A small, deliberate week in the Italian wine country built around one thing: radically upleveling how your mind and body work — together. Nothing is for sale yet. Add your name and the full information packet comes to you first.

Choose the shorter immersion or the full ten-day arc.

    Women's, men's & couples

Three separate experiences, held separately, by design.

    Optional full diagnostics

    Fly into Milano

Private car service carries you from Milan to Franciacorta.

    Who this is for

You're relentless about becoming the best version of you — and one part of your life didn't get the memo.

You're ahead in some rooms and behind in others. Your health isn't optimal and you know it. You've been tolerating symptoms long enough that you started calling them normal.

You value your mind and you value your body, and you're done running them as separate projects. Sync the two and you're unstoppable at curating the life you actually want.

So this week is both things at once: getting to the root cause of what's making you feel stuck, and getting radically present while you do it. Science-backed, doctor-driven, integrative. Tools you'll still be using in ten years. This is a transformation — you leave as more of you.

    What you came to solve

    • A health obstacle you've been quietly tolerating — fatigue, gut, hormones, sleep, weight that won't move.
    • Mindset overwhelm — too many inputs, no clear signal, decisions taking longer than they should.
    • Business struggles — the thing you built is running you instead of the other way around.
    • Relationship friction — you're present everywhere except the room you're standing in.
    • Burnout you've renamed "busy" so you don't have to deal with it.

Your values: fun, connection, conversation, growth, expansion, experience, health. All seven are on the itinerary.

    Your doctors in the room

You're not being handed a wellness itinerary. You're being handed our clinical brains for a week.

Dr. Nicole Rivera, co-founder of Integrative You

    Dr. Nicole Rivera

DC, IFMCP · Integrative Medicine Expert · Co-founder, Integrative You

Integrative medicine expert with twenty years inside the cases nobody else could crack — the autoimmunity, hormone, mold and Hashimoto's files that came stamped 'your labs are normal.' She built the Integrative You root-cause model: 200+ biomarkers, DNA, and a 90-day protocol instead of a prescription pad.

    Specialties

    • Autoimmunity, thyroid and Hashimoto's
    • Hormones, fertility and perimenopause
    • Mold, mycotoxins and chronic inflammation
    • Functional lab interpretation and DNA-based protocols

    Dr. Nick Carruthers

DC · Creator of Integrative Response Testing · Co-founder, Integrative You

The creator of Integrative Response Testing — his own evolution of ART, built to read the body directly instead of guessing from a panel. He is who members see when the protocol stalled and nothing is working: the nervous system, the terrain, and the thing the labs missed.

    Specialties

    • Integrative Response Testing (his own method)
    • Nervous system regulation and stress physiology
    • Biointegration: subconscious patterns held in the body
    • Hypnotic meditation and detoxification pathways

Dr. Kyle Klim, craniosacral therapist and chiropractor

    Dr. Kyle Klim

    DC · Craniosacral Therapist

Hands-on structural and craniosacral work. He's the reason the shifts you make in a morning workshop still hold in your body by evening — the physical structure gets updated alongside everything else.

    Specialties

    • Craniosacral therapy
    • Chiropractic and structural correction
    • Fascia, mobility and pain patterns
    • Post-session integration and bodywork

In Italy: Rotating 1:1 craniosacral and chiropractic sessions with every guest through the week.

    The table

The magic is at the table in Italy.

This is a true culinary experience — 0km, farm-to-fork, grown within sight of where you're eating it — alongside the bubbles of Franciacorta, the champagne of Italy.

We curate every lunch and dinner for connection, expansive conversation, and slow, present living. Long meals. Real talk. Nobody checking a phone.

    Where you stay

Rooms with a point of view.

No beige hotel boxes. Old Italian houses with colour, character, and windows that open onto vineyards — the kind of room you actually want to wake up in.

    The rhythm

    What a day looks like

Yoga mats laid out beside an infinity pool overlooking the Franciacorta hills at sunrise
Morning. Movement by the pool, a swim, breakfast, then the Higher Self Architecture workshop into hypnotic meditation.
Guest with a glass of Franciacorta looking out over the vineyards from the pool terrace
Afternoon. Farm-to-table lunch, your rotating 1:1 session, then the day's excursion — lake, vineyard, mountain, or thermal waters.
Aperitivo board and wine on a garden table in front of the villa at dusk
Evening. Health therapies — sauna, red light, compression, biofeedback — then dinner, some curated with the group, some entirely yours.

    Excursions

    Where the week takes you

Aerial view of Lake Iseo with green mountains and a lakeside village

    Lake Iseo

Slow water, mountain light, and a day that doesn't ask anything of you. Boat out to Monte Isola, the car-free island in the middle of it.

Tins of Calvisius caviar with Franciacorta bottles and glasses on a marble board

    Caviar tasting + tour

The Calvisius house Stanley Tucci put on television — the world's caviar, farmed kilometres from your table, tasted with Franciacorta.

Steaming outdoor thermal pool in front of the historic San Pellegrino spa building and mountains

    Thermal waters

The San Pellegrino thermal baths — yes, that San Pellegrino. Heat, cold, quiet, steam rising off the water under the Alps.

Three coupe glasses of Franciacorta raised over the vineyard rows at sunset

    Wine tasting + curated meal

Franciacorta — the champagne of Italy — poured beside a menu built for it, in the cellar it came from.

    Mountain hikes

The hills above the vineyards, early, before the heat.

Final itinerary lands in the 2027 information packet.

    The health work

    Doctor-driven. Root-cause. Every single day.

This isn't a wellness week with a doctor on the flyer. Your doctors travel with you, your protocol is built from your actual biology, and you're in real clinical work every day — workshops, hypnotic meditation, 1:1 sessions, hands-on care, and a therapy suite on site.

    Sample day

    A day in Franciacorta

The shape repeats; the content changes. Excursions rotate, 1:1 sessions rotate, and the food never repeats itself.

    1. 6:45 – 8:30

Movement, swim, and a dance party you didn't plan on

The day starts with your body, not your inbox. Morning movement in the vineyard air, a swim, and yes — an actual dance party. Nervous systems open faster when they're laughing.

    2. 8:30 – 9:30

      Breakfast at the long table

0km, farm-to-fork, made from what was picked that morning. Slow. Nobody rushing you out of your chair.

    9. After dinner

      The pool at last light

    Three experiences

    Held separately, on purpose.

For the woman who is done being the most capable person in every room and the least attended-to.

    • Hormones, thyroid, gut, and sleep taken seriously — with labs, not reassurance.
    • Workshops on the mindset that keeps you over-functioning, and what replaces it.
    • Nervous-system work with Dr. Nick and hands-on craniosacral care with Dr. Kyle.
    • A table of women who are actually honest. That alone changes things.
