensitivity to carbohydrates and sugars it just makes you very uncomfortable very full very bloated these are very very common signs when it comes to mold potentially affecting your gastrointestinal system constipation is also a big one too that I didn't mention so thyroid issues they mentioned this before it's not about the thyroid it's about did the mold get into your sinuses and all the lymph nodes that's now affecting your thyroid are we also dealing with histamine issues so the best is when I have people that come to me and they're talking about their mast cell activation syndrome this leg drives me nuts that this is even like a diagnosis mast cell activation syndrome why is your mass cells being activated it's because you're having histamine issues which can very much be tied to toxicity from fungus or mold again neurological issues and vascular neurological issues if you have fungal invasion of your blood vessels you will easily start to have issues with your blood pressure which will cause you to not have proper blood flow into your brain and out of your brain and then this is going to cause you to have brain fog memory issues that can even develop into something more serious down the line so mold does not have the same face it does not look the same person to person and it doesn't look the same family member to family member when I think back to the mold and like saying earlier that I think I was like well I know I was exposed to like my whole life I think about it I'm like I had sinus issues my mom had skin rashes she used to get like fungal issues that on her belly and under her armpits my dad had these like big rashes under his eyes that is sometimes his eyes would shut my brother had swollen lymph nodes that eventually turned into a lot of precancerous cells on his skin so everybody had a different manifestation it wasn't the same across the board despite our genetics and also despite living in the same house so this is a big one too I mentioned so for those of you that are just hopping on one of the things that I mentioned is that Frei labs did a recent study on 500 nam ms patients multiple sclerosis patients and what they found is that there was antibodies to this thing called chitin chitin however you say it which is actually not normally found in humans but they were finding the antibodies to it in humans this is a fungus so what we're finding is that fumble invasion of the nervous system is actually a huge tie to multiple sclerosis in over 500 patients the other factor here is that the fungus invaded the veins of the neck which call us the pain to happen in a bad stuff out which then cost you further neurological degeneration so it's very very important to understand that it's not just kill the mold kill the mold kill the mold find it find it find it it's about getting the lymph nodes to work again getting the vascular system to work again we need to fix these issues so that we can actually promote better drainage away from the brain so the other big one is mold is never the only problem I work with so many different people and unfortunately a mold fungus is a huge part of the puzzle for so many people and it's because so much of it comes from the food that we eat the beverages that we drink on a day-to-day basis like coffee some people wine but I'm never necessarily seeing that mold lives alone it usually is living amongst other types of fungi it's usually living with other types of bacteria and the big one is toxins it definitely has an affinity to bind up with different types of heavy metals mercury aluminum cadmium chemicals that come from plastics chemicals that come from food like pesticides and herbicides so there are so many other factors to consider to make sure that you can actually get better so I've said this already it's not just about killing the infection it's about considering how well are your tonsils working if you even have them are your lymph nodes working are you sweating are you have do you have fibrocystic breasts because all your lymph nodes of your armpits are blocked do you have swollen lymph nodes in your groin because those lymph pathways are blocked are you missing an appendix which is another immune system organ is your spleen inflamed all of these pathways have to be supported to be successful on getting rid of this infection so again don't just necessarily think that these antifungals are going to be the end-all be-all it's about the bigger picture of how well your body's ability to flush the bad stuff out works so this is a patient on that I had 35 years old struggling with weight loss diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome also diagnosed with endometriosis which is excess lining around the uterus also have brain fog and memory loss so turns out that this as a child this person had tons of the ear infections was on a ton of antibiotics in the pen and family also had a lot of sinus issues vaginal yeast infections and stomachaches so we're talking penicillin mold exposure sinus issues probability of multiple yeast infections fungus may be yeast may be fungus may be mole we don't know yet because we have to do testing so as we get into it there's a lot of other pieces of the puzzle that unfold so number one patients shaky and lightheaded without eating so this makes me think there's something wrong with the pancreas and like I said before polycystic ovarian syndrome is very very tie to having problems with blood sugar and insulin so okay now we know there's