The Drivers of Pelvic Pressure
We don't just look at the veins; we look at why the pressure is there. This includes investigating structural compressions like Nutcracker Syndrome or May-Thurner Syndrome, where arteries physically pinch the veins, forcing blood to back up into the pelvis.
