**Unknown:** I've been up all night, no sleep. Imagine if medicine actually looked at you as a whole opposed to looking at you as a bunch of separate systems. Dive into Integrative Wellness Radio with Dr. Nick and Dr.
**Unknown:** Nicole to learn more about the top trends in integrative medicine, to learn about what the limitations are with testing, and what you can do to start your health journey. Sometimes I tend to lose myself when I'm out here on my own. Hi, everyone. So welcome back to another episode of Integrative Wellness Radio.
**Unknown:** So we have our special guest here, Scott, and Scott is one of my favorite people, um, because he helps me to help others, and he's also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to infrared red light. So that is really the topic today, is really understanding red light, because I personally tell all of my clients, and even just the general public at my speaking engagements, that a red light is something that everyone should have in their household. And this is for yourself, for your health, if you are symptomatic, if you're not symptomatic, if you just wanna be proactive, and it is just amazing for families because it is so great for kids as well. So we'll get into more of why, but I wanna introduce Scott, who is the founder of LightPath LED.
**Unknown:** He has been manufacturing red lights for how long now? Uh, I'd say close to about five years. Okay. So I'm curious, I actually don't even know your story as to how you got into it in the first place.
**Unknown:** Yeah, I kind of forgot my story as well. Time flies. Right? Well, you know, like, like a lot of things in life, it was a- completely, utterly accidental.
**Unknown:** I had, I had an injury. Well, it was basically like neuropathy in the, in the hands and feet. I... It took me out of work.
**Unknown:** I could hardly stand for 30 seconds. It wa- it was really life altering. And as I started to just, you know, kind of get better, I was just searching around for jobs, you know, particularly something where, you know, I could do more desk work where I didn't have to be on my feet, I didn't have to be moving around, and I got a, a job. Now, my background was in dental.
**Unknown:** It was dental in the Air Force. It was, uh, dental hygiene teaching as well. So I got a job with a laser company in dentistry, and these are like big, expensive lasers that, very high power, they'll cut teeth instead of a high-speed drill. They'll cut soft tissue.
**Unknown:** One of the fascinating things, so, you know, with the light is, you know, like if I took one of the lasers and I put it right here, it would sear a hole through the cheek. But if I pulled it out, dispersed the energy over a greater area, we were seeing real improvement with people with TMJ that could barely open up, and then after three minutes on either side, like this, you know, there's no placebo effect with that. We were seeing really fast healing, uh, after an extraction or an endodontic or a periodontic treatment, and significantly less post-op sensitivity as well. So I, I started to get really fascinated in this, and particularly I was fascinated because maybe it could help me out.
**Unknown:** So there was a handful of doctors that really thought outside of the box, and they would treat... You know, they would treat their father who had shingles. They'd bring him into the dental office, use the laser on, on the shingles, or their son with a sprained ankle, or their, their wife or husband who, you know, had the flu. So they'd treat the lymph nodes, they'd treat the tonsil area with, with, you know, undoubtedly better healing than if we just let it be.
**Unknown:** So that was my start with it. And at that point, you know, there's no, there's no class for light therapy, at least not right now. There's no college degree. So it's, uh, it's finding those people that have been doing light for the last 20, 30 years, you know, my mentors that I took multiple classes with.
**Unknown:** It was just digging into the research, seeing what, you know, what started back in the '60s, '70s all the way up to today. And fortunately, along with other things, you know, my neuropathy was greatly improved by using light. Not only that, but, you know, more on the funny side, my back acne, you know, 'cause my partner would love torturing me, like every day there'd always be something back there to pop. And, uh, and, uh, I...
**Unknown:** it's, it's probably 98% improved. It's, it's rare. It's rare that she gets the opportunity to hurt me now. So- ...
**Unknown:** now she has other means. So yeah, that's how I got my start, and then eventually I got to a point where I was like, "Okay, I can do this on my own. I can create a wellness center." So that's what I did. I started a wellness center in New Jersey, had light therapy, had infrared, vibration plate.
**Unknown:** I used lasers as well. And then, you know, within a year I started to do the, the, the home use units, and it was like 90% wellness center, 10% home use. And COVID really changed that dramatically. And now, you know, it's 90% home use, 10% wellness.