a pancreatic issue patient also said I don't sweat I work out I kind of just like so a little bit of my cheats I don't really sweat so now we know lymphatic system is not really detoxing not really working very well in addition fibrocystic breasts so that's another sign to me that the lymph nodes of the armpit and breast are not necessarily detoxing and they're clogged and dumped off potentially with some type of toxin another piece mild headaches neck pain so when people tell me they have neck pain I ask them you know have you done their physical therapy chiropractic what have you done and if they tell me oh John chiropractic I've done physical therapy nothing works nothing works then I proceed to examine their lymph nodes and I usually find that their glands are huge and their lymph nodes are swollen so their neck pain is not physical it's actually due to swollen lymphatic chains so now we have doesn't sweat fibrocystic brass neck pain due to limps so there's clearly a massive massive lymph issue also reveals that had an allergy to penicillin I think around like 10 years old so now we know that what it could have been the antibiotics could have been environmental but there's enough toxicity from the mold that now there's an allergy to the penicillin also started to have fainting spells around the period so now we know that there is neurological involvement because the fainting spells are due to the vagus nerve brain fog concentration another neurological layer vaginal display says swollen glands in the groin so aka fungus in the vaginal tract can't get rid of it because those lymph nodes are also not working in the groin and then on top of it there's pain at the bottom of the sternum which is right where the pancreas lives which is associated with the blood sugar so moral the story is is that this patient ended up having things going on in the gut part of what was going on in the gut was fungus from mold exposure and the other big one was parasitic infections so we had parasites as well as fungus that was affecting the pancreas throwing off the blood sugar and then because the fungus was not just from the antibiotics it was also in the environment of her job that she was at for 15 years then that was another sign that that's why all the mold was going in through the respiratory system and then getting into the lymph nodes so this was causing massive lymphatic congestion which was then leading to the brain fog it was also leading to the abnormalities with the menstrual cycle and it was also not allowing the body to eradicate the the toxicity out of the neck area out of the groin so there was a huge snowball effect that happened for this person but again this wasn't just about oh let's use antifungals to clear up the mold issue or better yet let's not just like leave your job and then your problem is solved it's more so we need to get these detox pathways working better again so that your body can actually be equipped to filter the bad stuff out so I think that's really really significant too is that just because you figure out all the mold is in my apartment I'm gonna move out does not necessarily mean that your health problems will be solved because sometimes your body needs support with flushing it actually out so if you have to figure this out yeah I'm here to tell you you don't know what you don't know it's impossible for you guys to piece all of this together by you know researching on Google or following bloggers and everything else and also - it's impossible for you to know what's going on with your body if you haven't done better testing if you haven't been able to be evaluated for you know do you have other infections in your gut do you have you know mold issues do you have lymph node issues you have to piece all of this together to really figure out you know what is the culprit as to why your body is not healing and I think a big thing too is that we need to also stop accepting our new normal and blaming it on like aging and bad genes because so many of us are literally just thinking like well I feel like crap I don't sweat my sinuses are clogged I'm super tired you know I can't lose weight and we're just like well it's just you know this is it for me this is my normal now I just got to adapt to it which is not the case it's really just about getting better information about your body another big thing is like for those of you who Vitamin listening the whole time if you haven't realized none of those patients that I talked about looks like the textbook first of all the textbook doesn't even acknowledge that mold toxicity is a real thing that's like first and foremost but secondarily is if you are looking at you know just the research from doctor shoemaker and you're like oh okay well let's just use these binders and you know these antifungals and call it a day that's not always going to give you results and it's because most of these patients are not this textbook mold patient they usually have a variety of things going on so the big thing is it's like okay great information dr. Niccole how the heck do we fix all of this so one thing that I want you guys to know is that I have kind of transitioned from this concept of functional medicine to integrative medicine and the reason why I've done that is because social medicine is a lot of really amazing testing that's going to give us better information to decipher the root cause but what I found is that I had limited tools in the toolbox so when it came to