- You sign up, we do zoom call and add you to our WhatsApp channel where we update you on everything you need to get prepped and get to Italy
- We curate every detail from flights, transportation, euros, what to pack, pick up, etc,Â
- You get here and get picked up in a Mercedes Van with your fellow attendees and come straight to your beautiful villa. Â
- There awaits a catered italian spread of snacks and an apertivo of your choice. The doctors are there and kick off your experience.Â
- Each day we have a specific event or excursion in the afternoon. But each day starts with breakfast, a workshop, and a live meditation. Then we are off to the fun in the sun [with food of course]
- You have downtime to shop, explore, and rest.Â
- If you want more time with the doctors for private work and/or body work you should check out the VIP experience which is dedicated to more intimate time on the island of Ischia

DAY 1:Â Arrival, Garden Get Together, & Seaside Welcome Dinner
Benvenuto! Arrive at 3 PM and join us in the garden for an aperitivo and Italian snacks. Have some downtime to rest, relax, and refresh to get ready for our sunset dinner in Nerano. As the sun dips, join us for a seaside dinner at Il Cantuccio in Nerano—where the dining deck hovers over the Mediterranean Sea.Â
DAY 2:Â Sorrento Food & Wine Tour
Shopping, Eating, Wine Tasting, Oh My
Ease into the day at your own pace before diving into the fun around 10AM. We will explore Sorrento and all of it's amazing character. Think wine tasting with a side of savory meats and cheeses. Explore Sorrento’s charming streets, famous for exquisite linen, leather, and handcrafted shoes. And let's not forget the lemon grove tour—farm to fork lunch and lemon-inspired treats like gelato and limoncello await.
DAY 3:Â Renowned Beach Club - Conca Del Sogno
After our amazing workshop, setting the tone for a day of luxury. Dive into relaxation at the prestigious Conca Del Sogno Beach Club, a pinnacle of elegance on the Amalfi Coast. Enjoy a sea inspired lunch and real-raw conversations, all while soaking up the sun and stunning views.
DAY 4:Â Luxury Boat to Isle of Capri
Set sail on a private boat adventure to explore the Sorrento Coast and Isle of Capri. Spend the day exploring hidden grottos of Isle of Capri. Feel the ocean's energy as you meditate on deck. Dive into the crystal blue sea for a refreshing swim, then savor lunch on the stunning island of Capri.Â
DAY 5:Â Authentic Italian Cooking Class with Lunch in the Garden
Start with a scenic hike to Ieranto, enjoying breathtaking views and a relaxing beach day. Later, unleash your inner chef with Barbara's, crafting homemade pasta, sauces, and limoncello. Gather around to savor your creations, sharing stories and wine. Conclude with a lively limoncello taste-off.
DAY 6: Beach Club Relaxation &Â Farewell Dinner
Embrace the day at Giardino Romantico Beach Club, where relaxation fuels inspiration and sets the trajectory for your life's next chapter. As the evening unfolds, join us for a lively farewell dinner at the marina, a celebration of the incredible journey you've shared. Reflect on your growth and excitement, knowing that the adventure doesn't end here!

Elevate your journey with our exclusive VIP Experience and turn 7 days into 10 days. Our VIP experience is a 4 person maximum to allow for the doctors to spend 1:1 time with each guest to deepen their personal development work.  We also offer body work and energy work to our guests. This is all hosted in Ischia which is known for its thermal healing waters. This is the perfect blend of physical healing and personal growth.Â

Our 10-day VIP Experience [4-day extension] is exclusively designed for up to 4 visionary thinkers like you, offering an intimate setting to delve deeper into self-discovery and growth.
- Day 1: Enjoy a relaxing day at the pool that is infused with private breakout masterminding sessions tailored to your goals. End the day with a VIP dinner at one of Nerano's famous restaurants Lo Scoglio.
- Day 2: Sail to Ischia and unwind at the renowned Hotel Apollon, equipped with multiple thermal baths and pools. Each person with have private hours with the doctors. Then enjoy a delightful dinner at the famous beachside restaurant Emanuella.
- Day 3: Continue your Higher Self deep dive with private and group masterminding sessions. Relish lunch at Hotel Ferninanda, and explore the enchanting town of Sant’Angello by night.
- Day 4: Continue your HSA exploration followed by one last thermal indulgence before departing from Ischia to Naples port, integrating your experience that will inspire the trajectory of your life.