**Unknown:** Yeah, it's amazing. You know, you, your lights have been such a huge catalyst to our business evolution as well because, you know, Integrative Wellness Group for a long time had our brick and mortar location, we had our telehealth option, and we mainly had the telehealth because we wanted to reach people outside of our, you know, zip code, essentially. And we found that it was so valuable just to ship these lights to people if they were just going to rent it, and then a lot of them ended up saying, "Hey, I wanna purchase this." So I find that that's one of the things I love about the red lights is, you know, you can, y- you can travel with them, they're portable, and it's like bringing wellness with you no matter where you go. But more importantly, it's so interesting what you were talking about with the laser, because that was a very specific question that I was going to ask you is, there are...
**Unknown:** You know, there are a lot of people that are looking for different wellness modalities. I know personally, just in my industry, you know, coming from the chiropractic world, getting into the integrative medicine world, cold laser. Cold laser is something that a lot of practitioners are using. There's a lot of individuals that are researching neuropathy and researching specific conditions, and they might come across articles about cold laser.
**Unknown:** So I'm really curious what... And I know there's so many different types of lasers, but, you know, can you give us a breakdown of laser versus infrared red light? And, you know, what's the difference, and is there certain conditions or symptoms that you would use one or the other for? Yeah.
**Unknown:** So all the initial studies starting back in the '60s, when they f- they, they tested on mice, they shaved... You know, they had the control group, the experimental group. They wanted to see if lasers would create cancer, so they shaved both mice groups, irradiated them, and then found out, one, there was no cancer, but two, they found that the laser group grew hair back... quicker than the control group.
**Unknown:** So they said, "Oh, that's very interesting." And then they, they delved in. NASA did a lot of studies as well. So everything started with the laser. The laser is still pushing out energy of photons in specific wavelengths, no different than what we do now with LEDs.
**Unknown:** So lasers are very expensive. If they're in the wrong hands and they got a lot of power to them, they can also be dangerous, dangerous to the eyes, dangerous if you put them on the skin for too long because of heat buildup. So it was probably around 25 years ago when they started doing studies with just LED, meaning light emitting diodes. The only, the only real difference is lasers are, can be more columnated, meaning it's a, like if you had a laser pointer, it's a very straight shot.
**Unknown:** It doesn't go out like this. Uh, it's very specific with the wavelength, so we said if you heard the wavelength red 660, it's 660. Where an LED is more like a bell curve. It's 60 at the top, but it covers a few, maybe 10 on either side.
**Unknown:** Beyond that, they're pretty much identical. So when they've tested, a recent study, not too recent, but maybe about 10 years ago, tested dermal wounds with laser versus LED, exact same results. So we feel pretty confident that LEDs, which are a lot less expensive, much more affordable, and safer, are really able to do the same thing. I mean, we can kind of get into the weeds if we're talking about, like, a super pulsed laser that's pumping, you know, that's pulsing at, you know, 30, 40, 100,000 times a second.
**Unknown:** Now, in my wellness center, I would always use a laser first for spot treatment because it had a small area. So in a short amount of time, I could crank the energy with proper pulse setting to, uh, put enough energy into a certain area in a shorter amount of time. All right. So for a wellness center, that made complete sense.
**Unknown:** But then I would also put them in front of LED to get the entire body. So for me, I use both of them very effectively. For, for someone at home, there's just, there's, there's no real reason to go with the laser. I can't think of a single one.
**Unknown:** It's just go with the LED. Less expensive. You can cover larger areas of the body at a, at a price tag that's reasonably affordable. Well, it's interesting what you're saying because, you know, personally in our practice we had both as well.
**Unknown:** You know, we had three cold lasers, and then we also had many many red lights from LightPath. And, you know, I think that the nature of the client that we were working with, and also our philosophy on how we looked at the body, is we were looking at everything. We were looking at all the organ systems and how they work together. And the unfortunate reality of individuals that had symptoms or chronic illness, there was a systemic situation.
**Unknown:** You know, there were things going on in a lot of different parts of the body, a lot of different systems. There was a lot of mitochondrial issues, a lot of tissue damage in general. So I personally found that we were getting even better results with the, uh, the LEDs because it was more of a systemic effect. We were hitting more areas, we were hitting more tissues, and we were really helping to rev up that mitochondrial function in conjunction obviously with supplementation and, and other things they were doing.
**Unknown:** So I was, you know, huge on making sure that all of our clients were leveraging the red light with their therapies. Well, there was a, a good study, I can't think of his name, out of Australia. He took mice, and he just irradiated the head area. First he induced them with a, a Parkinson's, uh, like chemical that created tremors.
**Unknown:** So that's what he was kind of going for, what, how, how you would treat dementia. So he treated just a head area, had good results, and then he covered the head and just irradiated the neck down, and had the same results. And that's really eye-opening. That goes really deep into when we start talking about systemic health, the absolute importance of it.