functional and from what I was taught it was all about diet and supplements and especially especially especially with my moles patients when I started to understand mold and I started to run into these roadblocks that is one of the biggest reasons I started to understand integrative medicine because what I realized was that when you're truly dealing with a multiplicity I'm sorry diet and supplements are not gonna cut it like never gonna cut it you need to support all the avenues of detoxification and sometimes that means using infrared sauna sometimes that means using lymphatic drainage sometimes and different types of detox therapies like detoxification foot bags like those are some of the therapies that I found to be extremely effective when it comes to mold so I moved into this world of integrative medicine to have more tools in the toolbox so that I didn't run into roadblocks with my patients and I can't even tell you like I remember like feeling so intimidated by mold because I felt like it was so hard to fix because there was because it invades so many different tissues and then what if the person's being exposed and everything else and when I was able to truly understand the lymphatic system and I was truly able to understand how the body detox is I was like oh my gosh this is actually not that difficult at all and you know these people don't need to do these crazy $50,000 renovation or remediations to their homes because if their body's ability to detox actually works then their body becomes resilient again and I think that that's really empowering for those of you that have been trying to deal with this mold issue for a really long time is that if you have the right tools and you understand the bigger picture like is there other things going on your healing process can actually be pretty I don't want to say easy but it can be pretty quick and it can also be really really effective so one of the big things is how does it all work do you take insurance that's always question so I definitely think that insurance or I should say healthcare is going in a better direction insurance is going in a better direction we're not a hundred percent there just yet most people that we work with are using their insurance for all of their labs like their blood work and we do very very extensive blood work but definitely when it comes to some of the other types of services and consultations we are out of network and we do that because we need to spend time with you like I went through so much information tonight I cannot ask better questions in 15 minutes and honestly when you're dealing with insurance that's all that you're allowed as a doctor I can only spend 15 minutes with you as an in-network provider so I choose no I choose to spend time with you I choose to ask better questions I choose to dig deeper I choose to actually be able to figure out what's going on with you and obviously people have the luxury of using out of network coverage and their flex savings accounts and health savings accounts but you know I really think that health care the more that we demand it is going to go under in the better direction of having more things covered but right now we choose to serve you and not necessarily your insurance provider because I also am NOT gonna have somebody tell me what they think is best for you or what they think is medically necessary which is always very interesting but one thing I'll say too is that you know I find this conversation comes up all the time is if you value your health do not have people tell you that you can't invest in it because you know I find it so interesting it's like I value my house like I value food and if you saw the amount of money I spend on that you would be like oh my god that's crazy but then there's other people that value like iPhones and really fancy technology and all that like I don't walk into somebody's house and be like oh you're an idiot look at that huge TV you had look at all the stupid technology like Oh real good job with the high spend your money like that would be crazy to do that but I find it so interesting is that like you go out to dinner with people and you know they're like oh you're spending money on your health care like that's so selfish or what's wrong with you like who does that it's very interesting how it's okay to judge people for spending money on their health and well-being but like we it's very weird if we were to judge someone based off of the car they drive or like the technology they use so really at the end of the day is don't let anybody you know dictate your health journey because everybody deserves to feel good and if that's what you value then nobody should tell you differently because there's a lot of other people that could care less on how they feel and that's cool that's fine you feel like crap every day and that's really fine but I actually choose to feel good and I think another thing we also forget is that health care is about answers and solutions how many of us have been just so frustrated and just settle for getting no answers I'm just like oh your blood work that's great well we don't really know but I you know you're really fatigued and everything but it's probably in your head so you know you should maybe think about an antidepressant you know it's we deserve to have answers we desert and know what the heck our body needs we deserve to know what we should eat what we shouldn't eat we deserve to know these things and there is technologies out