As a practicing doctor for 14 years, she felt like there was always a sacrifice for a gain. She set out to bust that myth and acquired the wisdom of many pioneers in health, entrepreneurship, human behavior, quantum physics, and meditation. She now uses this to help people have a bad ass life.

Dr. Nick is a corn-fed Iowa boy with curiosity, a dream, and a few loose screws to marry a "jersey girl." Dr. Nick's highest value is innovation has been dedicated to leveraging this core passion to develop inventions and techniques that can help humans lead a better lives, reach their full potential, experience more love and joy.
He created a unique muscle-testing technique rooted in quantum physics. He has also designed his own human behavior technique to help people turn their past into fuel for an amazing future.

From the very beginning, we have harbored an insatiable curiosity about the boundless potential of humanity.
As doctors, we encountered disappointment in conventional medical environments and together grappled with the conundrum of providing one-dimensional care. We embarked on a quest to understand the underlying factors contributing to physical ailments and broadened our practice to a holistic approach to healthcare.
Over the past 14 years running one of the largest integrative medicine practices on the East Coast, (formerly Integrative Wellness Group), we helped thousands of people worldwide but continued to ponder the enigmas like "why do certain individuals grapple with health issues while others thrived, even when faced with similar genetic backgrounds, family histories, and challenging life circumstances. Or "why is there always a sacrifice for a gain, for instance why do some people's health suffer but their financially successful, why isn't healthcare so interconnected that is helps every aspect of a person's life?"
Driven by an unwavering passion for understanding how to help people—regardless of their circumstances—experience more connection, abundance, joy, and purpose. Our education spanned a diverse spectrum of what most doctors would call "disconnected" fields. We started learning from industry-leading mentors in psychology, biology, entrepreneurship, mindset, neurology, physiology, nutrition, medical science, physical fitness, human behavior, meditation, energy dynamics, and quantum physics.
Every gap identified in individuals’ health odysseys became an avenue for continuous learning and a realization of the importance of expanding the realms of integration.
With over a decade of experience and evolution at we developed a cutting-edge methodology expanding our techniques in integrative medicine to go beyond mind + body health. We created a methodology to help individuals and their families enhance their mind, body AND LIFE. We founded Integrative You—and named our unique methodology he Higher-Self Architecture.
We were dedicated to unshackling ourselves and our patients from limitations not only in health but in every facet of life.
Personally, we leveraged the Higher Self methodology to stop thinking about our dreams and start acting on them. By applying this powerful approach, we stopped merely dreaming about moving to Italy and made it a reality. Now, we live out our 2.0 lives in Sorrento, Italy, with our two dogs and our rock-climbing three-year-old, Q. 😁🇮🇹