**Unknown:** Uh, it doesn't mean that localized isn't important. I think we can find a way to have both of them, get the best out of, out of both worlds where we can, you know, fine-tune, focus on specific injured areas and, just like you said, mitochondrial dysfunction areas, but systemic to support that. Yeah. No, 100%.
**Unknown:** So you were mentioning before that you were talking about neuropathy and how that improved. We're talking about TMJ and dental improvements, people healing faster. We're talking about, you know, acne being improved. So I personally know the answer to this question, but I would love for you to just speak about, you know, what are you seeing the LED benefit the most, or just in general?
**Unknown:** Because a lot of people are going to ask, you know, "Does it help with X?" Mm. Right. "Does it help with this condition? Does it help with this diagnosis?
**Unknown:** Does it help with this symptom?" And I know that there's a lot of broad spectrum benefits, but is there anything in the research that you've either, you know, learned about or what you've seen so far from a clinical perspective that the red light is really radically improving certain conditions? Yeah. So we start with inflammation, one, one of the, one of the best things. Now, it's important to say because we don't wanna say, "Hey, red light," or the, the more scientifically named photobiomodulation, "does all these things," 'cause then it sounds like this, you know, bullshit.
**Unknown:** It sounds like- Mm-hmm ... this oil, this snake oil, this magic wand. And, and I like to point out that light therapy does, it does one thing. That's it.
**Unknown:** It doesn't cure anything. It doesn't go after diabetes. It doesn't go after acne, whatever. It does one thing, and that helps to increase the production of mitochondrial ATP.
**Unknown:** That's it, period, end stop right there. Now, once we start that process, then the body has this cascade effect of all these things that really help to balance the system. That's vasodilation, angiogenesis, gene expression, uh, reduction in C-reactive protein, which is the inflammation part. So I, I try my hardest to try to educate people, like, don't give me this big name and say, "Does light help, help this?" I mean, 'cause I get...
**Unknown:** I hear names all the time. I'm like, "I have never heard that in my life." So I look it up and I go, "What are the symptoms? What's the-What's the underlying? And usually it is inflammation.
**Unknown:** So I go, "Okay, I don't care whether we have research on it or not. We know that light helps with inflammation, thus we can connect the dots that it can, it can benefit this condition." Now, if we can take it a, a step deeper than inflammation, we've got mitochondrial dysfunction, which really is at the heart of the matter. That's, that's really the problem. And they're doing a lot more research on mitochondrial dysfunction.
**Unknown:** I mean, you can literally pull up just about whether it's diabetes, you know, heart conditions- Everything. ... chronic fatigue, dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, on and on and on. Mitochondria, mitochondria, mitochondria.
**Unknown:** So again, the one thing that light does is it helps mitochondria produce more ATP. Now, the balancing act is, am I... If I'm putting toxins in my body, let's just say I live in a house with mold, and I've got endotoxins going throughout my system, if I do light, can that help? Yes.
**Unknown:** But I've gotta get out of that house. Yeah. It's like trying to say, "I'm gonna train for a marathon, but I'm gonna continue to smoke two packs of cigarettes a day." Yeah. You know?
**Unknown:** So that's the real balance act that we've, we've gotta work with, with, with clients. And I think that was really important point that you made is that it, it is helping from a foundational perspective in the body, which then can result in changes in your skin or changes in your neurological system or changes in organs. And for those of you that are like, "What the heck is mitochondria?" That you have no idea what we're talking about, you know, you have to think about, you have to think about organs and tissues, and then at the foundation of that is cells, and then at the foundation of that is mitochondria. So think of mitochondria, it's just the foundation of all of your organs, your tissues, your cells of your entire body.
**Unknown:** So if you can help to make that healthier, then you're going to see a lot of overall improvement in how you feel in general. But as you said as well, is that a lot of people are looking for something outside of themselves to say, "Hey, what can I do to help with different symptoms?" But we have to consider, you know, what are we being exposed to or what are we introducing into our bodies on a day-to-day basis, because there's a lot of toxicity that creates the mitochondrial dysfunction in the first place. Mold, 100% being one of those things. But, you know, I just recently did two posts about mycotoxins in food, and people are not even thinking about mycotoxins or mold exposure from food, you know, and then they're definitely not thinking about the level of pesticides that are also on food.
