Open INNSPO with your existing access.
Open INNSPO from Integrative You to sign in automatically. You can then set an INNSPO password for direct sign-in. INNSPO is included only with eligible programs. Decode does not include it; an opted-in trial is separate, with $19/month billed directly by INNSPO after the trial.
The steps
- 1. Log in at integrativeyou.health and open the INNSPO App step in My Plan.
- 2. Click Open INNSPO — the one-click link signs you in, no password needed.
- 3. When INNSPO asks you to set a password, set one. That is your own direct sign-in from then on.
- 4. Add INNSPO to your phone's home screen and open it from that icon.
- 5. If a link ever fails, go to integrativeyou.health/innspo-access for a fresh one-click link (good for 60 minutes).

- 1. Open innspo.ai/auth. Open innspo.ai/auth
- 2. Enter the email on your Integrative You membership and choose Forgot password to set your own password.
- 3. Sign in at innspo.ai on any device from then on. Your reports, plan and history stay exactly as they are.

I did all three steps and still can't get in

Common situations
I tried to reset my INNSPO password and no email came
Your INNSPO account is created for you, so it starts with no password. You can now give it one: open innspo.ai/auth, enter your membership email and choose Forgot password. If nothing arrives, the two steps above always get you in.
INNSPO asked me to start a $19/month trial
If you already have eligible program access or an active trial through Integrative You, do not start a second subscription. Come back here and press Open INNSPO. Decode alone does not include INNSPO; a separately opted-in trial is $19/month after the trial.
I'm on a family plan — is my account separate from the person who pays?
Yes. You are an individual member with your own login, your own reports, and your own INNSPO account under your own email. Only the billing sits with the payer.
I forgot my Integrative You password
Reset it here: Integrative You sign-in. Your INNSPO password is separate — reset that one with Forgot password on the INNSPO sign-in screen.