there that exist that can give you those answers and that's really like some of the things that we do now it's like I don't I don't do tons and tons and tons of lab tasks because I found that they're very expensive and they don't always give me a lot of information so we've opted to really learn and evolve over the past few years and now we do a variety of different tasks that look down to the DNA level our bio resonance technology is literally analyzing DNA picking up on foreign DNA so if foreign DNA can be the DNA of fungus it could be the DNA parasites the DNA of bacteria so we're able to really figure out like what is in your body what is affecting it you know what's inflamed etc then we also have the ability to use a different technology for figuring out chemical sensitivities environmental allergies food allergies we test for heavy metals minerals we do very extensive bloodwork and the best part is the autonomic response testing so how many of you have spent a ton of money on a bunch of supplements that didn't help you I've been there I had a cabinet in my house that I think there was about $30,000 literally $30,000 worth of supplements like I still think about it makes me cringe so this is before I knew better and I knew what exists out there so now at this point our cells and all of our patients we do not guess we test we have the ability to test for what supplements are good for your body what herbs are good for your body what types of detox therapies are good for your body what types of neurological therapies are good for your body we have the ability to test for all these things so your supplements your dietary plan and any other types of recommendations if it's for detox if it's from neurological they are all custom to you they are personalized to what your DNA says is good so I think this is really really important because when you talk about a financial investment yes you make an upfront cost but you don't waste time and you don't waste money you're actually using the money to get answers and to get solutions opposed to oh I just spent a bunch of money on a bunch of things that actually didn't help me or benefit me and I think that that's really the way that we should be thinking about medicine it's about really trying to you know not waste time and not waste money and be as specific as possible and you know by the way we do we evolved into all of these different technologies partly because we want people to actually spend money on getting better it's not about like you know spending three four five thousand dollars on all of these fancy lab tests and then you're like I still don't even really know what's wrong with me you know the goal is is like you seek out the help of a doctor because you actually want to get better and I really want to make sure that we have that ability to get people to that place you know and at the end of the day to is like depending on your goals like if you're the person that's been listening this whole time and you're like bit on the merry go not knowing what's wrong with you and all you want is answers like this is priceless to you if you're the person that has done like 25 mole detoxes and you're still sick this is priceless to you so depending on you your goals what you're trying to achieve really it's priceless is what it comes down to but if you want to know the price is this so our complete onboarding process is 1425 for those of you that are listening you might be like oh my gosh that's crazy I've never spent that much money on my health I totally get it but I will tell you is that this is gonna get you three hours with me or dr. Nick it's also going to get you all of those technologies it's gonna get you the viral resonance technology we're gonna test food allergies we're gonna test heavy metals mineral deficiencies comprehensive bloodwork neurological testing literally you will know so much about your body it might actually creep you out potentially but it's really it's money well-spent especially if you have been really struggling knowing what's going on with you of course we always want to make sure that you are fit for us as we are fit for you so here is the link if you want to actually hop on a strategy call with one of our team members they're fantastic at answering all of your you know specific questions the nitty-gritty of how it all works and then also being able to set you up with that onboarding if it is something that you choose is a good fit for you so definitely check out that link if you don't check it out here you can obviously go on our website and you you can pretty much access a strategy called whenever at any time oh also if you're long distance you can do all of your testing from a distance and if you do your testing and you decide that you know you really want to seek out care through our group you can actually do something called an immersion week it's when people come for a full week and do a really high-intensity protocol throughout the duration of the week and then we obviously send you home with a home recommendations from there so I'm gonna pop over and see if there's any questions kid bio res tell you exactly what straining yes it can actually tell you the very very specifics it can tell you I've seen everything from all different types of molds to all different types of mycotoxins but tennis all the different strains of Penicillium I can see various strains of Candida I can see various strains of Aspergillus literally I can even tell you how