**Unknown:** So the moral of the story is, is there's a lot of insult to our bodies on a day-to-day basis that compromise the mitochondria. So yes, we wanna leverage amazing tools like red light, but we also wanna make sure that we're taking that integrative approach to say, "Okay, you know, how do I stop putting the toxins in, and then also do I need certain supplementation or binders to pull things out as I heal that mitochondria?" 100%. I was like, "What else has he got for me?" No, that was good. I, I tell you, I had, um, I had someone on my Facebook group, it's Red Light Therapy for Beginners.
**Unknown:** And, and kudos to her for coming out with, with this information that most, most people wouldn't. But she talked about she's been doing light for about six months, and this last time she had a really more substantial initial period, but it was shorter, which I have heard multiple times. But she also gave me the impression that her sex drive was significantly higher, and that's really cool because that, you know, they have done studies on, at least I know on men, where sex drive has gone up with red light, which makes sense. Testosterone increases, better sleep, decrease in inflammation in the brain, decrease in anxiety, depression.
**Unknown:** But for females, you know, this is an important thing. It's like, you know, periods shouldn't be painful. Menopause shouldn't be debilitating. It should be a release, a relief from decades of the body working.
**Unknown:** But with, with all the stresses, all the toxins out there, the system is not working right. So it's fascinating to hear those kinds of anecdotal stories that make you go, "This is really cool. This is something that can change, really, someone's life as far as how they can manage, you know, their, their daily or weekly or monthly activities." I think it's just everything is connected, and a lot of... unfortunately, a lot of people don't realize that because conventional medicine...
**Unknown:** You know, just think about the, the foundation of conventional medicine is we have specialists in all different organ systems. So, you know, I understand why that made sense maybe at the time is, you know, well, the kidneys are very complex and you need to be an expert in the functionality of the kidneys. But at the end of the day, the kidneys are working directly with the cardiovascular system, and the cardiovascular system is affecting essentially every organ. And so we need more of people understanding that everything is connected and giving recommendations or, or modalities that are more foundational.
**Unknown:** And I think that that's really the great thing about red light is it is foundational. It's helping on that foundational level. So that's why we're seeing like, "Oh, I used it for X, but I saw improvement somewhere else." Yeah. And that's always how it goes, which that's the most fascinating because there's no placebo.
**Unknown:** It's not like someone's looking for something where they go, "Oh, I did the light. I think I feel better," um, when something else comes and you go, "Wow, I did not expect this." But it's always positive. A- and those are, those are the ones that you go, "Okay, that, that's really meaningful." Oh, of course. Well, I know that there's definitely going to be parents listening to this, so I would love for you to just, you know, discuss anything around using l- this red light for kids, because I personally use it with little baby Q, and he actually loves it.
**Unknown:** He... It makes him super relaxed. It helps with his overall immune function. So anything else that you can share with our parents so they can understand a little bit more about, you know, how this could be beneficial for their kids.
**Unknown:** Yeah. So let's start... Yeah, I've got a lot of-... of people with their kids, and they, you know, they may do quiet time in the evening or book, book time, and they'll be in front of the light, and they love to be in front of it.
**Unknown:** So starting from things like ADHD, autism, Down syndrome, they found with light that those kids have more quiet time, meaning they can hang out with the family longer, do, do things with the family like sit and watch TV, and that makes sense because it is reducing anxiety. It is helping with sleep. I mean, sleep is everything. When we start to go up, whether it's kids with acne, that's a...
**Unknown:** I mean, that's a huge str- I mean, I went through two bouts of Accutane. It's horrible. I wish I had this back then. Kids with acne, that's a, that's a hormonal shift that occurs.
**Unknown:** Girls with, that have really severe menstrual cramps to where it's, like, debilitating, they're popping Ibuprofe- -profen, which by the way affects the mitochondria as well. But with, with probably about three of the people that I know specifically, within the second month they were off of pain meds, period. For them, that was huge. I mean, their schedule had to be built around when their period was coming.
**Unknown:** Athletes, whether it's, you know, kind of growing pains or enhanced performance in the sense of, you know, it can reduce inflammation. It can speed up the recovery time. You know, that's just the beginning of it. You know, they get into a lot more, uh, detail with things like POTS and PANDA and, and all the other things.
**Unknown:** So, uh, I think it's one of those things that, again, it should be, you know, it should be part of the, the regimen for really for all kids. I think the great thing too is turn it on and sit there. Yeah. You know?
