DOCTOR REVIEW

Same program. Two options.

Self-led includes no private doctor call. The doctor-review option adds one private 60-minute report review with Dr. Nicole per paid quarter, after reports are delivered.

  • Self-led: $898 per quarter, per person
  • Doctor review: $1,498 per quarter, per person
  • Not ongoing or unlimited doctor access
  • Annual doctor review: four reviews per paid year
