How to open and download your Health Decode report

Your report lives inside your account — not as an email attachment. Here's exactly where to find it, and how to save a PDF copy.

1. 1. Log in with your purchase email

   Go to integrativeyou.health and click Log in (top right). Use the exact email address you used at checkout. If you never set a password, click Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link instantly.

2. 2. Open the Reports tab

   After logging in you land on your Dashboard. Click the Reports tab. Your Health Decode report appears as a card with the date it was generated (for example, "Health Decode Report — August 1").

3. 3. Click the report to read it

   The full report opens right in your browser — no attachment, no separate app. You can come back to it any time; it stays in your account permanently.

4. 4. Download or print the PDF

   At the top of the open report there's a Download PDF button. It opens a clean, print-ready version in a new tab with a Save as PDF button — long DNA reports take 10–20 seconds to build, so don't close the tab while it says "Preparing your report PDF…". From there use your browser's print dialog and choose Save as PDF (or send it straight to your printer).

5. 5. Want everything at once?

   If you have more than one report, the Reports tab has a Download all button next to the heading. It builds a single document containing every published report — cover page, contents list, and each report starting on a fresh page — so you can save or print your whole library in one go.

6. 6. On your phone

   Same steps — log in, tap the Reports tab, tap the report. Tap the menu icon at the top of the report to jump between chapters, or use Download PDF to save it to your files. Download all works on mobile too; on iPhone choose Share → Print → pinch out on the preview → Share → Save to Files.