**Unknown:** It's, it's not this complex process, you know, and it's, it's not an IV of any sort where kids are like, "Oh, gosh, I'm scared of needles." So, uh, that's one of the things that I absolutely love about the light is you can easily have it in your home, especially with its price point, and you turn it on, and you sit there, you lay there, you stand there, whatever. So it's very easy to be part of that wellness regimen for families and especially kids. Yeah, and for- So, oh, go ahead ... for us adults, you know, introduce breathwork.
**Unknown:** Start it. If you, if you haven't done breathwork or meditation, start with the breathwork. It's, it's easy. Meditation is tough for me.
**Unknown:** I just can't do it yet, but I'm doing the breathwork. I'm doing the Wim Hof, or I'm doing other ones. And, uh, you know, why- while you're in front of that light, I love to do it first thing in the morning. I think it's a great way to start the day.
**Unknown:** So, you know, two birds with one stone, and what a way. We, you know, we just deal with so much stress throughout our day, and if we can start it off, you know, on the right foot, you know, that just... that can be just that much to take that edge off through the day so we can, you know, we can make it through. We can deal with the coworkers.
**Unknown:** We can deal with our workload. We can deal with everything else. That's, that's the key is we, we don't necessarily need wondrous and joy and everything. You know, we just need peace.
**Unknown:** Just give, give us some peace and, and we'll be happy. It's so interesting that you say that because one of the things that I've, I've always thought about, you know, as a business owner, which I know you are as well, is, you know, we get busy, and, and if you're a parent that has a career, you know, you get busy. And we don't spend a lot of time just with ourselves, uh, just 10 minutes even, 15 minutes, and just to think, just to be creative, just to explore ideas, and we don't make the time for it. And that's one of the things that I love about what you said is w- uh, when you get up in the morning, another avenue to this is that's when you're, you're coming out of theta.
**Unknown:** So if you could leverage your theta waves in your brain, that is actually the time where you're going to be the most creative, and it's the time where you can actually really help to set a new programming in place mentally that allows you to be more inspired or to, you know, have more joy because you're living more in your value system or set affirmations, things like that. So it's like if we can take that time in the morning, stay the hell off social media and your phone and your computer, get some red light in, get some breathing in, and just sit with your thoughts so that you can actually feel clear before everything co- starts coming in that distracts you, you know, this is where we see the magic happen. I think a lot of people are always trying to look outside of themselves. They're looking for, you know, the next best mentor, the next best podcast, the next best whatever.
**Unknown:** But it's like sometimes it's just a matter of sitting with yourself and really thinking about what matters to you and, and getting some red light in so that you're healing your body and clearing that inflammation so you can think. Right. Absolutely. So a key question I wanna ask, because people are gonna listen to this, they're gonna get super pumped about red light, there's a lot of red lights on the market, you know, probably more now than there ever was.
**Unknown:** So I would love for you to speak about, you know, y- LightPath's red light versus some of the competitors. You know, what is the difference? Like, what are the things that we need to be looking for when we're purchasing a red light? Yeah, a- and that's a tough one.
**Unknown:** You know, there's a lot of paralysis by analysis that, that goes on, and, and I, and I totally get that. You know, one... A, a few of the things with LightPath, what, what I've done is most importantly is I follow the science. Science really leads me to what I do, and I make changes and tweaks all the time based on the science.
**Unknown:** I believe in having units that are strong and durable, that are gonna last. But most importantly, when you get a device in, and it's new to you, and you don't know how to use it, and all you have is a one-page manual, a lot of times it, it turns into a dust collector. So that's where we come in, where, where you can literally pick up the phone and call me, where you can join our Facebook group, or you can join our, our, our monthly, uh, Zoom call so that you can continue the education. So not only are you using the light, but you're using it appropriately for yourself, for your needs, not to mention that, for also your family's needs, your friends' needs, whoever's gonna be coming over.
**Unknown:** So, so I'd say those are the, the, the main things. A- and, you know, some of the things that we've changed with the light again recently-You know, we, we're focusing on the pulsing, which, you know, that's a little bit new to, to people. But it's a simple... If you turned on the, on the light switch in your house, it's on.
**Unknown:** It's on continuously. But if you were to, at a very specific rate, turn it on, off, off, off, whether it's one time per second, up to 10,000 times per second, they found with research that you're actually getting a greater benefit through not just a mechanical action of the cells being able to transfer more micronutrients and ions into it to feed the ATP, but also a residence. So when you talk about whether gamma rays, uh, gamma... Uh, sorry, gamma brain waves or alpha brain waves, and things like that.