much stuff I can see through the bioresonance it is absolutely fascinating so yeah the thing that's really cool too is when you get blood work and if you do have some things coming up in the mold arena when you do the bio resonance we can actually say hey it's affecting your large intestine okay it's affecting the lymph nodes of the left side of your neck like we can get crazy crazy specific of knowing exactly where and how it's affecting you and this is really fantastic when it comes to treatment like as an example I a couple of patients that I've been working with that are dealing with like really severe neurological issues and part of their puzzle is mold that they actually have in their lymph nodes is we actually have very specific I guess you can call an appointment but it is an antifungal antiviral pointment we put it over the areas where we find the congestion and then we actually use something called sound wave therapy which penetrates into the lymph and it pushes this substance in to work from the inside out which is just like amazing so you can get crazy specific with the way that you're working with the patient as well chronic dizziness vertigo for mold exposure yes of course um Katherine I'll answer that a minute so Jenna so with the dizziness and vertigo so definitely we want to figure out you know how the mold potentially is contributing to that but I will tell you one of the biggest things that I see is that the mold congest the drainage abilities from the head and neck and the brain so what happens is is that your brain detox is when you sleep so your brain to drain through cerebral spinal fluid and through your veins so if you have I call it somebody put their foot on the hose okay you have a bunch of mold dunking up all these glands and lymph nodes then that creates a lot of back pressure into the head which then causes dizziness vertigo so it's not just about the mold we're also going to figure out how can we increase the drainage how can we promote better venous system drainage how can promote better cerebral spinal fluid drainage how can we make sure the sinuses are cleared so we take all of those pieces into consideration so Katherine with the bioresonance the bioresonance is really fantastic because it's a diagnostic but it's also a treatment I actually didn't mention that so when you come in for your initial consultation or we do it from a distance we do oh by the way I didn't even say this before you can do the bio residents from a distance because all I need is a hair sample you have DNA in your hair and it's a DNA based technology so as we look at it the initial time we're looking at it from a diagnostic perspective but in the future if you are local and you are coming in for appointments we actually use the bio residents moving forward as a treatment modality so the way that it works is that if it picks up on issues in the DNA when you move it to a treatment modality it puts signals into the body to correct the DNA so it actually is mind blowing how it works like I will have drastic changes in people's symptoms within a few hours after a treatment so so it's a really fantastic technology for a variety of different reasons so I'll give you guys a second if there's any more questions that come up but you know I really thank you guys for being here because this is just one of my passions if you can't tell I absolutely love doing these webinars and helping you guys better understand your own health and what's out there and available to you from a healthcare perspective but you know this is all about education and when you actually get your testing and you figure out like what's been the root cause all along that's when this becomes a true breakthrough experience so I really hope that you guys can you know get to the bottom of your health and and experience that for yourselves and obviously the most important is for you guys to you know get better that's what we're all here for it's like we want to feel good and there's so much freaking working against us nowadays so there is hope I promise but we're gonna be talking about more and more topics throughout the month in reference to mold so definitely keep an eye out I think for those of you that have been here tonight you are going to get emails about the rest of the series so so keep your eyes out we're gonna touch on a variety of different things today was really the intro I know it's an intro but we went through so much but if you're looking for anything more about mold in reference to very specific conditions you can also check out our website because we have a ton of podcasts that I've done unmold as well I know one of the most popular podcasts is how mold is related to testosterone decline which is obviously something that not a lot a lot of men are aware of so definitely check that out there thank you guys for being with me Cynthia we are located in Belmar New Jersey and like I said before is you can work with us from a distance to get you know obviously some answers and if you decide treatment with us as is your best option then you could always come for something called an immersion week but I hope you really enjoy the information I hope it didn't like completely blow your minds if it did I hope it did it in a good way but I will see you guys next week and share this with your friends and loved ones I'm definitely you know I the biggest thing is getting this information out for the people that need it the most alright guys I'll see you then