**Unknown:** So that's a, that's a really cool new world that we're, we're discovering with, with research. And so those are, those are a part of what we do with LightPath. Well, I also love your diversity in your line. So personally for us, like, we use a lot of the tabletop devices for our rental program through Integrative Wellness Group.
**Unknown:** We personally have a pulsed tabletop as well. But I love that you have the full body, because, you know, a lot of our patients, if they decide to buy, they actually go for the full body, because they literally turn it on, and they get the whole front of their body, or they flip around, get the whole back of their body. And, you know, they're, they're really maximizing their time. But one of the most recent that I purchased from you that I absolutely love is the wrap.
**Unknown:** Mm-hmm. And the wrap I've really been enjoying, uh, for more neurological recovery, uh, because individuals are able to wrap it around their head, where, you know, they might not be able to get... you know, hold a red light over their head or, or whatnot. So, um, so I personally love that, and we got that because unfortunately my husband has had many concussions, and I'm happy he lives to tell the tales, but...
**Unknown:** So just tell us about anything new coming out or, or any, uh, of the line that you personally really like or other clients really like. Yeah. So we're coming up with our new line, and we're trying to think of a, a name for it, like the, you know, the 2.0 or the 3.0, and it's like, it's been done so many times. So just the other week we were getting ready for a course down in Austin, and I don't know who came up with this word, and I don't even know if it was meant to be talking about the panels, but they said the word diesel.
**Unknown:** And I said, "That's it. That's it." We're coming out with the diesel line. So we made improvements, things that I wanted to do a few years back, but I couldn't find engineers that could do it. And of course, you know, I know my light therapy, but I don't know engineering, so I had to rely on, on the experts to, to say, "Yes, we can do this," or, "No, we can't." So an example would be something as simple as, like, if, if I had my c- my current line.
**Unknown:** If you can see this, you can see bulbs... I don't know if you can see this well, but you see some bulbs are red. Mm-hmm. Some bulbs are blue.
**Unknown:** Some bulbs are almost invisible, which is the near-infrared. So each bulb has one wavelength in it, uh, which is fine, but that means when you're putting it on your body, it's a little bit spaced out. Mm-hmm. So it's...
**Unknown:** You know, I wanted to be able to do that, you know, all in one. So like the new one is, if you can see- Mm-hmm ... blue on all the bulbs. Yep.
**Unknown:** Red on all the bulbs. This is red and near-infrared. And now all three together. Oh, awesome.
**Unknown:** So we're able to put, you know, blue, red, and near-infrared all in the same chip, so that way we can have just better all around coverage o- of all the positive wavelengths. Now, beyond that, the, the casing is gonna be a lot more durable. We're gonna continue to have the good pulsing instead of having the... what, what, what was the, the top, as far as warranty, three years, we're now gonna be able to have a five-year warranty as well.
**Unknown:** Um- Which is huge. Yeah. And, you know, we're coming up with some other things. Like we're coming up with a really large full panel that will have blue as well, which we know is really good for skin health.
**Unknown:** It's very good for people with seasonal affective disorder to use in the morning, along with the red and the near-infrared. So again, there's, there's all these kinds of things that are coming together based on what scientists is, is saying and what, what is beneficial for the client as well. So, you know, you know, having five-year warranty over three-year is obviously an improvement. I love it.
**Unknown:** I love it. Well, thank you so much for all of this information. I think this is just gonna be so valuable to so many of our listeners, and I think it's also something very easy to implement, which is amazing. So where can people find your lights?
**Unknown:** LightPathled.com. So really easy. There we go. Yeah.
**Unknown:** And for those of you that are new to Integrative Wellness Group, uh, we are a full telehealth company, and one of the really cool things that we have launched is our home care rental program. And as I mentioned in the beginning, I'm so fortunate for LightPath being able to provide us with red lights that allow us to do this. So red lights are one of the specific devices that we rent out and ship directly to people's homes so that they can heal in the comfort of their own home at their own time. So if you head over to lightpathled.com, you can actually use our code IWG to get 10% off all the way through New Year's Day.
**Unknown:** So we hope you take advantage of this. Treat yourself during the holiday season. It is something that you absolutely will not regret, and it is just such a key thing to have in your house for the overall health of your family. And especially right now with it getting cold, it is so amazing for maintaining your immune system, and I really can't speak highly enough of your work and the lights, and I really appreciate you giving everyone this great information.
**Unknown:** Thank you for having me. All right, guys. So check out lightpathled.com, and we'll see you next time. We thank you for being a listener and subscriber to Integrative Wellness Radio.
